karli b: If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get a new phone, the young man states they have a promotion of $800 off your new iPhone, any condition as long as it turns on and off. Today I walk in to drop the phone off and the lady points out every flaw she can find on the phone and tells me my trade in value won’t be much. She also wrote down the wrong GB for my trade in but not noticed until I got home. Very unprofessional and need to be clear with what you’re selling. Don’t recommend this location, scammed.
Josh Quintana: I had a problem with two of our family’s iPads, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative, who is named Seth, was able to solve my issue and get both iPads up and running in less than 10 minutes. On top of this, he apologized for the iPads, not working, solved the issue and there was no charge for the service. overall great experience thank you Seth for providing a great experience.

I said yes and then she told me to go to Best Buy..lol that's not good business practice shifting a customer to someone else. Been with AT&T probablylonger than she is old. I have always had a prepay account by my own choice. The same # also from the start. Her attitude and demeanor makes me rethink my loyalty to ATT as I'm shopping at BEST BUY... I think corporate would be real happy about this LOL

I ordered phones online and there was a huge problem with that. Reluctantly then I was forced to go into the store to sign up for service. I was there for 4 HOURS. FOUR. HOURS. I. SAT. and waited for phone. Then TYPICALLY a PROFESSIONAL asks all the plan details. I was not asked which plan option I wanted at all. I literally TOLD them I did not want the insurance nor any additional add-ons and all that was STILL added to my bill. Then come to find out that particular woman I worked with had LITERALLY. PUT SOMEONE ON MY PLANS NAME AS "AHOLE" so that when he called anyone thats what came up on thier caller i.d. How anyone in the customer service industry could be SO..ENTIRELY. UNPROFESSIONAL. is just beyond me. FURTHERMORE..then my phone had a problem transferring numbers from our old t-mobile accounts and my mother didn't have service on her phone for 2 days and I couldn't even call her to know that it was a problem and spent at least a total of 4 hours on the phone with customer service the following days trying to get this issue resolved. The transition was absolutely horrible and i HIGHLY reccomend that if you are switching to at&t to not go to this store in particular.

Deven Cobb: I went in this AT&T location with the very complex and somewhat confusing situation Right away I was direct to management like I expected I would be given my situation. The manager was very patient and friendly as well as a Attentive She listened everything I had to say and then based on what I had to say She decided I needed a new SIM card So within minutes my phone was back working again I was able to make calls and left without being charged anything This was my 1st experience at this location and overall it was a good experience much better experience than I had at the corporate store on Jefferson road They could really learn a thing or 2 from her over there. For now on any problems I have or any upgrades I have Will only be done at this store

We have always went to the Warsaw stores and we realize they have lied to us a lot and have taken advantage of us numerous of times . Deb at the Jefferson store worked on our bill at Direct tv got our cost down took care of my I watch and new phone .. I will not go back to the other stores in Warsaw or Elkhart because of the care they gave us !! Thank you all dearly we will be back .. thank you

She helped us pick a new internet plan that we’ll use in a different state, plus a share plan that was perfect for the two of us. I have never had such terrible service. When asked for a member of management, he was cagey and uncooperative. Anthony should NOT be the public face of this company or any other company.

The younger generation doesn't know how to keep a customer. I went to Kendallville, perfect example how to keep your customers coming back!

Seth Zimmerman: A paragon of cellular customer service.Like many others, I have had terrible luck with phones and even worse luck with cellular providers. The prospect of being forced to cancel my service and buying a new phone was daunting, at first. Thankfully, an AT&T representative was hand picked by god to assist me.Unfortunately my phone was stolen and that began the process of shutting off my service. I came back in person four out of five days, constantly getting bad information from the 611 line. They helped me suspend my service, make me an authorized user, reactivate my service, and purchase a new phone while simultaneously correcting the mistakes of the helpline.I was a basket case and they helped me gather my proverbial eggs and tie a nice little bow on it. It was truly one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had and if I ever need anything regarding my phone or service I will be calling them personally.Ask for Noah. Enter bliss.

Nathaniel Grizzle: Went to att to look into adding an iPad to my plan. First day a representative, came up I wanted to see the iPad 12.9 2022. The representative was very transparent and said they did not provide any demo versions of the 12.9 or new Apple Watch and advise to head to Best Buy. I decided to add it to my plan a few days later. I got there and a new rep helped me and due to technical difficulties the new representative was also upfront and transparent with me regarding the technical issues. After a few hours, going back and forth he was very sympathetic and transparent. I can say that all the reps I spoke with were respectful and helpful. I recommend if you got questions or concern. I’d gladly go back to this store.

I am 82 and I have a terrible time trying to control my phone when it updates I get lost and it does things I don't want. However I go in and that young man is so wonderful to help me every time and never makes me feel that I'm nothing but trouble. Please give him great rewards because he is so helpful. I do take him a candy treat every so often. He is a five-star fellow

Claire L: My experience is good at first when I went to trade in my phone and get a new number. They told me trade in is like 1k so that will be deducted from the cost of the new phone. So I trusted what they say got a new phone and trade in my old phone when I went to give my old phone I remember they didn't tell me how much is the value of my phone that I'm trading in they just say let me sign paper which I did my bad for not checking had they told me I won't cos its way cheaper not even a cost of my monthly bill. And now I'm stuck to paying higher monthly cos my phone that i trade in did not cost anything which they said cost1k before. I just found out when they sent me the bill and it's way higher than what I expected. To think that I paid the initial payment of $300. I just sign up for basic plan but I saw the bill so many charges which I didn't know. I've been using at&t and this is the first time I experienced this hidden charges. And I felt cheated for telling me that my phone cost like this but end up not worth anything. I'm not a happy customer at this point.

Robert Howell: I stopped in at the AT&T store on Lincoln to get an upgrade. As soon as I entered Brian was immediately able to assist. I came in only intending to get phone but he managed to upset me and we added 4 accessories as well. These are the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, a Samsung Super fast Wireless Charger, a Samsung 45W PD Power Adapter and a clear case for the Galaxy Z Fold 4. I haven't received the earbuds yet so I can't speak for them. I am having trouble with the wireless charge as it seems to need the phone set on it in very specific part of the phone. When it is on the wireless charger it shows charge time is 2 1/2 hours which is longer then I anticipated by about an hour.Brian wasn't pushy but he was certainly intent on the added accessories being included. I would still give him a 5 star rating though and even recommend he get a bump in his pay for pushing products with a passion for AT&T. I know it's hard to find people self motivated like this (especially since he was alone in the store).
