Official Cody Rogers: Went in with a mass amount of mainly video games, collectors items and about 15 dvds that were worth a ton. They tried to give me 50 bucks for 20 video games (ps4 and Xbox one) including Def jam fight for NY (valued at $320) I said no way I was doing that and asked for an itemized list so I could see what they were pricing my items at. Quickly the said the system is messed up and stated adjusting prices. I took the games back that were of value and sold them online for $150 just for Def jam ff NY the same day and it sold. The are a rip off, my action figures they bought for $5 and put them on the shelves for $20 a piece. They stated every DVD was credited as only 10 cents.. not a dollar, but 10 cents until I showed then how rare these movies are and what they are worth. I WILL NEVER SELL OR BUY ANYTHING TO THIS STORE AGAIN. THE TRIED SO HARD TO SCAM ME OUT OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE And it wasn't the first time either. The place is close to going out ofbusiness. Let them fall. Maybe they will learn and treat their customers better.i took a wii in months ago and didn't dell it but when I got home, they sure as he'll kept some games and the main power cord so I couldn't even use or sell it after them. Big time scamming pieces ofshit. Do Not buy or sell Here!! I am warning you all, you will secretly lose items, get beyond low balled and come up wit missing items that the will sell illegally!!

Caleb Campbell: Greatest re-sale shop in town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The items are fairly priced and in good condition. We go there often for POP figures and xbox controllers, posters and games. It's a great spot that really gets the business.

Marcus Yeagley: The employees are always friendly and happy to help. They are all pretty familiar knowledgeable with most games in the store and if one of them doesn't know, it seems that one of the other people does, it turns out to be their favorite game or something it always works out. They have a huge selection of just about anything you could need or want for your table top games. The selection of tcg products is always good as well. They have the cool full art, showcase, borderless in foil, essentially I'm saying if you want to spend the big bucks and buy retro or any of the above mentioned styles they usually have them. What is really nice though is they also have stuff for the beginners or people who aren't or who can't afford spending a whole lot of money but still wanna have fun and have good, competitive, decks. They offer the regular versions of cards and even have a gently played binder. You can find some really good things in there sometimes. I believe they said they are wanting to or are planning to try and start having singles again of the Pokemon cards. Over all its a great local game store that I want to see keep being around for many years to come. It always has a great fun friendly environment, even when playing tournaments in the back room or just having fun visiting with friends opening cards or going through cards, whatever your doing.

Matt Gifford: Drove 20 minutes across town to pick up an order to find the door locked with this handwritten sign ("Closed for lunch. Will reopen at 3:00."). This isn't a mom-and-pop business, it's a corporation. Not to mention that the location is only open 12-7 on Sundays, so after two hours of work, they need to take a lunch break? My workplace is understaffed too, and sometimes people need to take a working lunch and order something to be delivered or simply pack a lunch. I watched the employee lock the door and drive off. So now your customers need to be inconvenienced because of your poor planning abilities? What should have taken me 40 minutes to drive here and back is now a 75-minute investment for me to just sit in the parking lot and wait since I unfortunately already paid for my order. At least it gave me time to write this review and hopefully save others from making the same mistake of wasting their time taking the risk of coming here. I'll definitely stick to the Erskine Plaza and Indian Ridge locations from now on.
Probali Jadali Animates: You go there to buy games and that's about it, the people there generally know their stuff so if your in need of something game related take a stop at game stop. Also you can get a lot of the stuff there cheaper online...

Shaun Stanley: Their employees are huge step up from your typical retail store cashiers! Every time I've bought from this location their staff has been helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. My visits have ranged from waiting outside for an hour before opening to just dropping in at random on a lunch break to buy an game or system. Every visit was a great experience that is increasingly rare these days. I will probably forget the cashier that commented on my first Switch and Breath of the Wild purchase or the awesome dude that let us in early who were waiting outside to purchase a hard-to-get game system.

Jim Rockford: GameStop is a dying business that will likely not be around much longer. After not coming here for about 5 years, I come in here to see what games they have. The first thing I noticed was how bland the store was. There used to be signs and posters up everywhere and the place was packed with people, it was very lively with activity and things. Not anymore. The cashier was very nice and helpful but he looked like he had spent the whole time napping before I walked in. I'd believe it with how empty it was. I went in at around 1pm and there was absolutely nobody in here and it was so silent it was creepy. I looked around for about half an hour and left with a few games and not a single other customer ever came in the door. I was shocked to find they have next to nothing for games now. No PS2 games, no Xbox games, no Wii or Wii-U games...nothing. All they have is a tiny amount of PS3/360 games, and then PS4, PS5, One, and Switch. Mostly every game in the store was over $15-$20 on average while the rest were $45-$70. Also all the game discounts you used to get with being a pro member - gone as well. There's absolutely no point coming here anymore. I went over to Target and found a bunch of games I was looking for ON CLEARANCE for cheaper than Gamestop.

Alway know that this place will always have a great selection of collectables to pick from. Overall great place that's underrated

There are some really nice men and women working there, but of course some of gamestop's policies/prices don't meet eye to eye with most customers but hey what can you do that's there rules. I'm no expert or professional at anything, I'm just ranting. What it comes down to is price, value, customer service, it's 50/50 for me. I would rate this location a 7 out of 10.
