Natalia GV: Stopped in today ( mid morning , mid week) with my two young children. The shop is absolutely beautiful, the item selection is clearly well curated and the quality of items is high. From the smells , to the sounds and decor : It’s a pleasure to spend time in the store. I live in New York City, have visited my share of boutiques there , and I can truly say, that The Find is a real gem ! Customer service was wonderfully helpful ; my children browsed the toy section freely and played with a few items. Overall : this was a 5 star , lovely experience. Thank you !
Hannah Phillips: Had gone in here one night and it’s a very cute store but the customer service was terrible. They were rude, whispering, and rushing us out of the store because they were ready to go even though there was plenty of time. We were new to down and just wanted to take a peak as I love boutiques. I will never go in here again, you never know who is new and local. Keep that in mind.

They have knick knacks for the office, bar tools, hosting supplies, candles and soaps, gift wrap and cards, and lots of varied art!I haven’t shopped much in the women’s clothing section, but even though they seem a bit pricey, all the items are very cute!They even have a section of Indiana and Fort Wayne items: t-shirts, necklaces, art, etc.
Julie Machado: Made a point to shop local for several Christmas gifts this year and bought several of them from The Find. So glad I did!! I purchased online and after submitting my order, realized I forgot to enter the code for free shipping. I emailed them and they replied the next day and refunded the shipping cost I paid. Later, one of the gifts was returned in the mail due to an incorrect address I had provided. They called me right away to let me me know and reshipped the item at no extra charge. You won't get that level of service from Amazon!! Could not have been happier with my experience at The Find.

My mother had bought $400 worth of gift cards and they gave her 8 $10 bonus cards, which was great, but they have very short expiration dates and during the time that you can use them almost everything in the store is on sale, but of course, you can't use the bonus cards they give you on sale items!!! So...basically... You can't use them!!! This was very frustrating!!! They really didn't think that through at all!!! Luckily the lady that helped us check out tried to help as much as she could!!! That is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars!!!

Janet Haudenschild: Not sure I want to give it one star. I went in after I read the sign saying they are closing early at 6pm for inventory. When I get in one woman approached me saying we are closing at 6pm and it was 445pm at this time. By 5pm I had a top and bottom for my daughter to go to dressing room with and a packaged leggings that I can't unpacked to try on. This older woman stares at us walking to dressing room then has the nerve to follow us saying ma'am we close at 6pm. I said yes I know, I was told by someone else already. I said to my kids that is rude and unprofessional to follow a customer as if they were doing something wrong. One customer heard me and said yea, they did the same thing to me. I don't appreciate the rude customer service. I felt unwelcomed, as if I had to leave and I almost left my coupon on the shelf with clothes in dressing room. That is the second time I was there and will never return. The shelves for the leggings and leggings were dusty like they don't take care of the place. Dressing room not great either. Rude employees at this one.

They would not honor the price I paid on Black Friday, saying I would have to pay double for what I originally paid. Walked out with a full refund and will never be back.
Astrelle Lucas: Went in for jeans. Found the right size and they are so comfortable, but they are all very short. So, on a 50% off jeans sale I missed out because I'm tall.Store was pretty clean. I asked for help and they couldn't answer my question, then sent me into clearance when there was nothing there I was looking for.

