Anna: We scheduled an appointment over the phone because our basement was flooded and were told that someone would be at our house between 12-2. We waited and no one showed up, so we called and were told someone was banging on the door at 11, when we were still at work/appointments. Super frustrating to be told the wrong time, the person on the phone wasn’t helpful and told us their next available time is a week from the original time. They never called to confirm times, let us know they were on the way or even let us know they were at our house. We would’ve left work sooner had they done so.

I had a service call today for a drain issue and they fixed it no problem. Also, just in the normal quality service, they made several improvements in routing and functions instead of copying what was there. It was quick and the price is reasonable too. Luckily I had already called in a new plumber, Chris. He told me my issues had nothing to do with the septic tank. He diagnosed my problem and we are working on plans to fix it. But they didn’t give up on us. He sent Will out and even though there was a possibility they wouldn’t be able to fix it, they got our drain unclogged and we got our house back! Mike: I called Paul and he responded right away. Came early evening and stayed until almost 830 cleaning out our main line. Which was packed full of roots. He didn't charge us for any after hours services and made sure we ran every faucet and flushed continually to make sure that it had no backup. Michael Duval: Everyone has their own experiences, but I don't know what these bad reviews are talking about. Paul came by and was amazing. We got a number of quotes and he was by far the cheapest. One of the things that I liked best was that he actually fixed things instead of instantly saying that we needed to buy a new part. He did quality work that did not need to be revisited. He worked quickly but stayed after 5 to minimize our time without water. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now and didn't get around to it--but all that time and no problems. He is a very big talker--which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I am in no way related to Paul; the only way I know him is through business. I would call him again.
