Jackson Mesidor: Terrible company to deal with I gave them a payment for $ 368 that payment was canceled because of $18 daily interest. Two days after they were looking for that same payment that they canceled themselves. Terrible an rude branch manager.
Sharon Smith: When I first started with One Main, the service was great. Not sure if COVID changed the employees. But I would never recommend this company to no family or friends. Recently I applied for more money or to refinance my current loan & the customer service was horrible. The loan officer was rude, unprofessional. She stated I had a personal loan with a company I never heard of. When I questioned her, she hung up on me. I then called to talk to branch manager but have yet to receive a call back. It's been 2+ weeks. I then did an official complaint with corporate, I received an email from someone asking me to call to further discuss my complaint. I have called 3 times & left messages& still no return calls. Horrible company. I wish I could get out of my loan. I will never do business again with them.

Victoria Kite: When I refinanced for more money, the Mt Pleasant Tx branch took out two payments from two different accounts after I told them not to use my credit union. Instead of questioning why two payments were made by two different accounts, they credited both in the new paperwork and then told me I owe two payments in 1 month to cover what they credited. I told her it was not fair that I have to cover their mistake and she told me that it's "not their problem" that my account was in the red. I even cancelled the payment online before it was due and it still came out. I have no patience for rude customer service. I have been an excellent customer for 4 years. Never again. Once this is paid off, I will never use this company again. Ever. They are rude and demanding and instead of trying to fix the issue, they would rather blame the customer.

R B: I just had the worst customer service experience with Brooke at your Normandy Jacksonville, FL location! Very rude and was unable to answer my question regarding my insurance that I have on my loan in a professional manner. I would highly recommend some form of customer service training for your employees!!

The Lawrenceville, Ga location is so unprofessional, demonstrates poor customer service, and are overall rude individuals. When I first took out the loan, the staff was great. The staff that’s there now is just terrible! Once this is paid, I would never! It’s a typical high interest loan that sucks but I knew that going in. They have successfully made the entire OM organization look like a fraud and a company I would never refer anyone to.

Dr. Kelly: Terrible company. They require collateral information even when you say you don’t want a secured loan. Was treated like a dead beat from the first “hello” and was then hung up on rudely by multiple people at the local branch (including the manager) JUST for asking questions and not wanting to give collateral information. They won’t even answer questions until you give them collateral information. Distract Manager “promises” to call but you’ll never actually hear from her. Trying to reach corporate is a joke. Bottom line, they just don’t care about customers and you are just a dead beat they can get a dollar t from.
Brandy Dinolfo: I live here in COS and the local branch here is the worst. The way they treat their clients is so degrading. They will tell you, "It's this way or nothing." or "Too bad, sorry can't help you." I made two payments on my account and it was never applied to my balance. It was definitely taken out of my bank account. Tried to reach out to their corporate office as I refuse to speak with the local branch. I was told to email them a copy of my statement showing the deduction and heard nothing back from them. Called on a daily basis with no success. Received a priority letter stating they have been trying to reach me. (LIARS) and threatening to send my account to collections unless I contact them immediately. I have filed a complaint to their legal disclosures department and the BBB. This company is the WORST EVER to work with.
danialle harvey: Wrong balance on card stemming from fraudulent charges; have been trying to get these applied as a CREDIT, but were applied as a DEBIT. Even after I point out what needs to be corrected, nothing ever gets done. Do not, and I mean, DO NOT get this card.. you will regret it!

He said regardless of whatever the circumstance, he not going back and forth with me. I had a reverse payment that wasn't my fault and I was trying to gain more understanding of the direct pay. Mind you I am work too! I work with the public and it's very rude to flag a person's concern when they are trying to gain knowledge of the company. I wish I never took a loan out here. I will just pay it off and be done with this company! I love doing busy with people who cares about their consumer!
fabian ramirez: I took a loan but the $$ was not deposited as they put in the wrong routing # so I never received the funds obviously. I told them the error was done by then but they blamed me instead. Try to cancel the loan as I never received the funds and now they are forcing me to pay them back for a loan I never received. Outrageous!!!!
