I had promised to do a review and completely allowed time and weeks and months go by and I and truly sorry and deeply apologize for my procrastination.I would like to say that these guys are great. Top notch.I was in a pinch far from home and they quickly discovered the issue and fixed it with in a very reasonable amount of time.My air condition went out on a very hot day and bam they got it up and cooling again. They had also noticed that my back breaks and rotors and calipers were faulty.Which I had them fixed a week ago by bell tire, they advised me to go back to Belle tire to have them fix their mistake.I am a middle-aged single woman and car stuff really is not my thing lolBut I was totally treated with respect and was shown step by step how and why certain things on my vehicle needed to be fixed. They would show me what a good caliper should look like and what a bad one looks like.It really helped me out and put me at ease.Well a couple about a week goes by and something g seemed to go wrong g with my aur condition again and I called them and made an appointment to bring it in so they could fix it.It was actually an issue that was related to the air condition but not the initial thing they fixed, but it was a simple part that regulated the temperature that needed to be changed.They were super awesome and totally replaced that part and fixed it and did not charge me an extra penny.Most places would have charged me another 200 bucks or more, but not these guys.Wow.I am so sorry I took so long to make this review 😪Please forgive me.If I lived closer I would make this place my go to for all my vehicles. Brandon Hiland: If I could give 0 stars I would! I was told by this company that the fan in my bathroom was the cause of not having power to my hallway and bathroom and then quoted me 350$ to change a 45$ fan out wich took me less than 10 minutes to do. "STILL DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE" and I'm still without power to half of my house. This place is a joke and would highly recommend not using this business. As they will tell you to call them back if that does not fix the problem then proceed to hang up on you when you do call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, they never had any intentions of coming back out to actually figure out what the problem is. It was over $4000 for a 200 amp panel replacement… The old panel was labeled and we asked the electrician to label the new panel. He labeled EVERY breaker that he marked incorrectly. The electrician even labeled for our non existent electric dryer. Laura: Poor quality work for an incredibly expensive price. I had Mr Electric come out last year to install new light fixtures and bring some outlets up to code/switch them to GFCI. Everything seemed to work fine at first but after a few weeks, the outlet on the outside of the house didn’t work and the one in the master bedroom wouldn’t either. Had them return, had them claim everything was fixed, and also had them install a [700$!] timer on one outlet related to a pond. Lo and behold, neither the outside outlet nor the timer worked. Asked them to come back… electrician spent five minutes in the house, said the timer worked, and walked out.Have had some of the other things done by this company slowly go wonky since then, so finally had a different electrocution group come back. They fixed everything in 2.5 hours.Was told Mr Electric effectively cut corners and implemented cheap non quality solutions, either because they just thought they could, or because they didn’t actually know how to fix the problem, based on what was discovered. Yes, the timer did technically work…. But it was never actually connected to the line it needed to be. It’s never good when they ask if who you previously worked with was actually even licensed.Mr Electric upcharges everything and provides poor quality work. There are better electrician groups in South Bend.
