Joseph Steiner: If I could personally leave a zero star review I would. This place and its customer service is absolutely appalling. Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever take your time and money to this establishment. Brought a bracelet in for a repair on the clasp on December 17 and still have yet to receive it. Call the store? Try again they don’t answer. “It will be done on the 3rd” it’s the 25th.

Dalton Griffith: Closed for lunch which the webpage says nothing about. They have a cardboard sign on the door informing customers. Bathroom is not open to the public. And they was 10 minutes late reopening after lunch. Terrible

He was a huge help guiding us in the right direction while staying within our budget, saving us as much money as possible and ensuring that we got everything we wanted how we wanted it and made for a great conversationalist. Great experience and customer service, would recommend.
Ryan Trimbath: I went in to get a watch battery replaced. There are 3, maybe 4 people "working" one person was helping a customer, one lady filing paperwork, one guy cleaning jewelry talking to what may have been another employee (?) And telling anyone who walked into the store how busy they were before turning back to the other employee to complain about how busy they are because they don't have staffing. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. Stood there doe 30 minutes waiting for someone before I had to leave.
Kaila Beach: Buyers beware! Once you’ve bought your jewelry the customer service goes out the window! I’ve purchased all my jewelry from Kay totaling over $30K and they could not care less. I brought my wedding ring in to be repaired because the prongs holding my solitaire bent completely over and broke for the second time now. I paid up front for a custom platinum 6 prong setting to prevent this from happening for a third time and have now been there three times to pick it up, when I live an hour away. All three times my ring has came back completely wrong and they tried to charge me to have it fixed correctly. I’ve spoken to the manager Vicky about this and all she does is either blame the other employees or deny anything she can. I personally work in dentistry and if we treated our loyal customers like this we would be sued. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from Kay’s or Jared’s again!

Kregg Woosley: We've shopped at Kay Jewelers for 25 yrs. Used to be a great place. That has now changed. At separate times, my wife and I purchased anniversary presents for each other. Both of us were deceived about our purchases and warranty cost. While no "lies" were told, we both felt like we were dealt with in a very rude deceptive way. I completely understand commission sales, but no customers (repeat customers) no commissions at all. Honest salespeople will always have a job. Dishonest ones are always looking for one.
Olivia Payne: I have had to get my ring resized a total of four times now because they can't figure out how to correctly size my finger and make the ring the appropriate size. The first time I got it resized, it came back a size bigger! The last time my ring had to resized because it broke spontaneously (bad product), they resized it incorrectly AGAIN! I don't think the sales associates have a clue what they are doing. I've only been engaged six months, and I have been without my ring more than I have had it. I would not recommend them to any friends or family. Does anyone know of another Kay Jewelers store in this area?

Blake Chapman: Leda is a ROCKSTAR! My wife and I have purchased several vey special pieces from Brinker's, all through Leda. We loved her from the minute we met her. She assisted us with an anniversary ring and assisted me with two SUPRISE pieces for my wife Lisa. One was a beautiful necklace with our daughter's name on it shortly after she passed away. Leda helped me with the design and my wife loved it. The most recent piece was an additional diamond band for her wedding ring and a surprise LARGER diamond center stone. Leda was instrumental in not only the design but also the execution of the SUPRISE. David did the work on her ring it it is so gorgeous. Troy Melton: Don’t get the Helzberg Credit Card! We bought our rings a year ago and they told us it was a year interest free, but failed to mention that if we did not have it paid in full in a year that the whole year interest then hits. Just had an extra $500 in interest hit our account. They knew what they were doing when they didn’t tell us that part knowing we wouldn’t get the card, plus they took our ID and filled the app out themselves, so only screen we seen was the signature. Had we known we either would not have got the cards or we would have had it paid off in the year so that we would have had the deal. But now we have an extra $500 to pay! Will not be back to Helzberg, the other two stores in the mall now have our business!

He’s not pushy either which I really loved. You can tell he is a very nice and genuine person. He definitely has a good soul. We had gone to this jewelry store pre-covid and had no issues however, this recent time has been the worst case of professionalism as well as customer service.They told us we now had to pay for a service we had not paid for times before (no problem we were happy to pay) but for a simple jewelry cleaning we walked away with a piece of custom jewelry broken and in pieces.Obviously this was a frustrating matter and the associate as well as suspected store manager responded with “accidents happen.” Yes, accidents DO happen but when an accident happens you take responsibility as being the one who damaged the property.We were not offered and apology or refunded for the service in which broke a $5,000+ necklace.Highly recommend going to a reputable jeweler and to stay far, far away from this store.

Kada Stinson: Jewelers were very rude. I went in to get a ring resized and BOTH people were so rude. First guy did not have his mask on properly and was not helpful at all. He took my ring , sized it, then left to help other customers. The ring I brought in to get resized was too small for my middle finger, which is where I had room for it on my hand. I had another ring on my middle that was a 7 3/4, which is the size I wanted my new ring to be. The second person that had helped me, a woman, insisted that I get my new ring sized to a size NINE. I explained that my other ring, that I can slip easily on and off, was a 7 3/4, so why would I need a 9? She then told me that maybe I need an 8.5 then, I then asked for just the same size very nicely. She told me that she’ll just put me down for a 8 1/4. So now, my white gold and diamond ring may or may not even fit my finger in two weeks again. :((

Hopefully the rings are at least going to look like I ordered. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had given me an update that it would be a bit longer when I called them for the estimate, but they didn’t. When I asked why the timeframe changed, I wasn’t given a straight answer, but the girl who called me instead just said “That was my bad, I just assumed earlier” as if that was okay. Not impressed with the customer service.
