Because we knew we would be rescheduling our event for spring, they were able to hold our spot/reservation/order for us and complete the project 4 months later. Our cancelation was very last minute, but because of the nature of the event, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the spring. They called me a month ahead, then a few weeks ahead and then week of, just to confirm that we were on track for the event. When the day of the event came, they were on time for set up and were able to operate in our tight window for setup/tear down, with ease and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for all of your balloon needs and will definitely be using them in the future.

Both her wonderful balloon twisting and the massive balloon display were huge wins with the guests and the birthday boy. It's been over a week and the display is still going strong and somehow survived all the abuse of two small kids. It’s fun and the recipient feels special, yet the presentation isn’t tacky. They offer multiple options and themes to make sure they nail what you’re looking for. You even have options to extend how long it goes up. I wouldn’t trust a special occasion that I wanted to express with yard signs or balloons to anyone else!

tav: this place is something else lol.experience 1: arrive at 9am to get 3 balloons filled up for a grad party. we are told they cant get to them until 4pm because of "all these orders" (worker points to 3 baskets with 4 baggies in them. 2 in 1 cart and 1 baggy in the other 2 carts). lol ok..all while no one this whole time was filling up any balloons... yeah huge rush??.... so we go in the back and find 3 pre filled ones. they are half deflated but theyll do fine.. go to pay "oh we can top those off for you".. what??? so why could you not just fill my original balloons?! make sense of it.experience 2: arrive at 9:15am to get ONE balloon filled for daughters 3 yr pictures. ONE balloon.. takes 15 seconds... only 1 other shopper in the store and she just walked in when i did, 2 workers up front..obviously no one waiting in line.. as no one was there but the lady who walked in when i did.. one of the workers doing VERY MINIMAL of anything, possibly re stock behind counter.. and i mean MINIMAL.. other worker literally standing at the register not doing a single thing. im told they cannot get to my ONE SINGLE BALLOON..until after noon. i even asked.. on that tank right there? that isnt being used? cant just take a couple seconds? she said no im sorry itll be a little while.. BUT YOURE NOT DOING ANYTHINNNNNNNG. so i roll my eyes and start walking out. see a stupid personal tank and ask how much..($45).. buy it.. yada yada.. get home and literally fill this ONE SINGLE 40" #3 BALLOON IN LESS THAN 20 SECONDS.if there some sort of policy, fine, explain it.. but i feel it is just laziness. literal seconds to fill up a balloon.ALSO.. do not tell us you CANNOT fill our balloons, (which they do charge for by the way.. its not free. but we're ok with that!) AND THEN PROCEED TO TELL US YOU CAN TOP OFF THE HALF DEFLATED BALLOONS WE JUST PURCHASED! You cannot tell me that makes sense. "we can't do those because of 'allllllll these orders' but then you can literally do the same exact thing do 3 balloons we just purchased. make sense of it. you can't.

Amanda Troyer: Drove 45 minutes one way to pick up a single balloon for my baby's first birthday photos, only to be told they would only fill it with helium if I pre-ordered for the next day, even though they clearly had multiple tanks of helium within sight that were not in use the entire time I was in the building, so I had to make the drive again the next day. Additionally I was told the balloon should stay inflated 5-7 days, only to have it stay inflated exactly 6 hours before it popped in the middle of the photoshoot. The employees were nice and helpful, but the quality of the product combined with having to do way too much driving over the course of one day for a single balloon was just too much.

And I know that you can go to any Dollar Tree and do this as long as you have the original receipt. I just said thanks and walked out.I felt so disrespected.

I first tried to send a birthday balloon bouquet delivery by a reputable online company - and that company delayed and cancelled my order. I immediately found this company on a google search, called and spoke with the owner who quickly took action and had EXACTLY what I wanted delivered within two hours of my call to her. Rhonda G: I generally prefer this store over others in the area. This morning I googled what time they open. It’s now 8:30am with an employee sitting in the parking lot and doors are locked. The manager overslept. I understand this happens, maybe they should consider the other opener having access as well.

De Wayne Wayne: Best organize store in the area with more store options. The store manager does not mind helping you find anything or making an attempt to get what's not in the store ordered. Oh an he reall does give a darn about customer and employee relationship during you visit! I prefer this store over the other two SB General Dollar stores!
