Amy Clarion: Not this particular stores fault, this whole bank has been horrible. Have had multiple issues over the years but have always been loyal. Charging me twice for insignificant funds when I have the funds than denying the refund for the charge saying I've already had the refunded 3 times this year. First off no. I don't use this bank but to receive my check from work and occasionally fast food. And it's literally month 2 of this year.

dave cochrane: This bank took over/bought out first Midwest bank and my experience has been horrible. Everything is set up slower. A call can have 20 minute wait times. Touch Tone banking is stupid and slow. I could drive to my local bank faster. What good is that.
Jim I.: The company that Old national Bank contracts with to handle their online bill pay service is absolute trash.I complained about this 2 years ago and then one year ago and still nothing has changed .I tried to pay my water bill and it will not allow me to pay until 10 days out so they're going to mail it in 10 days and then I'm at the mercy of the postal service and we know how reliable they are as far as getting that there so my water bill is probably going to be 7 days late like it has been in the past and then I have to pay a late fee.In the past old national has said give us a call so we can discuss this there's nothing to discuss your bill pay service provider is substandard and low performance and slow .Demand that they provide a better service to your customers or...dump them ...or lose customers.My mother's bank First Federal Bank of the Midwest... the company that they contract with for their bill pay service never goes out more than 7 days most of the time two to five.The only reason that I have not dumped Old national Bank yet is because the location of their branches are geographically friendly to my needs and first Federal Bank of the Midwest doesn't have branches where I live or work.It's always the same with these banks whenever a big bank takes over a small local bank that's been in your community for a hundred years they promise you the great same service that you've come to expect and that lasts for about a year.
Paul Arthur: In the closing of my home / mortgage payoff (August 2022), Old National twice made a 5-figure error that I was ultimately responsible for. There was an astonishing lack of professionalism and accountability. Of special note, Paula Briscoe - VP Mortgage Servicing Director who has still never returned my call/message, and Zita Dixon, Banking Center Assistant Manager, who sent my payoff form out with an agent rather than acknowledging my presence in the building and the difficulties they have caused.
Nicholas Yasillo: The merger of my old bank (First Midwest) with Old National has been a disaster. It's virtually impossible to reach customer service with wait times of hours. Email requests go unanswered and after 10 or 12 days the "ticket" is closed. Waits of more than an hour to reach a "banker" at a branch in person result in a promise to call with an answer to a simple question, which NEVER happens. I've given them a month to get their act together, but nothing has improved. After finally getting through to a CR rep via phone after 3-weeks of trying, she was not able to help at all, and her tone and demeanor were actually RUDE to me. Willing to put up with the insultingly-low interest rates they provide for savings accounts and CDs but NOT the incompetent customer service. Sadly, am closing my several accounts after 30-plus years with First Midwest Bank now that they are part of Old National. Unfortunately, I paid for checks which I'll never use! Worst banking experience ever.

Great job Old National! As soon as I can get into my account I’m switching banks! Absolutely unacceptable!
alexander george: If you need to talk to anyone it takes forever. The merge messed up my account and let me overdraft when i had denied it at my old bank. And ive been on the phone for an hour and a half hearing all about how you can help yourself but not anyone picking up a phone to help any of their "valued customers" great customer service guys love it.
Matt Griffin: Friendly people but incompetent operations. ONB cannot process address changes. If you bank here and plan to move, change banks first, because it's much easier to change banks than to get ONB to update an address. I've spent hours on the phone with ONB, and have sent 5+ support tickets, and a year later they're still sending tax docs to our old address.
coco mis: Worst bank ever I opened an account online deposited a personal check to fund it from other bank account, so it said the funds wouldn’t be available for a week so I canceled that transaction they charged me all kinda fees via savings and checking I pay those start using it then a week later they closed my acct for no reason all my direct deposits got messed up now me and my 2 kids are about to be homeless
Sarah Olson: This is an absolutely terrible bank. Their online banking is a joke. You have to either send an email or an actual letter just to change your address.

