I was given the option to upgrade my phone as well and still save $3 per month to what I was paying with my unlimited Sprint plan. My change to Magenta was imediate. I was given time to think about upgrading my phone. My customer service representative was very friendly but not pushy as well as extremely knowledgeable of their products and services. Best of all, there was no waiting to be helped! It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend T-Mobile.

Which means that if you have an actual urgent problem with your phone, you have no one to get ahold of, and no way to get it up and running again. Horrible service, I was trying to help a friend get her phone fixed and none of the stores will help. I will NEVER recommend TMobile for anything. Ever.
J: Sat there with a buddy for over an hr. All he was trying to do is import his old number to new number in which they was supposed to do from jump street. They failed. He lost all his Google and who knows what else.

Lush Complex: Staff do not care about customers at all. They don't even look up from their phones when you walk in and ask them questions. I would avoid this store and switch phone providers if possible.Oh side note they charge you for leasing out your phone even though you already paid it off. But staff in the store couldn't explain this so ended up calling customer service to get more info. All in all can not recommend doing avoiding business with t mobile/sprint enough. Terrible staff and service.

I purchesed my phones through Sprint.Tonight my opinion changed drasticly for the better.I was completely distraught because my phone would not charge. I was afraid that I may have to get a new battery or the power port was damaged. Either one of the situations would mean I would have to pay for a new phone. Due to covid and loosing my job to it, I only had a few dollars and I really need my phone to get calls for work.Hailey greeted my husband and me. She started to check my phone after I took off my cover. She asked if we tried other cords. Told her we tried five different chargers. Let her know that it had not been dropped or in water.She plugged it in and it started to charge. I was afraid that I would get it home and not continue to charge. I offered to buy a new charging wire but when she told me the price. My husband (who is disabled) asked if I could afford that... I said it's going to wipe me out.Hailey told me to hold on. She went in the back and got me a used charger wire and told me there was no cost. We made sure it was working. Thank you Hailey! You turned my night around to the better and changed my feelings about T Mobile.

D Snyder: Walked in the store hoping to find out why my phone wasn't working correctly. Have had the problem for 3 weeks.Hoping it wasn't the phone since I paid alot for it. Jeremy/Manager looked at it and simply put in a new sim card. I thought it might be the sim card myself. Simple solution to a major problem. It certainly was the sim card. I was so happy. Nothing like being in another city not having your phone work. Tried to get it fixed before but no solution. Jeremy saved me from alot of headaches if it was the phone getting repaired. Thank you. Outstanding service to Jeremy well done.

I asked for lottery and she said the system was down. I asked for the restroom key and she said it was out of order. I've found out both statements were untrue and that she's the manager. I've heard that she's mean from other customers, but didn't understand the depth of hatefulness. I adore the workers in the evenings, but will not spend another cent here until this manager is gone. She needs a job with zero interaction with humans. Fact.

As he approached the window, he proceeded with the usual "hey how are you?" From the start the female cashier was rude. To the point where he walked of and we went to another gas station.

The cashier *after putting her cell phone conversation on hold* accidentally grabbed the wrong pack and then proceeded to argue with me about what they were called. She was exceptionally rude. Perhaps management needs to talk to this staff member about her attitude towards customers. I have never had a gas station clerk be so unprofessional. I almost told her nevermind and went elsewhere. I will not stop here ever again.

If a rep was new and had a question he would call and get the answer and explain he was new and thanks you for your patience.Last Friday (May 3, 2019) I finally decided to upgrade my phone. Went to Broadway location, two very nice young girls explaining phones. Out of stock on K30 at that location. Nice sales lady called and inventory at Wells Street location. We left and went straight there and the sales rep had left and went shopping for store cleaning supplies. We waited no big deal.Purchased k30 phone. I asked questions on my email since Jefferson Blvd. sales reps set me all up combining my gmail and yahoo mail up together. I am 50 years old and not the savviest on new gadgets and phones like the new generation. Your sales rep Tyler said to me how in today’s world people are ignorant if they cannot set up their phones with the technogly have using google to look everything up. I asked him if he called me ignorant he said no just saying everything is at your fingertips in today’s world. If I had not purchased this phone I would have taken my business to another location. We are pleased with you reasonable phone service. The only thing Tyler did was my email and move some of my pictures over. I went home and figured out most of my stuff and moved the pictures over he said he did but didn’t myself since I was told I was ignorant. A new customer in your store was wanting to purchase a phone and tried to change the subject by saying how was the game last night and Tyler said no one is interested in sports here. This new young customer could feel the tension in the store and tried to make a positive conversation.Your store was busy with customers coming in wanting to make payments. Your location needs another sales rep. It is very clear to be too much for one person on a Friday afternoon to handle the clientele coming in. Your sales Rep Tyler only wants to make a sale and NO customer service. I will never walk foot in the Wells street location. Rude to most people making payments. Still in shock that the way I was spoken to purchasing new equipment. I am sure Tyler would not be happy if someone he was close to like his mom or sister was spoken to the way he spoke to me. Very disrespectful. Not good customer service. Not educated on equipment he is selling. Does not want to be helpful.
