He always goes above and beyond, from putting my wiper blades on, to listening what strange noise my vehicle is making, to replacing the key fob battery for me. It's a big relief to walk in and see him behind the counter, I know I'm going to get the correct part and the best service. You Win is the best!

Jon: Nice place. Clean & friendly. Ordering online and picking up in the store is worth looking into, as there are sometimes online-only coupons that still work this way. I feel like they may have a little bit better selection of things than their competitors...but that could be coincidence too.
Jester: Decent establishment if you are trying to find that certain part for your vehicle. If you are going into this location expecting perfection this may not be the best place for you. The customer service are friendly and helpful as best as they can be. On a 0-10 rating scale overall I give this location a strong 7.

Jason Penney at Falls Glass: I ordered a Highland® 2 Pocket Trunk Organizer - Red/Gray, 26" x 12" x 12" on September 28th and on September 30th I received a Van roof rack. Since then I have called twice and emailed customer service 3 times to resolve this problem. I was instructed to email pictures of what I received to prove I have the wrong product and I have done this. After I emailed the pictures I followed up with an email and I have since heard nothing. It is now October 10th and I still don't have my organizer. PLEASE provide direction as to how to return the roof rack and receive my trunk organizer. I am very frustrated with the poor customer service.

Matt Richard: They didn't have the battery in stock that my niece wanted, but they did have one that worked. Still way better that they're competition; never got home to find out I have the wrong part or been given wrong information the curiously results in more expensive parts... makes you wonder if some of the other competition pays commission trip there employees, things that make you go hmmm. I will say that the store I called had the battery she wanted, went to the Lincolnway store and it was too close to closing time on a Sunday to drive to the other store. Still very happy with the service I get at O'Reilly's....keep up the good work=keep this customer for all local part purchases.

Gary Mayfield: Went in for some rv antifreeze that their app said they had in stock, walked around for 10 min and didn't see any on the floor, there was only 1 customer at the counter and the rest of the employees seemed like it was party time, dancing around, using foul language and being loud. I have been coming to this location for the last 15 years and can see the decline of customer service. While they usually have what you need, do your research on the part you need and have a part number before going, its much faster that way and more accurate. I did get my rv antifreeze that they had in the back, if it wasn't for me needing it that day I would have left and went somewhere else and wouldn't have asked where is was at because not one person asked if I needed help after wondering the isles for 10-15 min. Over all you can get what you need but this location has seemed to have gone down hill A TON from when I first started coming here.

Nick S.: After being a loyal customer since the building was constructed, I’m now done. Lincolnway is the hub, so I usually drive there because of the selection. I came in tonight for a simple gasket and the incredibly rude man child behind the counter was too busy on his phone to talk to me. I know competent employees are hard to find right now, but I will not tolerate rude people refusing to listen. He continued to sit and play with his hair while I left to find polite help across the street. The help at this store gets worse and more lazy with each new employee. I’ll be canceling my advanced auto account.

Kyle Toth: The employees went above and beyond! My Fiancée and I were travelling from Northern Minnesota back to Ohio when I noticed my battery light come on. From experience, I figured it was my alternator. I managed to make the 30 minute drive to the parking lot. The alternator was caked with thick oil. Car wouldn't start back up.I borrowed tools and removed my battery to have them charge it. I purchased a new alternator and used their tools to replace it in the parking lot. One of the bolts was stripped and they had a specialty set of sockets available for purchase. After some "persuasion", I was able to remove the damaged bolt utilizing the specialty bits.By this time, my Fiancée and our cat were dying from the heat. The employees allowed my Fiancée to sit with our cat (in a carrier) inside near the entrance of the store. After a couple hours I had everything reassembled and the battery charged enough to start the car. Made it back to Ohio and, so far, no more problems with the car.Thank you again for all your help!

Don Burns: Could be cleaner inside, but what auto parts store couldn’t? I can’t at this point say it’s better or worse than any of their direct competitors, which always has a location right next door.Apparently, there’s a low bar to entry for this kind of business because there’s plenty of competition.If I ever find anything that sets one apart from all the rest I’ll revise my review, but so far it all comes down to advertising. As soon as one runs ads claiming they test your battery free, they all do likewise.
