Tina Smith: This place is supposed to assist in bringing families back together and helping through the supervised visitation process, etc. They could not care less about their clients, their families, or bringing anyone together. Their employess are there for their pay checks and have no concern for anyone who goes through them. They talk to their clients with no manners, they treat their clients like they are bad parents for being there and they do nothing to work with anyone who goes through them as far as scheduling visitation etc. They will withhold court ordered visitation if someone does not have the ability to pay their weekly fees in full, and if you get behind more than 2 weeks of payments (even though they are not supposed to withhold visits until you are 5+ payments behind). The visitation center is located in a very old house that needs repairs and serious cleaning, as it is not clean at all. Highly reccomend going through a center that actually genuinely does care about their clients and helping them to get their court ordered time with their child/children and genuinely wants to being parents and their children back together as the ultimate goal; Not this place, who's case workers are just there because they have to be, and don't care at all if people see their kids or don't.
Kevin Sharp: If I could give this negative I would. Its the friday before Christmas, I have a video visit that's scheduled EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY. This is the 4-5 time that visits have been botched. I get 15 minutes a week to talk to my 2 daughters and once again, I don't even get to do that. Merry Christmas.

For families going through tough times, this place does its best to make it feel like a home and make sure all children and the families comfortable.It's also a great place to work. The staff are all like family and try to help everyone out when needed.

Mary Ann Sidorowicz: A huge asset to the community at large, a safe haven for those desperate for help.I spoke up for funding for this as a ghost video terrified to show my face then. I was that women in need before this became a reality. Please support the FJC.
brittany wolford: A wonderful place with lots of services. Referrals for some services they dont offer. Staff are friendly, helpful, and well trained in their fields.

Kristen Pierce: My son was ordered to stay there thru the court system while my ex-husband and I went thru a custody battle. He was continually running away from his father's home. I will say he didn't like the structure, he didn't like the rules, and he didn't like being away from family for Thanksgiving - but he NEEDED all of that! It gave him a safe, neutral place to be while the courts sorted it out. It was in his best interest and overall - it kept him safe, he didn't miss any school, and he had to follow the rules. Great option!!!

Mark Lyvers: I do not have enough bad things to say about this organization. I could fill pages and pages. All I will say is everything is recorded when you walk in, there is listening devices in the bathrooms, in every nook and cranny of the building. Trust no one there ever, if you find yourself needed to go there, take your lawyer with you. It is not their job to prove you are innocent of anything, they are there for one reason to coerce you into admitting something you did or didn't do. They will use trickery and deceitful tactics to get their agenda's or quota's met. They do not care about you, your kids or anything else. they are not your friends. Remember that. The Casie Center is a devilish place the only good there is, is what you come in with. Good Luck.

Consuela Holt: Best shelter you can go to when homeless especially for families. It does need to be renovated and updated but, they're working on it. They definitely need monetary donations.

Thomas White: It's good to see that there are good people in this World, we have signed up for Auto-pay each month. I would like to thank Lucy for all her help. As a veteran I was homeless a few times in my life. It's good to see that people have a place to go when they are homeless.
Frank Coyote: A black woman working in the front desk didn't allow to stay in the shelter a 66 years old man who was broke, down and out. The old man was not be able to pee for a drug test and for that reason he was left out in cold weather. It is ridiculous! I will never again recommended this place to anybody.

Stevie Frank: I don't remember visiting a center for the homeless I must have had by my phone picked up on it but anybody who helps the homeless I give them 5 stars but there's still a lot of people sleeping on the streets on the corners and I think people sleeping under bridges they're not doing their job properly
