Jimmy Clark: Horrible customer service will never do business with this company ever.
Paige Barrett: I honestly wish I could give this place less then one star. I called in and asked them to cancel two savings accounts that had no money at all and they reassured me that this wouldn't cancel my card and that if it did it would cause a big problem because everything is linked to my card. Well, two days later my card gets shut down and I had to call KeyBank and there was nothing they could do except get me a new card in 5-7 business days. So now I'm going to get my card and change banks. Key has been giving me a ton of problems recently and I've had it. Please choose another bank.

Connie Sarvari: This is the ONLY financial institution I deal with. The associates here are top of the line. Helpful in every way!! From the tellers to the bank managers they are definitely 5 star!!!

Silly Wabbit: Love the fee-free checking and savings accounts I was able to set up online. The tellers have all been 110% polite and professional, and the branch manager is a delight. I can't say enough good about KeyBank on Miami and Ireland!

mary slavens: The manager and operations manager do not know what they are doing when it comes to what legal powers a power of attorney encompasses. It's a frustrating process when you are trying to do the right thing legally for your parent and are unable to due to a misinterpretation of the legal document although they themselves are not attorneys.
Tiffany Thomas: BRANCH MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE, VERY RUDE!!!! WOULD NOT LET ME GET A WORD OUT, KEPT TALKING OVER ME. I ASKED HER WHY WOULD THE “800” NUMBER SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT SHE WAS SAYING, SHE SAID SHE DIDN’T KNOW AND IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS SHE DIDN’T CARE! SHE DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! I WILL NEVERRRRRRR HAVE MYSELF OR MY SON VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! K. R.: Honestly, if I could provide zero stars I would. As cliché as that sounds, I really mean it. I don't think I have ever had a pleasant experience with any teller or loan agent at this location. The employees are consistently rude, short, and unprofessional. I consistently receive conflicting information about my mortgage account which has become very frustrating. I have had my accounts with Key a little over 6 years, and in my credit history of 12 years, I've never had a late payment. Due to an error with Key bank's processing when they transitioned from a 3rd party mortgage payment processing to within Key Bank directly, it accepted my payment, then 3 weeks later reversed it back into my account. I called this branch and all they could tell me was that it was late - even though it wasn't. I have talked to corporate and they saw the clerical/ system error and assured me it wouldn't count against me as a late payment and reversed the fee associated. Key has yet to correct this with the credit reporting bureau and I'm simply done with them.They have terrible customer service at this branch- like embarrassingly poor. And their corporate line is hit or miss.I will be closing my accounts and never looking back this week. I will never be a customer of Key bank again.

Michael Clark: Bank manager is extremely rude. Very excited to be removing my accounts and money from keybank. Just know before using keyBank that they will not help you with fruad or almost any situation where you will require help.

They make up different rules as they go along and then try to make you out as a fool. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. RLT Noyb: The people I am babysitting for pay me with a check drawn on this bank. I thought I would stop by this time and cash it instead of depositing it in my bank. NO WAY! they have a $7 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank. Nope not going to pay that and will never have an account there.
