T MaVeety: A friendly man named "Tee" helped us out so much. Tee is a people person who took care of our problem. We had purchased some items that we needed to return and we live closer to the Town Center location. Town Center would not accept our return. We tried twice. Each time was not successful. The people at Town Center were not friendly, but Tee at Green River Rd was. We ended up having to travel across town in order to return our purchase. Tee was kind and nice to us and helped us with our return. Anytime a person is good to customers, I believe that they should be recognized. Thank you Tee. You are worth traveling across town to buy from. -Tom

1: Terrible service very rude, the store was close to closing and employees stared us down until we were ready to go, the one employee would not stop staring us down until we left and even after we left we forgot an item and they didn't even bother to try and tell us after we payed for it, they walked over to the side, and we knocked on the door and nobody came. We called and they said they couldn't open the doors while they were counting the money, so we waited several minutes and we saw the lights start to turn off so went up there and still they didn't go up to the door and they knew we was out there, the main girl who was very rude was an old lady wearing glasses, I think she needs to retire especially working at a dollar tree at her age.

Agnes AJ: As a person who travels extensively (15-16 days a month), I always do a lot of walking in the neighborhoods surrounding my hotels. So, I have been to many Dollar Tree stores, in many cities and states, over the years. This location is BY FAAAR, the worst. I walked in and didn't see any available carts. I saw four or five carts around the store loaded down with store stock, so they were unavailable. I was annoyed and ask the cashier where all the carts were. She said they were being used by other customers who were shopping...there were only about five people in the store besides me! She then asked a woman who was approaching the register, if I could have her cart after she put her things on the checkout counter. That was nice of her and it was the only reason I ended up with a cart. Anyway, besides all of that, this store is the absolute messiest, junkie Dollar Tree I've even seen. Shopping there was very difficult as I had to dig through piles of stuff to find what I was looking for. It was a complete mess...I DO NOT recommend this location at all.

She said and these were her exact wordsI am not your worker!" She then began to ring up other people's purchases and ignored me. 😒 I will never shop there again! I was even filled out of the store and threatened because I had to say something about how I was treated. I never cussed or raised my voice, but the manager did. 8 was the only white person in the store and I honestly feel like U was being treated unkind because of this fact. Ugh! Totally rude and unprofessional!!!

mineash vieck: I live nearby, and this is my favorite dollar tree to go to in the area. It has a wide selection of craft and artistic material, and a good selection of snacks and drinks! They also have very large glasses that you can get for pretty cheap.

J.: This location is the best in my opinion. It is clean and the isles are clear of stock and clutter. Their shelves are always fully stocked with tons of merchandise. They also have some cute higher priced items they have added ($3 and $5).

eric galloway: If you get a guy with a long ponytail be ready for a huge sigh when he's inconvenienced from stocking shelves to come check you out. Tonight is the second time he's done this exact same thing and the first time was about a month ago. Both visits are carbon copies of themselves. The employees are beyond rude. honestly, it seems to only be towards white people. i watched an employee go off on an old man for asking for potting soil. she yelled at him so loudly everyone in line was watching the whole thing. several times i have seen either family members or friends visiting an employee while working and they are just hanging out instead of working or checking out a line of people waiting to be noticed. aisles are Constanty empty and unstocked while piles of merch remain untouched. the store is beyond thrashed and i warn everyone before setting foot in this store. try another location!

WE ARE UNDER A STATE MANDATE REQUIRING MASKS FOR THE COVID...THIS STORE'S EMPLOYEES NEVER WEAR THEIR MASKS PROPERLY....I HAVE ONLY SEEN TWO YOUNG MEN FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES. EVEN THE MANAGER LAUGHED ABOUT IT. I GUESS CALLING THE HEALTH DEPT MIGHT WAKE THEM UP