Hi I'm Olivia: All the managers and employees are so rude to you. I just came in today with name brand clothes and they took only one thing it was from Kroger (for 3 dollars). They also took my heels that I paid 30 dollars for and they only gave me 8 dollars for all three items. When you walk in the managers and employees all give you dirty looks. No customer service skills at all. Would not recommend going here. Not to mention I worked there a few years ago and all the staff were rude to me and made me feel like an outcast. When I was working on the changing rooms they didn't tell me that rotation had happened. And then Amanda got in my face and told me "if you can't do your right then we need to discuss other work options for you". And I also told them at the very beginning when I first was hired thag I needed this day off specifically because I needed to take the SAT. Well that day came around and I was scheduled that day. So I called them and I told them and I explained to them what happened. They told me I needed to try and get the shift picked up and nobody wanted to so I called them back and told them. They said that's fine. I get done with my test and then that same day I get a message saying that I'm terminated. Do not shop here or apply here.
Jay Why: I went in to shop around a few days ago and noticed a customer was wanting a security tag removed from an item she purchased. She showed them the receipt, only for the manager to accuse her of stealing the item and practically stole it from her. They demanded she pay for it, and she left upset. This left a bad taste in my mouth, and I left the establishment upset.Even if the customer did steal the item, why in God's name would they return the item back to have the security tag removed? Seems like the manager is very unhinged like the person responding to these reviews so shoppers beware of this terrible place. They will rob you if they can!
Jay: Not worth the time or effort. Staff was rude and I heard them loudly complaining how annoying it was that I had brought clothing in to sell. There’s no rhyme or reason behind what they decide to keep or give back, and they hardly give you any money for what they do take. And the prices on their items are outrageous for second hand. Every time I go here it is such an unpleasant experience. I will not be returning. Don’t waste your time.
Austin B: they only took two items that we brought to them out of two trash bags full of name brand clothes in mint condition. they then tried to hand me one trash bag thinking I wouldn’t realize they tried to hock a whole bag of named brand clothes off of me without paying for them. All while it took nearly 3 hours for them to go through. Don’t waste your time.
holi ann: beware bringing more than one container/bag of items in. one time when i went to drop off, there was a lady angry who called out the workers for not going through one of her bags of items because it was very clear they didn’t touch it. this happened to me a few weeks ago where they clearly didn’t go through one of the bags i brought in because everything was still folded how i brought it in. i didn’t say anything to the employees because they’re way too rude and i didn’t feel like dealing with it. just beware selling to this place
Niah Kanoelani: The People I dealt with were really nice and helped me out. I came donating my clothes which some were brand new from torrid & SHEIN with tags still on them. They said out of the whole bag I brought to them that the clothes weren’t there style or clothes weren’t in good enough condition which confuses me because I’ve seen clothes in there that look dingy and beyond used. Why be picky and say it’s not your style when it’s a clothing store and there’s thousands of people with different tastes in clothes.

SAVE THE TEXAS PRAIRIE CHICKEN: HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF MY CLOTHES! I gave them a bag of clothes. Neatly folded, including BRAND NEW pants that still had the factory creasing. HAD being the operative word. When I picked up my bag, everything was SHOVED back in. Not even an effort to fold. My brand new pants? RUINED! I'd have to take off the tags and take them to a dry cleaners to be pressed. Never coming here again. And one more thing, I understand Plato's Closet caters to a younger generation...but Leopard print and very chic modern plaid? Too mature? Get real. Old Navy, NY&C, Khols, Target, etc all are selling these styles for big bucks. Sorry you weren't smart enough to makes some big bucks but I guess that means I will elsewhere.

Samuel Stroth: This place is a joke. You could bring in the newest, in style, name brand clothing items you have and you'd still go home with a full bag of donations. I went to the reviews to see if it was just me only to see condescending and rude replies from the owner or whoevers representing them. They claim to have high quality items and thats their reason for being "picky" with their selection yet their selection sucks. Every time my wife and I go in here to shop it's other department store brands, middle school kid style clothes, out of season, and cluttered. They're just biased, snooty, employees with rude management who love to upsale thrift store clothes. You'd be better off going to an actual thrift store and spending way less money for better items and better customer service.
Emily Garver: Selection in store is awful, like a SHEIN/Forever 21 nightmare. Don't bother taking clothes to sell, as they only take items that follow the current fad. I took in items I wore in high school only a few years ago, and I was told they were too mature. Said items include skinny as well as flare jeans (which are back in style now so ??), Maurices T-shirts, solid color leggings, Old Navy sweaters, Converse shoes, and more. They only want items a 13 year old will wear, apparently. Don't waste your time trying to sell here, and definitely don't waste your time looking through row after row of shirts with emojis on them to buy.
Peanut Head: Kind of annoying that they reject so many donations that are like new, name brand items. Hate having to wait 3 hours just to come pick up a full bag of donations.Edit: The replies to customers are super unprofessional. Customers don't work there and aren't aware of all your procedures. The clothes I tried to sell were within the year, a recent style, basically new and name brand, so that's why I was confused. They claim to have "upmost quality with up to date styles" but I've gone in and seen some dingy, old, worn in items that has me wondering why that made it in and not mine? Like Walmart/Kohls brand clothes were in there! But then they turn around and say "well we're only a lil ole thrift/resale store, things will be used lookin here". It also doesn't help that no one takes accountability. The person replying jumps at the opportunity to clap back at customers in a very condescending way. This whole operation should be reevaluated. Try funding another clothing store that cares about helping people.

