Was prepared to pay for a new water softener but will give someone else my money I guess. Waste of time.

Kaitlyn Dangonini: They came out, let me know i needed my septic cleaned out. I called them again due to still having issues. The call back was so unhelpful. Luckily I had already called in a new plumber, Chris. He told me my issues had nothing to do with the septic tank. He diagnosed my problem and we are working on plans to fix it. Bobs plumbing was unhelpful and WRONG. So glad I had a second opinion. Chris with Eagle Plumbing is the place to go!! DONT GO TO BOBS PLUMBING. Jessica Mathews: I have an old house and had a clog in main sewer line. Tyler came out and accessed the situation and said we were in a bad spot. We hadn’t been able to live in our house for 2 weeks. But they didn’t give up on us. He sent Will out and even though there was a possibility they wouldn’t be able to fix it, they got our drain unclogged and we got our house back! They relieved us of so much stress. I couldn’t be more thankful. They were very professional and experienced and I would recommend to anyone and will always use them in the future! Renee's Mindfull Intuitive Self: He never showed up. Then would not answer my text. I wanted to give 0 stars.
Mike: I called Paul and he responded right away. Came early evening and stayed until almost 830 cleaning out our main line. Which was packed full of roots. He didn't charge us for any after hours services and made sure we ran every faucet and flushed continually to make sure that it had no backup. We really appreciate his effort and definitely recommend him.Services:Drain cleaning,Sewer repair
Michael Duval: Everyone has their own experiences, but I don't know what these bad reviews are talking about. Paul came by and was amazing. We got a number of quotes and he was by far the cheapest. One of the things that I liked best was that he actually fixed things instead of instantly saying that we needed to buy a new part. He did quality work that did not need to be revisited. He worked quickly but stayed after 5 to minimize our time without water. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now and didn't get around to it--but all that time and no problems. He is a very big talker--which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I am in no way related to Paul; the only way I know him is through business. I would call him again. Carla Perez: Aaron’s Plumbing, Inc. responded quickly to our calls for a furnace issue we were having. We had to leave that morning so we called to see if they would come to look at our noisy furnace with the help of a family member. We had called the company who originally installed our furnace but they were unable to come that day. Aaron’s arrived on time, inspected the issue and determined we had a hot burned out motor that could have caused a house fire! Aaron’s plumbing told us to call the company whom originally installed the furnace to see if it was still under warranty before they proceeded to fix the issue. The furnace was under warranty though the other company. Aaron’s not only took the time to help us out during this emergency but refused to charge us for everything they did for their time and services. We would highly recommend Aaron’s Plumbing, Inc. for their promptness, excellent service and integrity.

The second time they came out to do a repair on my hot water heater, they got distracted with questions I had on my water filters and forgot to turn the water back on when they left. I was able to speak with Kelly in the office who walked me through turning the main back on and gave me a reasonable discount for the trouble.One area of concern I have is that I received a call at work regarding the first visit from what sounded like a plumber trying to do collection. Luckily, I had my bank records and could point to confirmation numbers, times and amounts on my credit card statement. Laura Sigler: I was assigned Aaron's from my home warranty company and, after reading the comments, I was hesitant. It seemed like all their ratings were either 5 or 1! I entered my service request in the evening and had a phone call from a scheduler before 7:30a the next morning. They were there by 9am and completed the repair within the day. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I felt they did not clean up after themselves as well as other companies I have used or use boot-booties as they were coming in and out through the snow. They did pick up the large pieces of concrete that they had to break up to get to our pipes but left a significant amount of other debris behind. I had to sweep the floor after they left to pick up pipe shavings and all the dust /small pieces from the concrete work they did. Other than that, I was very satisfied with their work and quick response. I would be happy to use them again for future needs.Service:Sewer repair

gene king: So I'm an actual customer. We had a water heater go out. We have a home owners policy and had to use Aaron's Pluming. They arrived on time and had our new hw heater installed and old one hauled away in a couple hours. Took about a week but that was due to the home warranty process. They were on time and did what they say they could do. Can't do any better than that.

They’ve installed a water heater, rescued a trapped baby bird which had fallen down our water heater’s vent duct, and more recently unclogged my kitchen sink. The plumbing technicians are very polite. I’ve had Andrew on the last two occasions. He’s very kind, timely, and professional. Great service!

Did not hear a thing for 1 month till i had to call warranty company myself after calling aarons numerous times to see what was going on. Now i have a leaking, electric smelling water heater. Unfortunately they will have to come back out.
