G C: Update: I drive by multiple times per day (I have NO CHOICE), and Weddle Brothers is NEVER there. I have seen them ONE day in over a week. And they will not even have Walnut Street Pike open two ways in November. MONTHS of delays for 400 feet of road. They do not care. Trust them with your job? good luck.Weddle Brothers are responsible for the total mess Walnut Street Pike has turned into. the project is delayed by MONTHS and they are never there on the site. I drive by two/three times per day and nobody is working. The project at this point is about 400 feet and this contractor simply cannot do the job. They are currently under negative review from the city, and possibly INDOT (?). They accepted the job and clearly cannot mange the project or even come close to hitting a deadline. The unexpected things that pop up are no excuse. They are not on site. The road is STILL closed. And Weddle Brothers clearly cannot manage a large project. And from the lack of work I have seen, likely cannot manage a small project eitehr. In doubt? Drive by Walnut Street Pike, but go via Fairfax road because the road is still closed due to their lack of effort, capability, and planning. DO NOT use them if you expect the job to actually be finished.
