I advise anyone to utilize a different repair shop. Values and integrity are important and it is quite apparent that the new owners lack these attributes. There were 3 failures or mistakes made on their part. When you pay this amount of money (which is insane, even with the so-called discount) to just fail to inform a client of repairs needed, the other two details were minimal. But if they failed to do several services that you paid for, you start questioning if they even completed what you paid for.Even after calling them and informing them of why I had a problem. All they said was we all make mistakes. They didn’t even ask me for my name, to find out which tech did the service to correct the issue. Very unethical and do not know how to run a business.The manager was supposedly on vacation but the worker also didn’t offer to take my information down to have the manager handle the matter upon his return. Mariah Gerke: An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I don't even know where to begin. I brought my vehicle in several weeks ago as it was still under warranty and JTS was a preferred repair facility under my warranty company. I was told that the timing belt broke and my engine was ruined and I would need an engine replacement. After that, my vehicle sat in their shop for ALMOST A MONTH and they NEVER even touched it! When I would call for an update (they never called me with information, I always had to call them), Nikki was always rude and blamed everything on the fact that they were moving (guess the should have shut down during this time if they didn't want customers). I called my warranty company and they told me they were having trouble getting any response as well, even after asking JTS for proof of the problem 4 times! After my claim had been opened for almost 30 days with absolutely no progress made, my warranty company pulled the vehicle from JTS and had it moved to another facility where it was fixed in 3 days. Oh, and the diagnosis I got was completely wrong. It ended up being a $200 repair rather than the $5800 JTS was asking for. I am still in shock that this happened to me at a business that seems to have otherwise good reviews. If you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Beyond disappointed by how my situation was handled.

Octavia J: I was going to take my vehicle to get serviced until they called me attempting to “upcharge”, as she put it, double the cost of the part and called me cheap for not wanting to pay double the cost. Very rude, conning and unprofessional. And I’m fully aware of the quote including both the labor and parts. My concern was that I had purchased the part myself and was fully aware of how much it cost brand new. She wanted 3 times the amount of the actual cost and called me cheap for not wanting to be ripped off. I ended paying $526 for a job your company quoted over $1,200 for.

Everything was a lie. It instantly started over heating, he said to take it to the gas station and come back. He left before we returned within 5 minutes and left me with smoke coming up from the hood. So I had to tow the vehicle after paying them over $700. I had my front brakes and routers changed, an oil change, and they had to repair a gas valve cap (I think that is what it was called) and everything was only $370. When Evan's Toyota was going to charge me $250 JUST FOR BRAKE PADS. I even had to come back in because my brake started to squeak, which it ended up being a rock in the brake pad, and they fixed it for no charge. I love all the guys I met there, I love their values and I will always come back and recommend to others!That WAS the review. The people that work there are awesome, but the professionalism after the fact is not great. My brakes started to squeak and find within a week of getting them done. I requested an appointment. Close one was 2 weeks away and at this point my brakes were scary. I BEGGED them for something sooner because my children ride in this car every day and they were the ones that worked on them. Nope. Couldn't do that. So I waited. They Called me the day before my appointment and asked me to reschedule for a WEEK later... The lady was rude as well. Once again I begged and they couldn't do anything. Called later on and they were remodeling. In this time period I GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT FROM MY BRAKES NOT BEING TO PAR . I live in this city alone with three kids and this one car. As much as I would love to say "Well I should have gotten a rental" I WAS SAVING THAT LITTLE BIT OF MONEY TO GET MY BRAKES FIXED. I understand that company's get busy. I to work in Customer Service and manage an entire team, but when you are the cause of an unsafe vehicle. You would think you would "Do the right thing" and fix it. Love Auto only cares about the children coming out of foster homes, as do I, but I will help them in another way, they don't care about the children that are riding in the cars that they "fixed". jared shockey: My wife and I took our car in for an oil change/tire rotation. The morning of the appointment our tire pressure light came on, which seemed like good timing for where it was going. The oil change and tire rotation were the only things performed, to the letter. I worked in the mechanic business, from oil change summer jobs, to certified auto technician for around 15 years in total, I'm no longer in that business. I've literally done thousands of these services and never did I work for a place that doesn't bother to fill up your tire pressure to the correct levels, or top up your windshield washer fluid, nor would such a thing be acceptable at any place I've worked. The fluid I get, it's a small cost cutting measure, the tire pressure light glowing in your face is a much different matter. Along with these things, this place still subscribes to the 3 month/ 3000 mile archaic idea of oil change intervals. The oil is a synthetic blend, which is capable of much longer than 3000 miles ( the car recommends around 5000) and the idea that your oil just goes bad in the engine after 3 months is still baffling to me, why is this still a thing?Keeping with the archaic theme, the man who cashed us out made a very old fashioned, sexist comment to my wife, after I had "made her" pay for the service, to her car... Also they do an inspection that covers a number of common items such as tires, struts, etc and rate the condition of these items and leave a report on your car seat. They do not try to plus sell you the items they find need attention. Scheduling was fast and easy. They could do a better job communicating when your vehicle will be finished, but I am not going to let that bother me. I am thrilled with these folks and they are my go to mechanic from here on out.
