Nicholas Lowe: This was my first visit. I had half a dozen items to return to Amazon. Amazon gives you the option of returning items just by bringing it into the UPS Store, no box, no label, etc. So, I had to go through my phone and go item by item with the worker (each item was ordered separately and had to be scanned individually) and as I'm giving him an item, I have to find the barcode provided by Amazon for him to scan. He was patient and helpful and it went very quickly. This was my first time returning items in this matter. So, I wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks for the help!

Jocelyn Martindale: I recently went to this UPS location to send a box of snack-filled stockings to a not-for-profit organization that sends them to deployed military and veterans at VA hospitals. Mohamed was so very good with his packing and, because it was for a not-for-profit he didn’t even charge me for the box! He was so kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate him! I will definitely go back to this location even though it is further from my home!
Don Burns: Apparently they close well before 3:00 on Sundays despite their claims.Today I arrived by 2:55pm pier Verizon Wireless time and the door was locked.When I tried to open the door it was fully locked.Inside, I saw a person g around who looked up at me then turned away.
NATURALLY DAY’S EYE: As a small business owner I wouldn’t be able to balance life without services like these. Although Sunday packages that are dropped off won’t be picked up from the store until Monday, it will save me time tomorrow. I always get great, pleasant service when I drop off my packages here. Services: Terrible service I have been a customer there for years today the man that says he owns the store treated me with the most Terrible insane service most unhuman I've ever encountered !!! Sara D: My elderly mother went into your store today to do an Amazon return. Upon entering the store, the employee all but said "did you need something".. Nothing friendly or welcoming by any means. From there, my mother had. in her hands, the item she needed sent out. Before she could say anything, the employee says,, "that need to be packaged?" My mother replied that it did.. The employee goes to the back. My mother hears all sorts of sounds, tape tearing, etc. When the employee comes back up, my mother then lets him know that the item is an Amazon return.. He brashly says to her that it would have been nice if he had known that since he just wasted so much time it putting it together in the wrapping. She apologized and told him that this was her first time doing an Amazon return. He made no comment on that. As she was walking toward the exit door, she turned around and asked him if the item would be going out today or tomorrow or if he knew when it would be leaving the store. His reply was that they had two weeks to ship it. Just a reminder that a little bit of kindness goes a long way. This employee started the interaction on a negative note and proceeded to carry that throughout the entire interaction with my mother. Rest assured, that my mother won't ever be returning to or recommending your store to anyone as a result of this poor experience she had today.

Suzanne Matthys: I forgot my prescriptions at home when I went on vacation. I had someone overnight them for me, but due to bad weather they were not able to get them to me the next day. I spent an hour on the phone and had to pay extra money to have them held at a location so they wouldn't be delivered where we no longer were staying. UPS says they can't do anything for me, that I have to go to the UPS Store-Erskine to have the package rerouted. I just went there and the manager refuses to help me. I just got the prescriptions filled before I left and now I am going to have to pay to get them refilled. Don't use any UPS store, but this one is just terrible for not helping me!
Au Point Hospitality: I use the ups store by grape road and get excellent service and we find solutions to ship items. This store was a complete opposite experience. I was told to go to Lowe’s. To return my Amazon package. That was already packed, by Amazon. Didn’t offer me a box to ship it. The female employee looked at me like I was crazy when I was confused by the interaction.

