Randal Fukuda: Wow! Never been there to a Mexican restaurant, & walk away wishing I had gone to Taco Bell instead. The steak meat was so salty, almost impossible to eat!!! The pork meat has no flavor at all. The tamales are so dry & to much masa. The potato sticks was dry and seems like the were made a week ago. How do you mess up tacos? The only thing that was ok was the Mexican corn, & that's being generous. So disappointed.

Aaron Vardaman: I put 1 star only cuz when I've went there around 6 pm there is signs that say closed on the drive thru and I call and no answer. So either I have bad luck or those signs are always there and they are open.

Curves Galore: No! Not at all. Food was bland, steak felt over cooked and chewy/tough, the chicken was super bland like it was seasoned with just black pepper, onion and cilantro were cut into big weird chunks so was the “chicken square” pieces I had on my Taco, the nachos TERRIBLE, not enough cheese and the meat tasteless. Glad they are down on the end near mayflower rd cause the “BIG DOGS” are further down Western Ave, if you want real Mexican food go town the other end, the only good thing about the restaurant was the customer service, I give it to them they were friendly and very professional they get 10 for that, the food a 2.

Pop Kween: 2nd reviewSo as I stated I would give them a 2nd chance and that I did and they messed that up also I bought 6 items steak Tacorn and chicken Tacorn and 2 tamales and 2 pineapple jalitos a total of $26+ at first I was happy it felt hot unlike last time as I ate my chicken tacorn I had no complaints but the person with me has high blood pressure so salty good is a no go we had to turn around and go back we informed him that it was too salty could we exchange it he begin to tell us that when going to burger King once you leave they don't exchange bad food I said yes they do, he then stated he'll replace it for four bucks I turned to him and told him there was no way we were gonna pay for some more food that we didn't eat and was too salty he said it was the cheese that made it that way and instead of remaking a customer's food he turned us down and after just staring we pulled off... Catherine Gleva: I went for the first time and got street corn and nachos with cheese. I am so excited that there is a place not too far from me with street corn! The guy at the drive thru was very cheerful and upbeat! Definitely a positive experience. I will be there again and again! I will also be recommending!

Hap Burke: Average to low quality food, very poor atmosphere, and high prices make this restaurant a hard choice to justify. Admittedly, the location in the heart of downtown South Bend is great, but the food and ambiance does not merit the cost. South Bend, of course, has outstanding Mexican food, and for a more authentic — and much cheaper — experience, I'd recommend any place on Western Avenue.Parking: Free parking in a nearby garage. Street parking is often very limited.

It wasn’t overly loud even though a lot of the people there were going to a concert that evening. Definitely give this a try I had the pad sea ew and my husband had a burrito. Odd combinations of food that they serve but it suits us perfectly. We will definitely go back.

Briana smith: Wanted to try Thai food for the first time after trying a co workers food. He told me about this spot so i called in a meal he told me about, once i got there i found out that i had ordered the wrong thing, the young lady at the front counter went to ask her manager what she should do since i had ordered the wrong meal and wanted to order something different. Well the young lady came back and said that her manager said that their policy is that if i order something i have to pay for it even if it’s the wrong thing. Well i walked out and went to the jerk chicken place around the corner for dinner and i will not be back here. Great job with loosing a potential customer and wasting a meal and receiving $0 for it. The right thing would have been to give me the food that i wanted at least you would have gotten paid for the meal i wanted, you’re a restaurant, you’re going to waste food buddy well now you wasted food & lost a customer.UPDATE; your absolutely right the jerk was delicious try cool runnings for delicious authentic Jamaican food and a full bar around the corner from here much better atmosphere & customer service 😌

Ian Owen: I lived in South Bend for five years until recently, and I went to Cinco as much as I could. Never had a bad meal. The Thai food, the Mexican food, the margaritas are all delicious, and the service is typically excellent; I’m honored to say a few of them now feel like friends! Friends who bring me great Pad Thai! What more can you ask? You would have to be some kind of fool who tries to change their order super late and then leaves in a huff to not enjoy this place.
