AllStar LHDP: Recent new resident of the area and I can say with confidence this family dollar always goes above and beyond for their customers, I think the manager’s name is Carla, very cool lady and will help anyone.
Christine Thomas: This location is very convenient and they always have fresh milk and half n half.Thanks for keeping it fresh Family Dollar!

Hassan Brown: Kris the manger accused me of stealing something from this location. She had me take my shoes off and jacket to pat me down.. I am a male no female is allowed to pat a male down. During her pat down she found nothing and still accused me .

Tina Stucke: I visited your store on Columbia street. The manager was working and has been each time I've visited this store. She is very friendly to every customer that walks through the door. I think her name is Kris, and it's not a fake greeting. It genuine. The store is clean and organized. Which surprised me because of location. The store is extremely busy. Would definitely recommend

Evil Jesus: Frequent this location a lot used to get Pokémon packs for 1 dollar until they were being restocked and an employee told me them and another associate at the store were buying the whole lot and the store even has a sign saying 3 per customer I couldn't believe it so I won't be going back and I suggest everyone else find a better more honorable store that treats their customers fair and not second rate citizens after their employees have everything they want and needGoodbye no more business from me

samantha h: This store is very well kept and fully stocked. With being in retail I know everywhere is short handed, but I didn’t see any stock carts in the aisles of this store. There was only one person there, her name is Nicole and she was very friendly and helpful. She was running register and ordering in between customers. I gave 5 stars because I know how it is doing multiple things and keeping a good attitude about it and she did just that. Keep up the great work guys!
Luna Sizemore: Today was my second day… and I Quit!!! The manager Nichole thinks it’s perfectly okay to yell and scream at a new hire as soon as they walk into the store.. I have never worked for Family Dollar so I don’t know what to do.. There’s no Training was asked to run on her drawer the first day! As soon as I Walked she started yelling at me because I told the night time manager Charles I was talking a break from doing tubs and front lining well apparently he lied and said I said I would do tomorrow… this store is extremely unprofessional as it could be. First day Nichole screaming through out the store. Heads up you come in at 845pm they lock the door just fyi!

Jamisha Meriweather: I can honestly say how Terrible this store looked from the outside to the inside very poor customer service no greeting at the door and items just everywhere. Now this store is the only one I will shop at. The store manager and her crew has really in a great deal turned this store around it’s clean smells great, always a greeting at the door, the store manager is always cleaning and stocking helping me find whatever I need. Sometimes there are sidewalk sales and before she came there were none. The outside grass area use to have lots and lots of trash but now that she has got there it has been cleaned. I use to hate to have to go to this store but now I Love It!!!! Keep up the great work and thank you soo very much for all that you do.

Chelsey Miller: Was closed a lot of the time! Never know when they are open! And when they finally opened up all the stuff inside was expired no joke! I got 5 items or different food varieties from beef jerky to chicken Pattie’s and everything was stale and expired! I will never go here again! They just need to stay closed!
tanm bou: Workers are nice and helpful for the most part. Don't buy anything from their freezer, it will most likely not be edible. Their store hours are wonky. One time customers weren't allowed in at 8:30 pm when it closed at 9 pm. Also today I went at 6 and see that the store is closed. I don't know what's going on but they need to get their stuff together
Toast: This store is a disaster, which is saying a lot since I already have very low expectations from a place called Family Dollar but seriously wow; not stocked, half the store is literal piles of stuff not at all organized, and to on top of that the cashier didn’t know how to make change(or wear a mask in a pandemic but we’ll gloss over that) don’t even waste your time with this location

Vanessa Holmes: If it was up to me they wouldn't get any reviews I work there next to my boss Nicole a customer came in and the customer said she didn't like Nicole because Nicole had a smart mouth and she didn't like black people It was 3 customers in the store that were at my boss's register she'stood there screaming Yelling at me Why didn't you say anything you stood there and you didn't say anything crying didn't say anything why didn't you stand up for me and everythin 's that day she's been acting funny towards me So I asked other employees at the family dollars what should I have done they told me I did the right thing and she was wrong and I thought she would apologize she didn't apologize she didn't apologize because she thought in her mind that I Was wrong because she told several customers about what had happened like I did something to her playing in the victim she's always playing the victim but I am clearly the victim I would never work for a Family Dollar or her ever again

Have to give up all comfort to shop here.Also, unbelievable amount of out of stock items last few months. Pet food shelves are nearly empty?
