Dalana McCain: Jr Foxx on Ireland has exceeded our exceptions. My husband went here with his mom to pick out my engagement ring, with little direction from me. Nick (husband) gave them the ideas of what I was looking for, and he said they gave him a very good selection. The consultant also gave Nick some advice on when/where to propose because he was so nervous. She suggested doing it when doing something we normally do together, she told him her husband did it while cooking since they cook together all the time. Nick was so excited, he did it as soon as he got home.I have had 2 small diamonds fall out, and they replaced them and I had my ring back and cleaned within a few days. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else but here for fine jewelry. So happy with the service and the selection. They also offer easy financing options as well. They answered all our questions, and were honest to make sure we didn't spend out of our means. 10/10

TG Willis: I purchased a Seiko watch here last year. I recently dropped the watch off to have a pin replaced for the bracelet. I was informed it would take roughly a week. I called after about 6 days to inquire, and I was told that the part would arrive sometime in the following week, but that they were not sure when. I understand that shipping times are odd in the time of COVID, so I waited another week and heard nothing. I stopped in to pick up my watch and was told by a staff member that Seiko had not sent the part, and that it was not under their control. While I completely understand that, a little bit of communication would have gone a long way. I am very disappointed by this experience and will be purchasing/servicing my watches elsewhere.

It wasn't their fault really because it was only that specific ring that I was an extra 1/4 size in

Timothy: I gave him a small 14 karat necklace and paid $350.00 for a 10 karat gold chain that fit better. Took it to pawn shop. Wasn't real stuck to magnet. Don't do business with them should of just went to kay's in the mall. Than getting take advantage of from these scammer's..

This guy took the watch inside the shop and made me wait over 20 minutes and then came back and told me “your watch is not working, Needs a new battery, and it’ll be $40 to do do it”!! I questioned him that this is a brand new watch. It was working when I bought it, the guy kept on insisting no the technician said “the watch is not working, needs a battery”. Scammers. I will never ever visit visit this store again.

I was sent in from another jewelry store to have an appraisal done before sending my wedding & engagement ring in to have it modified. The other jewelry store was going to have to send it out and I was not comfortable doing this before having an appraisal done. I walked into Van Horn just to have the appraisal done but after seeing first that they do all the work in house behind a huge glass window and then meeting Katie who's customer service was superb, I decided to have them give me a quote on price. They not only beat the price, but the work was done in less than half the time! I saved a few thousand dollars and I absolutely love the finished product. Katie was not your average sales person, she went above and beyond to help me come up with the perfect plan at the right price and even texted me to keep me in the loop. I live over an hour away but will continue to make the trip to buy all my jewelry from them in the future!

Lifestyles of the Poor and Unknown: Bought a gaming headset several weeks ago. I asked the employee who was assisting me if the headset could be used on Xbox. His reply, "yes, you can absolutely use this on xbox". Got home, turned the game on, and to my surprise the Hyper X headset I purchased is not compatible with Xbox. Some licensing issue. I tried to return it and was greeted with an equally snobby, and stuck up female employee who quickly dispatched me with her Supreme rudeness, in telling me, "the item couldn't be returned as it was past 10 days.A great policy, when you have individuals working for you who lack both knowledge and common sense. Basically just screwed my out of $30. There are too many places to shop, places where you're treated with respect and not given misinformation. I have one item at this pawn shop, and in about 2 weeks, I'll be getting it out, and I'll never shop at Worldwide Jewelry & Pawn again. It's easy to lose customers in this day, but not so easy to get them back. Shop carefully.

I don't believe people should take advantage of stupidity and ignorance. But the World Wide moto is "if they don't know any better, take them for all the are worth"

Katie Fox: My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas. Him and our 2 daughters went to look. They found one and when he was purchasing it he made absolutely sure that sizing was included in the waranty he was purchasing, cause he wasn't sure what finger I would wear it on. They told him absolutely sizing was included. We took it in to get it sized, the lady that helped gave me the ring sizes. First she had me try the 5 and it was a little to snug I explained to her that I needed a 5.5, she then had me try the 6. I went to pick it up a week later and it was a size 6. I called them to complain about it and the lady said to bring it back in, so we did. We drove almost an hour to take it back for them to tell me sizing wasn't included. I explained everything so she called a manager who then said, sorry u have to pay if u want it sized. Heather Everingham: Tiffany at R & H In Mishawaka, Indiana is one of the best in this business. She has gone above and beyond for me when having my rings serviced. I live out of state and have purchased my rings at 2 different stores she’s quick to find my account when CS online can’t even find my name in the system and she has shipped my rings multiple times to me once they come back since I’m no longer near a R&H being out west. Thank you Tiffany and staff for being amazing as usual my rings arrived and look as beautiful as ever!!
Rob Collins: After shopping at no less than 8 stores carrying 4 specific brands within 100 miles of South Bend I ended up sticking with R & G, admittedly at higher cost, because of the 'no check-up' warranty and the incredible experience I had working with Susie and Grace on my unrealistic timeline. Mailing this piece to some other store every 6 months just wasn't realistic and they stand by the quality of their vendors and internal workmanship to eliminate that requirement. Susie and Grace together hounded the 3rd party band manufacturer on timeline and then through a series of overnight shipments and priority stone mounting got the engagement ring I ordered in store 4 weeks early...the day before I proposed and left for vacation. Can't wait to work with this team again. Nothing less than 5 stars! In spite of my procrastination, she said Yes!

Tiffany from the University Park Mall location in Granger Indiana. She seen there was a note left in the computer about me being worried about another stone falling out so she checked my ring when it was done and sure enough there was another loose stone so she sent it back in and had it fixed. And checked it 2 more times. My heart is so happy not only to have my ring back but also that she made sure it was perfect for when I got it back. I cannot thank her enough!!
