But they didn’t give up on us. He sent Will out and even though there was a possibility they wouldn’t be able to fix it, they got our drain unclogged and we got our house back! jevan haarer: Shame on me for assuming I was paying for a drain cleaning rather than a drain cleaning attempt.I used them because my drain was non-functional. I wanted them to camera the line to see if it was clogged or broken. When they came out they definitely found a clog and recommended a drain cleaning. I suspected a break in the line and they said they could try to clean it out first. What they didn’t tell me was that I’d be paying for the attempted drain cleaning—whether or not it worked.They were able to quickly get back out to the house for the attempted drain cleaning. And eventually determined there was a break in the line. They quickly called me and said they could quote me on repairs. I asked for that quote and waited a couple weeks. I got to the point where I could wait no longer so I decided to go another route. I called and asked for confirmation they did the work and they sent an invoice which included $285 for a failed attempt at cleaning the line.Service:Drain cleaning

Hilary Heading: 0 stars for hot water heater repair. I called to get our hot water heater looked at - we still had hot water, but it was running out quickly so I wanted a diagnostic. They drained it, said they cleaned it, and tried to leave. We asked them to check the "guts", they said the thermostats and heating elements were good. charged us 190.00 and told us if it happened again to give them a call and we would likely need to replace the unit, that repair would cost as much as new unit. Fast forward a month later and we noticed the same issue; after looking at prices of units (500.00 +) vs. the parts to fix it (32.00) we decided to try to fix it ourselves. After draining the unit we discovered at least 6-7 inches of calcium build up in the bottom of the tank, and the bottom element was calcified. This told us: 1. They did not clean it, at least not thoroughly, and 2. If they did check the elements, they were not truthful about the condition of the element nor how it impacted the function of the unit. They basically charged us 190.00 to drain our water tank and hoped we would call them back for a larger job.I don't know how their other plumbing services are, but I would NOT recommend for hot water heater repair.Service:Water heater repair

Sherry Scott: If you look at my reviews you would probably see that I don't often give a 5-star rating. But when you get outstanding service with fairy knowledgeable people working to solve a problem you must reward them with a wow. The two gentlemen that came out to take care of a clog in the plumbing lines not only went above and beyond should figure where the clog was they even laid down tarps put booties on their feet and clean the shower basin when they doesn't necessarily have to do all of that. Hats off to Niezgodski Plumbing. Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Ann Price: Prompt, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I have lived in a historic house with plenty of challenges for more than 30 years. This company is my go-to for major complicated plumbing fixes, and they recently corrected a “simple” job that an independent contractor botched. EJ White is a bit pricier than independent handyman services, but it’s worth it to have the work done right the first time. They are working with me just now on a payment plan for a project they recently completed. Highly recommended.

Renee Willis: Technician can out and didn't even look at the water heater on the 1st visit. My neighbor who originally installed the water heater tried to make the repairs and couldn't figure out what was wrong. My neighbor and the technician talked and the tech said it sounded like the thermostat was bad. The technician called the water heater company and was on the phone for over an hour. The technician finally got the part #'s and told me once I ordered the parts he would be back to install. Second trip the technician drained the water heater and installed the thermostat. The water heater still did not stay lit. The technician stated I needed a pilot assembly. Ordered the pilot assembly and was sent the wrong part so the 3rd trip was a waste. Ordered the correct pilot assembly and then contacted the technician and the office and was told someone would be out to install the pilot assembly. Left several messages with the technician and the office.and never heard back from EJ White. EJ white sent me a timely of $371 bill fir their services. Thanks to youtube my neighbor was relentless in getting the water heater repaired. Come to find out it was not the thermostat or pilot assembly but a piece that fell out inside the water heater that provide air to circulate so the flame could stay lit. I was out over $600 for parts, overnight shipping and the reapir fee. Total rip off!Service:Water heater repair

Scott Brown: I had a small leak on one of my pipes and they were there the same morning I called and had it fixed within the hour. Parts and labor were $110 which I thought was very reasonable for a service call.

We waited and no one showed up, so we called and were told someone was banging on the door at 11, when we were still at work/appointments. Super frustrating to be told the wrong time, the person on the phone wasn’t helpful and told us their next available time is a week from the original time. In less then an hours tome Thomas was able to fix my toilet and set a new wax ring, and also let me know that the tank bolts needed to be replaced . He offered to replace them for a minimal fee. Carla Perez: Aaron’s Plumbing, Inc. responded quickly to our calls for a furnace issue we were having. We had to leave that morning so we called to see if they would come to look at our noisy furnace with the help of a family member. We had called the company who originally installed our furnace but they were unable to come that day. Aaron’s arrived on time, inspected the issue and determined we had a hot burned out motor that could have caused a house fire! Aaron’s plumbing told us to call the company whom originally installed the furnace to see if it was still under warranty before they proceeded to fix the issue. The furnace was under warranty though the other company. Aaron’s not only took the time to help us out during this emergency but refused to charge us for everything they did for their time and services. We would highly recommend Aaron’s Plumbing, Inc. for their promptness, excellent service and integrity.

Laura Sigler: I was assigned Aaron's from my home warranty company and, after reading the comments, I was hesitant. It seemed like all their ratings were either 5 or 1! I entered my service request in the evening and had a phone call from a scheduler before 7:30a the next morning. They were there by 9am and completed the repair within the day. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I felt they did not clean up after themselves as well as other companies I have used or use boot-booties as they were coming in and out through the snow. They did pick up the large pieces of concrete that they had to break up to get to our pipes but left a significant amount of other debris behind. I had to sweep the floor after they left to pick up pipe shavings and all the dust /small pieces from the concrete work they did. After trying a few simple DIY fixes for clogged drains with no luck, we decided to finally call to set up an appointment. We called on Monday and they were able to come on Tuesday afternoon. They said they would arrive between 2-4pm, and he arrived around 2:40. The kitchen drain was fixed within minutes, but the bathroom gave him all sort of problems and began leaking when draining. Charles went to the store to grab parts and stayed until the job was done correctly. I want to say it was around 5:45 when we finished up or so. Chris Powell: I contacted this company to do some minor repairs at my house.I had used them previously to do heating and plumbing in a pole barn horse barn and riding arena.Had them look at a vanity faucet that had corrosion around the joints. Technician said he thought it was a metal to metal reaction in the faucet. Didn't do anything, didn't fix anything and they charged me $43.00 for that "diagnosis".Walked to the master bedroom and looked at a jet on a whirlpool tub. Took a picture of it. Didn't do anything, didn't fix anything and charged me $89.00 for that "diagnosis".Had them repair a broken vent pipe on the horse barn that had broke due to sliding snow load. Charged me $355.00 for that.Total bill $487.00 for several feet of PVC pipe and a total of 1.5 hours of time. That price should of at least covered some lube.
