Zach Ward: I sat on hold with the pharmacy for 30 minutes starting at 1:30 and they answered the phone and hung up on me. Called back and it said they were on lunch. Could've just told me themselves but instead decided to let the answering machine handle it.
Sarah Smith: I’ve been here so many times and I can honestly say this place is always organized and clean. The customer service varies depending on who takes care of you, I’ve had a great experience with Enrique, Shawn, and Cindy (she’s so sweet!). The worst experience I’ve had here most of the time is in the photo department with a young lady named Virginia, she’s very professional but she needs to do better because my pictures are always never ready when they were supposed to be, and it’s only happened with her. The pharmacy ladies are all very kind and very informative, thank you for all that you do ladies! This may not be the best Walgreens but I’ve been coming here for years for a reason, they make me feel like no problem is too small for them to solve, thank you all !

Bailey Roby: I never leave reviews for anything but I felt compelled to for this employee! Ginger, one of the assistant store managers is fricken AMAZING!!! She definitely is building an amazing community within this store and she is so kind and patient with customers and when things don’t go according to plan (such as a nasty paper jam in the printing department). She talked about how they are trying to build an great team for this location and you can tell how much she appreciates not only the customers but the quality of work that she is providing! :) Shout out to Ginger for making my experience an exceptional one! Also shout out to her for making my day better as well!

Update your google business hours so your customers don’t make an unnecessary drive like I just did. If there were other convenient pharmacy’s I would chose them. Congrats on your pharma monopoly.
Carriann Floyd: I recently switched from another large pharmacy to Walgreens and today solidified my decision to stay with Walgreens. Ty, a wonderful young lady in the pharmacy drive-thru was absolutely amazing, accommodating, upbeat and set me up with a Walgreens rewards card for the future and todays discounts. It’s an odd thing to be so motivated to write a review because of a pharmacy drive-thru employee making your day so great but there ya go. She was awesome
Nathan V: We live 1 minute from this store but we are finally dropping after multiple disappointing incidents in 6 months:-pharmacy closes at 7pm. Rex was automically renewed 3 days ago but today by 430pm still not filled. Got there at 6:58 to pick it up but window already closed. Drive thru window closed in my face at 6:59 without even talking to me. Horrible-lost Rx another time-reserved vaccine time but had to wait 45 mins-only gave us half of our envelopes for Xmas picturesThis store has continuous issues and will be switching to CVS down the road.
Keri Noll: Made an appointment this morning for a Covid booster at 2:20. Even though I filled out everything and signed the forms before I got here, they made me redo it all. And now I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. What was the point of doing this all beforehand and making an appointment?? Poor service. Pharmacist was great though.
Traci Holder: I made an online appt (the sign says appointments not needed) for a covid booster. It was for an elder who needs to use a wheelchair. (Therefore a difficult trip). I went during my lunch break. Stood in one line to find out we were in the wrong line (not clearly marked). Was told there was no record of the appt and we were turned away. Stating "we are too backed up".

Taylor VanCleave: The pharmacy is understaffed. You stand in line forever to get your Rx. If you make an appointment for a shot or vaccine it won't happen at the scheduled time. I waited over an hour past my appointment.

The Anser: This place is a disaster. Booked a covid test 24 hours in advance. Followed email instructions stating to visit the drive thru. Both lanes are down. Called and sat on hold for 51 minutes for the lady to tell me nothing they can do that you need to reschedule. I did reschedule to CVS and was taken care of immediately.

Game pro: They " MISTAKENLY" gave an adult CoVid vaccine to a 4 year old instead of a flu shot. If anyone knows the protocol of administering a vaccine, then you can draw your own conclusion. No way this was a mistake. Whoever is responsible I have a question. Who are you to decide for others???? How do you look in the mirror or sleep at night? Karma is always around the corner, hopefully you bump onto it.

Kept me updated on anything I needed to do or know! Then the pharmacist that gave me my shot was super friendly and gave me my shot fast and easy! I HIGHLY recommend this location! Amazing experience!!

Melanie Hoffman: Had a horrible experience with same day delivery from Walgreens app. Had a missing item for a delivery for my mother. It was not a big deal until I was told my only solution was to drive from another state with my receipt to get the 4.49 refund. I was also told to contact Door Dash because that was who I paid to deliver!?!? But I ordered it off of the WALGEENS APP. I do not have info for anyone but Walgreens on my receipt. The Manager of "20 years" Sabrina Hart continued to yell at me, speak over me, and then hung up on me. WAY TO GO WALGREENS! The worst part was that I had my sweet mother on a 3 way call with me. She had to hear it all and is now too scared to go back to that store. Absolutely disgraceful! Hopefully no one else has to deal with this kind of abuse from a store manager ever again.

Walked into store to find out why. gentlemen walks up and asks if I’m there for a pickup, I say yes and he tells me not to put that im there if I’m not there. Well, don’t mark items as picked up if they aren’t picked up. Sorry you hate your life!
