Gavin Custer: Tried to call and see how they coordinate their shipments...Talked to Dakota that said their vendors in Kansas handle the shipping. Called both places since I pickup from both places often. They confirmed that they don't have trucks and they coordinate the shipments. Called him back and explained everything and then he back peddled and said he doesn't have a need for help after I wasted 30 mins trying to figure this out. Hopefully their sales and customer service doesn't lie to people about certain things like they did to me. He told me, "hey, it's part of the job right?" I hope part of their job isn't to deceive people instead of being honest. I won't rate this company as 1 simply because it could just be a bad apple. I guess being honest was too much for this guy.

Now my $150 lock is broken. The best they can offer is I buy my own lock again and they come install it for a FEE!!!Thank you lowes for breaking rather than fixing. Will NEVER use for projects again.

Brian Bucklew: Contracted the delivery and installation of a dryer and pedistal to a third party. The third party delivered the wrong pedistal and didn't do the install. Lowes refused refund on the pedistal and install because I didn't drive back into town with the pedistal for 72 hours despite the fact that I had valled the same day to report the issue.

An employee here immediately asked if we needed help, then led us to the humidifiers instead of vaguely pointing us in the right direction. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

I thought no big deal but at the same time that's why I was asking for assistance. I then go to aisle finding no employee to help me I decided I would load it myself for efficiency. Once I check out I then asked for help to place them in my car and she pages someone. After 15 minutes I just decided to do it myself. There were employees all over the store and standing around. This wasn't a task I was incapable of doing but if a customer asks for assistance it should be done. In a timely manner considering the abundance of staff.

I am glad that I did. They were very responsive and had the siding in their show room by the time I got there.they were most helpful and even helped me load my suv. I am very impressed with there assistance and service. A true “diamond in the rough.” Their attention to the customer is outstanding. I will contact them for my next purchase. It's to a point now where they know what I want or need even before I do!You don't get personalized service at the big stores- no immediately asking to help you, and in the big stores, you are dealing with a lot of clueless people that work there, and even though they might have been in a department a long time, they can still not know what they are talking about and are offended if you question their views- based on making sales.K-Wood's goal is quite obviously to please the customer, first and foremost. There's been more than once occasion where they could have sold me higher priced items and I would have been clueless, but they sold me what I needed instead. That says a lot about this friendly group of people, all hard working and aiming to please.I will always deal with local businesses before the chain stores if I can. When it came time to source the heart wood, vertical grain, clear cedar t&g and beveled siding there was none to be had. Brandon Denham: Had a 8.0 Milwaukee battery for warranty I had bought 3 months ago at a different store, got told to go get bent basically because I didn’t buy it from summit. The customer service is a 0 for me. Johnstone took the battery back immediately and is WARRANTED. Which I was told with 20yrs from exp Craig they would absolutely never warranty a batt that’s clearly been dropped which is was not. Sorry Craig the battery is already on the way! It was hit by something in a work van. I’d give a 0 but can only give a 1. Lost me as a customer and Many more that I send to them. I’ll spread the word. Look elsewhere for Milwaukee tools as they only pick and choose the warranties they wanna deal with as I assume is laziness and stupidity!!
