Angelina Perez: Horrible all the way around. Waited for over 10 mins in the drive-through. When I pull around not a single vehicle at the window and only 3 people inside that already ordered. (I did stop and observe) when I called the manager wasn’t pleasant. Fast Service and with a smile Vegetarian options: They have salads and the impossible Whopper made not with meat for vegetable lover's.😍Kid-friendliness: They have burgar king hats for the kids and happy meals, not happy meals from McDonald's either...lol ice cream and slushy for the kids. I think they have toys and coloring books for the kids too. Parking: There is parking on both sides of the building so there's plenty of parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: No curbs in front of the building. Easy access.🤭

Sen McCartney: Early morning breakfast was at acceptable level. Lobby was clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Clientele was of the inner urban/vagrant type, and was off-putting. It made me feel like a needed to watch my belongings.

Jasmine H: This might be the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. I came because the drive thru line was long so I figured it had to be good. Though the line was long, it was moving pretty quickly. The staff was kind and even asked about condiments. A lot of fast food restaurants don’t do that anymore. They assume you like dry fries. Anyways back to the point, my food was hot and tasty. No complaints.

Ashley Weidman: I sat in this line for 20 minutes. I started taking my order & the manager Jennifer decided to cut me off to make a phone call to the police because a car had been sitting in their parking lot… she left her mic on so I heard the whole phone call. & then after she hung up, I still waited another 10 minutes. This was NOT an emergency. Very unhappy. Even the officers were questioning her about it.

Sue Kline: I believe I'm done with giving Burger King chance after chance! After my daughter's practice tonight, we stopped at the South Bend Ave location and ordered through the drive thru. She wanted a crispy chicken sandwich meal. The fries were cold and the sandwich burnt. Needless to say, she couldn't eat it. It didn't even taste like chicken, that's how bad it was! I had to stop my vehicle to look at this sandwich just to make sure it actually was chicken! It even smelled horrible! I had to stop at DQ and get her dinner there. We live in Walkerton and it was already to late to turn around and have them make it right. I'm done spending the money I earn on a fast food place where there employees don't care. This isn't the first time that Burger King has been a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, but it's the last time I will spend another dime there.

Paul Ditlinger: I've been going to this Burger King since it opened decades ago. But tonight I'm considering never coming back. This was the second visit in a row that I had to wait awhile for somebody to come out of the back and take an order at the counter. I had to remind the worker that I needed a cup for the drink. For the second visit in a row, I had the impression that my presence interrupted something important - like maybe a poker game in the back! There was also a wait for someone to finally put some fries down. A drive-thru order ahead of me had to wait for someone to get around to picking up the sandwiches. I'm going to have to think whether I'm coming back to this Burger King.

Chris Anderson: After waiting at the drive through for 4-5min, someone spoke through the intercom to say they'll be with me in a minute. Though, I did give up after an additional 20 minutes had passed. There were at least a dozen other drive-offs during this time, too. Thinking back, that's a pretty typical experience at this location.TLDR: If you're hungry and want a quick meal, just call in an order to any of the sit-down restaurants nearby.

Then when I went inside to see what was going on I was yelled at for “coming in and yelling at them” when I simply asked if they were still running drive thru with seven people that were backed up in their line.Never again will I stop here. My stomach hurts and im nauseous. The service took 25 mins through drive through. The girl even walked away from her window and i can only imagine where she went then returned and wasnt wearing gloves. I am sick and naueous. Do not eat here.I understand its fast food and not instant food but if I've been waiting patienly for 15 mins and you open your drive thru window accusing me of honking at you I'm gonna have something to say when I've been waiting patiently quietly and then get accused of that. you've lost my business ill never return. Perhaps tell your employees to not accuse customers of honking.This place needs to be closed down, the owners of this franchise should be ashamed. Even Panda express could do better and make better food and better customer service.ANY resturant is better then this one. Go elsewhere so you dont get sick or waste your time, and money.P.S. to those from out of town this resturant is not a reflection of the rest of the area.