I refuse to use the Bank next to Walmart bc the entrance is difficult and the exit is Absolutely the Worst. I can drive downtown Muncie which is always out of my way. John Johnson: Awful institution. They also blocked instant transfers into your ‘own’ account from outside sources, like PayPal, just so you’re aware. Good way to create issues for users and create more profit.
Aweshh karkii: Do not Bank with them! Especially, not with business account. You will get screwed over with fees ( which doesn't make sense). I had a business checking account there, when I opened an account, I was told that cutoff time for day is 8 or 9 pm. So I was assuming if a check wont hit to the account by that day by 9:00 or 11:59pm pm it wont show up that day ( but following next day). Apparently, I was wrong, this bank expects you to keep an eye on account past cut off time to make sure funds there or else there is OD fee on each item even if item is posted past midnight. So isn't after past midnight is next day?? Still OD fee regardless. Manager's solution was a joke. she gave me some stupid solution (as if I never had a business account before)
Robbyoff: I enjoyed the deli and my son enjoyed the escalator. The security was friendly and happy to help us. The bank also offer a fountain for kids to play in which I think was so thoughtful land nice. So overall Old national Bank is one cool place.

Dale Beranek: Old National Bank or the HSA Authority is the worst possible option. I would suggest no using them for anything. I had an HSA account that I was told many times by their reps and our insurance people there are no fees for this account and the money is always mine. Also told if I wasn't in a High Deductible plan I could not contribute. I moved away from the High Deductible plan and left my money in their hands only to find out they will charge you fees to the point of taking all of your money and closing your account for no activity. The best part is that they never once communicated any of this to me. I will never trust this bank with any of my money and I will make sure everyone knows about their shady practices.

Apparently she can’t cash a check but the other location can do it weekly. Then she thought she could educate me that she’s been at the bank for 20 years. I didn’t know I was giving her an interview?

cinblossom: Regions is a joke. Am there almost daily because the company I work for banks there. My main complaint is the length of time I sit there for even the tiniest of deposits. It's like my (customers) time isn't valuable. Between the constant rotation of employees (only seen one constant there in the close to 5 years we have been going there) and the blatant lack of respect for my time it's maddening. And they don't care.
Ann Pendley: 😡🤬 SAD BUT TRUE!! Today I visited Regions Bank at 7400 Eagle Crest Blvd Evansville IN and had one of the most AWEFUL and FRUSTRATING interaction with the branch manager Kyle Fikes. My visit today was my 2nd visit to the Regions Bank Eagle Crest Blvd Evansville IN in a 7 day period to resolve an account fee issue:Last a week I went into the local Regions Bank at Eagle Crest Blvd Evansville IN branch and sat down with their Regions Bank account representative to solve my issue. Once told how to avoid the fee going forward I deposited the recommended amount. Unbeknown to me this bank representative provided me incorrect information as I incurred fees at the beginning of Feb.Today I sat down with the non-client focused branch manager Kyle Fikes to solve my issue – this being my 2nd visit to the local Regions branch in a 7 day period. I was frustrated and not the happiest person to speak with but instead of trying to defuse my frustration Kyle Fikes FUELED my frustration. Kyle Fikes proceeded to tell me that that employee didn't work there anymore and I shouldn't have listened to him AND then further told me it's my fault as I should have read the fine print more carefully. I agree I should have read the fine print more carefully but the week prior I personally went into branch to resolve this issue.In my opinion Kyle Fikes is not a good choice for a branch manager of a bank where clients keep their life savings and/or get loans for their life.Regions is a bank that I will NEVER recommend or speak positively about.

Ashley Maness: I've had regions for 6 YEARS and used them in 3 states. Always loved the experience. However their app was awesome and my favorite part but now it has messed up 3x this month and has been off by HUNDREDS of dollars. They say "Idk how this happened, I've NEVER seen this before. Idk why it would show different." Customer service is hit or miss. The ATM doesn't always work. Not happy. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere. THREE times?

