Daniel Latini: Online signup process was easy. I had no problems getting into the facility via the keypad. However, I live nearby and rode my bike. The only way out is via the same gate, which is triggered by a weight-sensor that is calibrated for cars. There is no interior keypad, nor is there a way to alert the onsite staff. I ended up having to send my 7 year old through a hole in the fence to input the gate code again so we could get out

Megan Keeney: Good location, difficult to drive through with larger vehicles. The units stay relatively dry, but when it rains the back end of it floods. The doors to the units are a little older and can be kind of difficult to open.

Stephanie Williams: Has 24 hour access which was great and another reason we chose this spot due to our work schedule varying we needed access 24 hours a day. We stored our work supplies etc inside but showed up recently and gate code would not work upon further review we had received a email stating we have an immediate eviction from one large unit and 2 outdoor spots even tho we were paid up till the 14th when we called regarding access they stated we were "living" on the premises. We have been renting from here for almost a year and have never resided we have a home so to keep the peace we decided to take our money and spend it at another facility we were told in 4 days we could access our belongings so long as we kept our appointment 5 days later with them and only had 3 hours to remove our belongings. We showed up and Noone was here to allow us access still so we called and was informed that the property manager wouldn't be on location for 3 more days we ended up having to call local law enforcement who stated it is a civil matter and as long as we had paid up (we had proof) that they were not able to keep our property from us. We had people here that took off work and came from out of town to help on their scheduled day to move the stuff. Now we are being told we have 3 seperate days for only one hour each day to get our belongings out. I will NEVER rent or recommend renting from them again. Legally AFTER we have paid we still have 5 days before they can put a lock on our property yet we are not even being given that. DO NOT STORE STUFF HERE UNLESS U WANNA JEAPORDIZE IT BEING KEPT BY PROPERTY MANAGER

Reniesha Bonds: The place was way too pricey for what you get. Ceiling had Some sort of water damage and something was leaking. When I bought this to attention I was told to just take pictures. The ants were horrible because they probably don't do routine treatments of the property and the staff is just NOT professional! I spoke to my property manager one time beforey move in and couldn't contact any on over phone since that day. My experience was not great even lost some property due to poorly manage location! I wouldn't give any stars but they are making give at least one.

Louis Wilson: Where do I start...first...decent price to get me in there...storage unit was dirty,alil bit of water damage and light bulb was broke. Asked about light bulb replacement and they told me to do it myself. Sliding handle was so lose it was about to fall off...had to fix that myself..I moved in near the end of the month so I thought my next payment would be at end of next month and to my surprise it was at the beginning of the next month ....so I don't go to make a payment till the end of next month (which pay date landed on the 1st of the following month ) which means I got to payments behind with no notice and they hit me with 2 late payments a action fee and cut my lock off and refused to let me have access to my stuff until it was paid in full. I had very important stuff in there I needed access to Like my daughters potty training toilet and no slack was given to retrieve not one thing. This is after it took 6 hours to locate the office mgr.they did waive $40 in late fees but it still cost me $200 to gain access and a new lock. When it came time to checkout I called them on the 29th said it was empty and I would come by on the 30th to retrieve my lock and I guess I got there after office hours (which is a self pay machine) to discover that they cut off my brand new $20 lock. I forgot to say without option when I was getting the storage unit he gave me a price that included a lock and rental insurance which I needed neither of them. They also raised my monthly payment after 2 months $20 for no apparent reason. There's mucj better places for the money at other storage units. Would not suggest this place!