Trinity Robinson: I called today to try to get details about two items that I shipped back. She wouldn’t allow me to get a word in. Every time I tried to ask a question, she would talk over me. It was an Amazon return and I had the receipt in hand. On the receipt were two tracking numbers listed, in which neither were valid. I tried to ask why and her reply was, “I don’t know. It’s your receipt.” The same receipt issued from the UPS store. I asked if there were someone else there who had the information I needed, she refused to even try to find someone and told me, “We all going to tell you the same thing.” She had a terrible attitude and just didn’t even act like she wanted to help. I asked if she was the manager, she said yes. I told her that her managerial and customer service skills were terrible and to get further training. I was not impressed, especially since she claimed to be the manager.
Carla Campbell: If I could give it a zero I would. The staff mistakenly shipped a Christmas package heading to VA to MY own home address! I brought the package back in after receiving it next day and they told me it would be even more to send it to the right address! Got a refund and took elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want your package to go to the right place, do not go here! Never again!Update: ups store customer service said this was absolutely unacceptable and they are escalating the complaint to store owner and regional management today. This is purely a mismanagement of THIS location, staff and management, John.Update: nothing happened. I haven’t used ups since.

The 2 girls that are working there are very rude and actually cruel. They laughed at me because I was struggling to carry a wine refrigerator into the store. They rolled their eyes at me when I said I wasn't aware of 2 dollar fee to print my return label from Amazon. Usually they scan the code.They screamed and yelled at me when I told them they were being disrespectful and rude. I will not be returning. I know no one cares but if they continue to do this to other customers, the business won't be around long.

They first stated they could not ship because of the lubricant. I said that made no sense. UPS stated it was a biohazard. The hitch was in a Rubbermaid. The gentleman stated that it needed to be put i. Their box and wrapped special, i stated that made no sense. The manager came up and was belligerent then turned around rolling her eyes at me. I told her not to roll her eyes at me and then she started yelling at me and said she was going to call the police. I said i was not yelling and she went and turned to her staff and and said that i was yelling. At that point I took my package and left. I was shocked by the whole interaction and the lying of the manager. Will never go back to that store. Awful service!

Brandy Baker: The associate John was very rude. The customer before me he felt the need to complain about Amazon returns, which is what I had at the time. He acted as if he was annoyed and inconvenience by my return. Is that my fault Amazon messed my order up. I don't like having to come and stand in line to return an Amazon package at 5:40 at night either after a long day of work. Plus I didn't receive the correct merchandise but I didn't have any problem being respectful and kind. You might want to find a new job he doesn't like working with people. If you UPS contracts with Amazon to return packages then there should be no reason and employee should act or complain to other customers about having to do their job.
Sam Vermande: Amazon sent my prime package to UPS. I got an email saying that I needed to sign for delivery and when I clicked on the link it said my package would be held at the UPS store. So my prime package that Amazon said would be delivered the day after I ordered it is trapped in the ups store all weekend. UPS, on their part, was closed an hour before their posted closing time, with no signage in place - I expected them to close early on New Year’s Eve but a sign saying so would have been nice. They did, however, tell Amazon my package was delivered. Which I guess it was… just not to the address that was the delivery address. I’ve dealt with UPS freight over losing an entire 609 lb skid of airplane parts worth $12,000 so I don’t know why I’m surprised they can’t deliver a $25 8x10” envelope. Worst “shipping” company in existence.

They put someone out front that is still in training that had no idea you can take a stack of documents through the copier to auto feed for copies (took 1 page at a time for a double sided document). Didn't keep any of the documents in order and says "do they have to be in order"? ( Um, yes since thats how they were handed to you!!!) She didn't even know to print 1 side if you didn't need copies of the front. How about NOT putting obviously not trained associates up front who don't know what they are doing? Then charges us for allll copies for copies that only needed one side printed

Raimie Wheeler: Never got notification that they had received my package so I could go pick it up. When I had time to try tracking it and discovered it should be available for pick up I tried calling to confirm it was still there. No one ever answers the phone. I really don't want to have to drive there to find out they aren't even open, or my package isn't there.I get with Covid things are different, but you should still be notified of your package and be able to confirm the place is open.You are better off getting your package delivered elsewhere. If it wasn't for porch pirates being so prevalent in the area they wouldn't be so busy.