Sara Friede: I rode my bike here in the 97 degree weather. They were so nice to me. I let them know I was going to sit in the qc before I left and they offered me a bottle of water. They were super professional to both me and the other person inside when I was there. The floor was clean and the lobby was large enough to accommodate a line. Great service and friendliness.
Jim Davis: I was banking with Regions but they charge excessive fees. I switched to Chime where they don't charge any fees. They've always been very courteous and friendly. They have never made any mistakes that affected my account I am very careful when it comes to my money. I felt pretty confident about my relationship with Regions and I don't have any qualms in recommending them to my family and friends. I give them an A for their effort. At least they're trying to do better. If it weren't for their high fees I would still be banking with them.
Brandi Douthit: I am glad they are getting tougher on transactions over the phone. I respect the staff, for doing what I ask as far as if they don't actually see me don't validate I've had trouble with unauthorized accounts on Cash apps and credit card companies, saying I purchased stuff on Google play. Which I don't have a credit card or cash app. Kudos to Regions for having my back. Thanks Regions
Tyler Drum: I banked with this bank for 4 months and two days before my paycheck got deposited they closed my account do to the branch manager forgetting to send a copy of my driver's license then I called and he said they would send me out a check and I told them my new address and they still sent it to the wrong address now four weeks later and several phone calls I am still without a check and the customer service is horrible all they kept saying is we understand your frustrations I will never bank with regions again
Cards And Carnivore: Every single day I am assisted by Regions and their team. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my business. I recommend them highly and the manager Kevin takes an interest in helping me grow my business through lending options and was able to assist in purchase of my first home.
Amy Walters: If I could give no stars I would. This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. Unprofessional, will not get back to you on any matter of importance in any timely manner, disorganized and a true disappointment in every single way. You would be better to take your money, throw it in a hole and set on fire rather than let this institution deal with it. The manager is completely incompetent.

Superior Express LLC: I’ve banked there since 2016 , every month I transfer money from my business account to personal over the phone with no issues . Today the girl wouldn’t do it because she says she didn’t know me and nobody in there knew me . Which is a total lie because every time I’m in there the ones that help me ask how are you Jared as soon as I get up to the counter . I’m currently working out of town 2 hours away and need to transfer money . The apps not working for me and this is super annoying . I’ve had other issues in the past about them cashing checks for me but that’s another story . I may switch back to German American because I never had issues there .
David Brugger: I've always found the people at Regions very nice and always helpful. I opened an account in Florida and moved back to Evansville and enjoy banking at both. There has never been a problem.

NO ONE could tell me what the problem was and when I finally got someone in the right department, he was rude and transferred me back to the FIRST PROMPT, where I had to start all over again!! SO FRUSTRATING!! I am pulling all my money and banking else where, which is what I suggest if you're reading this... DON'T BANK HERE!
Marcha Parker: I’ve been banking with regions for almost 6 years. The mobile app has always worked just fine for me. I switched from old National to regions because old national charges for everything. I would give regions a good review but there was a time when the banking staff spoke so loudly about the small amount I had in my account at the time and I felt embarrassed. She repeated the amount several times while looking around the room for approval almost as if she was trying to embarrass me. That is not at all professional. I don’t think the woman works there anymore but she definitely made an impact because I rarely go to the branch anymore. I will wait hours on the phone to avoid going in. I wonder how many more unprofessional bullies they will hire that talk about people who are struggling between jobs.
Bret Grimes: great staff, great service, convenient bank if you do much travelling in the southern states, but inconvenient for Evansville. (having only one branch)I am skeptical of other reviews. I use the on line app all the time with no issues, when I do use the local ATM, it has been updated within the time I have been banking there, and is as modern and as fast as any I have used.I've never paid for cashing checks unless It to expedite a mobile deposit.My only pet peeve is the length of time they put large deposit's on hold. I think the time to fund checks from reputable sources is unreasonable.

Charles Wood: Blake is a rising rockstar! Every time I have a need with any of my accounts he is so awesome to deal with. He remembers me every time even if it is over the phone and always goes above and beyond bc he cares. I promise the only guy I will talk to until he gets promoted will be Blake. People who care like him are far and few between, and honestly I would normally try and steal a guy like that but our businesses are very different! She rudely told me that the only way I could cash my check was by going to a Fifth Third Bank. I have banked with old National my entire life and have never had an experience like this one. I would recommend any Old National in Evansville except for this one. I went to the Old National on north Green River Road where they helped me clear up the issue immediately.
