Nicholas Lowe: This was my first visit. I had half a dozen items to return to Amazon. Amazon gives you the option of returning items just by bringing it into the UPS Store, no box, no label, etc. So, I had to go through my phone and go item by item with the worker (each item was ordered separately and had to be scanned individually) and as I'm giving him an item, I have to find the barcode provided by Amazon for him to scan. He was patient and helpful and it went very quickly. This was my first time returning items in this matter. So, I wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks for the help!

Tommy Matysik: They randomly change their hours. Have come here three times to try to drop off a package on separate days when their hours said that they were open. Each time, they were actually closed. They won’t get a fourth chance

Needed my package for work and now I have to wait and go out of my way to get it. Called multiple times to speak to a representative and I would not get connected.

Mel Roc: I often go here to drop off my Amazon returns. The staff is quick and efficient and there usually isn't any wait. If they are with another person they tell me "I'll be with you in a minute." Always a good experience.
G Kame: The staff is professional but they were not wearing face coverings when I went into the store and conducted business. I wore a mask and probably should have turned around right away and left. I will never do business with them or any UPS store again.

Karen Hickey: Although this store is rather close to where I live, I avoid doing business there. I will drive to the south side of town or to Mishawaka where the employees are friendly and appreciate the business. The woman is rather rude and the fellow isn't much better. I have yet to hear a thank you from any one who works at this store. A dose of customer service would be welcome.

Avril Do: If I didn't need labels printed there I wouldn't use them at all. They say they are customer friendly but don't do everything they can to help you unless you're rich and want to spend $20 on a dumb box! Forget being handicapped and need 1 copy! You are so screwed and have to load a card for more than you want to spend instead of them doing it themselves! Not very customer friendly or handicapped friendly. They also misgender people in their greeting instead of using a generic one! Not happy about being misgendered!
Jessica Garretson: Lazy drivers, no communication, they don’t follow their own processes and have zero cares for customer service. I wish to never spend a penny with this company again. The fact that there is no accountability for shipping a package, which is the very reason they are in business, is pathetic. Especially when providing the actual service that they are being paid for would take a simple care to complete.

Miss V: As a POC, I have never felt welcomed each time I have come to this location. Once the mgr looked right me at me when I entered the store then went back to whatever she was doing. However, when people that looked like her entered after me, she greeted them with a HELLO and a smile. I make sure I get my printing needs done elsewhere.
Molly Hershberger: Called to get a shipping quote and was immediately transferred to a CSR in Texas! She asked where I was shipping from so I told her "South Bend FedEx location", to which she replied, "I need that zip code". I told her I don't know because I don't live in South Bend and not familiar with the numerous codes. She got very short & rude as if this was my fault that the SB store didn't take care of my inquiry. I told her I will just use UPS since their local office was able to take my call & quote.

TheCardozafam: Had an urgent job that needed to be printed, bound and delivered within 3 hours on the same day. Was a proposal with tight procurement requirements. Living in NY, I could not have done this. This store immediately returned my call, understood my situation and got it done with flying colors. Got my emailed document by 930am, and out their door around 11. I’m not a big Google reviewer, but felt they deserved it. Sharon was great, start to finish. I can’t thank them enough.

Rachael Ek: My prints turned out beautifully! I had several resumes made- the paper was thick & glossy & gave an amazing presentation. The lettering nearly felt embossed! Very satisfied with the end result. I was greeted quickly & by many workers, everyone willing to give me attention for my needs. Cashier did a good job suggesting additional products as well.

It's the unbeatable Tyner: It took 10 days to get my package from KY. It was put on a truck 2 times to be delivered but always made it back to the facility. Unable to get through to location in SouthBend.
Curtis Stump: When calling for a local business, I was unable to get the phone number or be transferred. FedEx advertises notary public services but no way to confirm this available and no way to speak to the local business. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! If it is not available, is it really a service? NO!!!
