Come to find out, the product was not even in your warehouse. How do you even schedule a delivery when you don't have the product? Now I'm currently waiting on another order from Home Depot that was supposed to arrive between 9am - 1pm today. I called the dispatcher twice, and was told 2pm and then 5 pm. It is now 7pm still with no delivery. I've wasted ANOTHER day off work.

Very little work/life balance. Paychecks were always on time. Not conducive to being happy, just worked to death. Not recommended.

R Day: The people are pretty helpful and friendly but it can be pretty confusing figuring out where to go once you're inside the gate. They could use a few signs to direct customers where to go to pick up their shipments.

They were 4 days late picking it up and want me to pay more to get it.JOKE! not impressed.Called before using them to ask if they had any delays or issues we should be aware that would slow this and said no!

Finally had to have my husband, brother and his friend move it all why the delivery driver just walked along next to them. I'm furious and asking for a refund from Home Depot.

Jeremy Weaver: Worst shipping company in the market. This company has no respect for time and follows no deadlines. Employees lack communication skills and competency which most likely stems from poor training and management. I have been waiting three week now for delivery. The package was dropped off in Illinois where it sat for four days before it was tagged and loaded for shipment. It took seven days for that package to be shipped from Clearwater, Illinois to south bend, indiana. We're talking one state over, 110 miles, which is a two hour drive... the package failed to be delivered when it arrived in south bend, indiana due to "wrong address." By the way they did not reach out to tell me this. I had to check the tracking number and discover they did not deliver it due to my address being incorrect. I emailed them and discovered that they do in fact have the correct address. When you punch the address into a GPS it leads directly to my house. I took a step further and gave them detailed directions, color of my house, cross streets, near by parks, even what vehicles will be in the driveway. I also provided my phone number and told them to reach out to me and I will assist them with delivery. After all that, they still have not delivered my package and have not called me. It's been five days since they arrived in south bend and I received an email that they will attempt delivery today, which by the way never happen and I received no communication about it. I am still waiting on a response from customer service and still waiting to receive my package. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Don't waste your time.Update: I was contacted by customer service and was told that the driver was unable to come down my street... So now I have to go down to the shipping dock tomorrow to pick them up myself. They are trying to deliver tires btw. Which do not need to go on a semi truck. Even if they did my street is loaded with businesses that have trucking docks. So the truck would have definitely been able to come down my street.Nearly three weeks for delivery and I have to go get them myself now. Beyond irritated.