Paid for insurance and sure enough they lost over $1000 worth of my stuff I bought insurance and of course they denied me trying to use it don't use this garbage service took months to figure out they lost my stuff just long enough for the insurance to be unusable

Bingo Johnsson: Delivery on routes from this branch is sporadic and inconsistent. Numerous times they fail to pickup outgoing mail placed in box and well as failing to deliver on a daily basis. Phone contact impossible, in person contact time consuming and frustrating at best with employee attitude. Excuses offered are invalid and often quite bogus! Long lines, disinterested clerks, etc.,etc. make a personal visit to this branch a "pain"! Now two years later and issues still persist. I Placed a misdelivered letter in my mail box at 11Am yesterday. Now 6:45PM a day later and no pickup or delivery of mail either day. USPS has become as unreliable as FedEx.

I order monthly from a company and that package always arrives with an attempted delivery notice. So today after waiting for important medical mail for over two weeks, I looked inside my mailbox to find my name scratched off the inside tag. I live in apartments and have a different last name than my husband. I am upset and need my mail delivered. I have lived at these apartments for over a year and never had a problem until recently. I need this rectified post haste.

We had very important mail coming in and they just completely didn’t deliver it this is after the mailman decided to break our mailbox by throwing it in the road and running it over a couple times absolutely filthy company and I’m sad that they are tied with the United States government complete ruthless if you want my truthful opinion. It’s completely sad that this is our only option for mail delivery in the United States when they are complete garbage.

Papa Fisherman: On 7-18-20, A package coming from Florida to South Bend traveled to Indianapolis, then to Maryland, and then back to Indianapolis, and finally to South Bend. What is that all about?Now instead of being delivered today as it stated, it won't be here until Monday now. I sure can't blame the Frontline workers as I believe they work hard and realize upper management is in a world of hurt and will be to blame for the demise of the postal service if it finally crumbles apart. So sad.

When you pay nearly $300 in shipping, you expect the service to be a little faster. Even worse when USPS Priority is normally 3-4 days (only a fraction longer due to COVID-19). james lee: Package late called customer service to get an update on ETA for package that is already a day past due. Attendant stated that they would look into it and get back to me they have not. This is time sensitive material and paid extra money for timely delivery.. now they say they don't know when they will deliver nor could they provide this information. This incident has cost me hundreds of dollars in wages because I have to be present to sign for a package that they have no clue when it will be delivered.

The people make you feel welcome and important each and every time and I know because I ship almost daily and know everyone by their first name and many of them know their customer's names also. Terrific, feel good place.

Manuel Tellez: I dropped off a package to be shipped back to Bestbuy on 3/25/23 and is now 3 weeks since it was supposed to be out for delivery. I notice that my order was never sent back by this location even though they scanned my tracking barcode. Calling Bestbuy they stated they don’t have record that it was sent out by them at all or actually scanned.
Terri: Why are the business hours so very limited? I can't speak about their service because I haven't been able to make it in yet given the limited hours. Open until 3pm on Saturday? I'm just going to use USPS and get this package out already.
Paige Starnes: I'm not sure who keeps hiring crochety old women to run this store, but whoever it is, needs to stop. I've attempted to use this store several times over the past 10 years and every time i get stuck with some old woman who hates her life and takes it out on the customer. Terrible customer service. I always see only one person working while the others stand around and stare at you. They have made me feel like a child and completely incompetent time and time again. My most recent visit was the last. All i wanted and needed was a box and some bubble wrap to pack and ship my package. It took all 3 employees to determine what i needed when i already knew and stated to them what i needed. Then they proceeded to give me all the wrong products to ship my package and when i pointed it out to them the response was "well we told you we could do it for you. Since you don't know how." Excuse me? I'm an adult. I own a house. I have credit cards and loans. I have a family. I am capable of packing my own package and i even KNOW how to do it since my full time job ships products via UPS and FedEx. So how do they know what i do and do not know? Insulting, to say the least. I laughed at the store manager, and told her i was not paying for anything i touched and left. Did my business with FedEx and it took me 15 minutes tops. Rather than the 45 minutes I wasted at UPS. FedEx also had all the products i needed out and ready to go. The employee working also helped me pick the right products so i wasn't over spending.Dear John, don't reply to me. It's clear you're a terrible business owner. In every response, you blame the customer and not your highly unmannered and unskilled employees. While not every customer is right, there does seem to be a trend with the customer service for this store and the other your own. Do better.
Throne of Toys: I don’t ask a whole lot from UPS since I’m just dropping off a prepaid package on occasion. But they do have tape available and the employees that have accepted my packages have been nice and helpful. It’s not near home so I don’t frequent this location. So there’s not much else to say from experience.
michana reggae fest: I came into the store to return two items. A young man was assisting me and asked for the QR code of the first item and I gave it to him. I pulled up the second QR code for the second item and the lady standing behind him asked which QR code was for which item. I told her the items were identical. She rolled her eyes and sighed then turned around. Both items were curtain panels. Most people use 2 curtains for there windows so I’m not really sure what her attitude was about.🤷🏽‍♀️

Jennifer B: Worst customer service ever! I was here on 11/23/22 asking for help to correct a delivery address that the sender messed up on a package. The two women inside informed me that this location is NOT affiliated with UPS and couldn’t have been less interested in helping me resolve the problem. They gave me an 800 number to call UPS. Well the automated system that the 800 number goes to doesn’t recognize the tracking number and won’t direct your call to a representative until it does. And when it doesn’t, it disconnects. Not to mention that I am Deaf and trying to navigate the automated system with a sign language interpreter is a nightmare. I’ll NEVER ship with this UPS location again!
ccmetalhead: Apparently the same person who owns the Ireland road store owns this one as well, which explains the 5 dollar minimum charge for all credit card transactions. Owner tried to justify this with some excuse that I don’t care to remember. The important thing to remember is that other UPS stores do NOT impose this fee and it is most likely something the owner has set up. The ladies working there are nice enough, but with “small business friendly” UPS stores like this, who needs enemies?

Knew my package was a Verizon cell phone and gave me a receipt from the wrong month, weight and destination when I figured it out because Verizon never received the phone was treated awful by the “ manager” whom didn’t want to help me anyway she loudly announced from the back! I wondered as I stood in line why there was an employee ( male) removing cell phones packages from the pickup shipment area, apparently it was to steal! I’ve worked shipping a long time, I’ve never had an issue with this store until now. I am now out a lot of money and will be talking to the police! I’m not done with this issue yet! Would NOT recommend doing business with this locally run location to anyone.

Sarah Parkinson: I walked in to do an Amazon return. I had tapped the receipt to the top just to remind myself that I’d scanned it and needed to take it to UPS to return. I walked in greeted the clerk, she garbled something and before I could say two more words she saw my Amazon receipt tapped to the box and said “ oh no you have to do that online” I then informed her that it was just a reminder to myself and showed her my codes. Overall she was very rude and unpleasant. I would not use this location again.
Kevin Beavers: Accepted an iPhone return and somehow got “lost”. Beware of internal thieves if you are shipping from this location. Claims are a huge hassle and you are unlike to recover the true value.Follow up per comment to this review did not resolve issue.0/10. Would not recommend.

Randy Moore: I go to this UPS location frequently (used to anyway). Today I was treated as rudely as I have ever been treated by a retail person and when I mentioned the rudeness she started screaming at me in the store. As a business owner I wanted to make sure the person responsible for this location was aware of interaction by their employee. So I called John Crowley who says he owns the franchise location. After speaking with him I am confident he does the training. Go FED X!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I see many other reviews echo my sentiment.

I have watched. Today she waited on me & argued about my Amazon return. Kept trying to explain & show the process for my wardrobe return. She kept telling me I was wrong & impatiently arguing. I left. She didn’t care. Sad, that she blemishes your business. I know you’re busy without my business. But I’ll find somewhere else to ship my packages.