DO NOT sell your clothes to them—they completely underpay you and then sell your pieces for so much more money. it’s a complete scam. recently i was on the phone with them because they got my pickup day incorrect and the only thing i got from them was that it was MY fault even though they are the ones that messed up. because of this, they were angry with ME, so they ended up giving me $33 for my clothes when i had given them so many pieces new with tags, and all of my clothes were of utmost quality. i will never go back, and i will never recommend them to anyone.

TaBi: Management is a$$. Speaking as a former employee, I’ve never left a job faster. Not only are most of the employees cliquey and judge you as soon as you’re hired, but the workplace is very unprofessional. I won’t bash on everyone because there were definitely some real ones in there..you know who you are. My boss treated me like garbage. She even provided underage employees alcohol after work. Disgusting. I really had high hopes for this place.

Marissa Geimer: The customer service is garbage here. They are never helping or greeting customers and literally are all standing up front having loud conversations or laughing obnoxiously loud. The female manager is always the one participating or being the loud obnoxious one. Also if you buy clearance online and it doesn't fit too bad because those sales are final and they don't tell you until after you've bought it. Literally the only store who still does that. I once needed a shirt up top and what do you know no one around so I found a stick to get it myself and suddenly someone wants to come over and take it from me. This store needs new management that isn't children who don't know what customer service is or how to help people.

yolanda: I have been a regular shopper at this store and am convinced that the staff/cashiers are not taught customer service skills. The young ladies who work here are routinely rude to customers. They do not speak and behave as though they are doing you a favor, when you as a customer are helping provide them with income. Do not expect a hello, thank you, how can I help you, or have a good day. I have considered reaching out to the Rainbow Store Headquarters in Brooklyn, New York because they are being misrepresented. Perhaps management can consider having these young ladies take an online customer service course to learn the basics of how to treat others.

Porshea Gentry: I stopped at Rue 21 to do some christmas shopping. I spent 308.00 on 7 pair of mens Jean's. For the young lady with white and brown legging and a crop top to not give me a receipt. I will need to get my money back on two of the Jean's cause they dont have the size i need to exchange them and the items are cheaper online
Sarah Linser: This review has more to do with staff and stock, which is subjective to a certain day and time, so sorry if this comes across a bit harsh.It is painfully clear that there is some KPI behind the counter. We were pushed and prodded for any product that was 'limited time' or seasonal by the check-out. It took us almost 5 minutes of saying no as the cashier squirted different perfumes and colons on sample strips for them to finally ring us out. She kept directing us to the rack behind us and saying how great their products were at a discount the entire time, it was like picking up a spam call you couldn't hang up.Additionally, as a women between the size of L-XL, it was impossible to find more than a select few shirts and pants that would fit me. Everything in the plus sizes fitted like a trash bag, while the normal sizes were clearly too small. The problem I have with their stock is not this, but that its fall in Fort Wayne and 50% of their shirts are cropped. They had maybe 5-10 long sleeve shirts and all of their winter cloths could fit on one small display. It's getting cold, like really cold, really fast -- get with the times!

Tab Jackson: One of my favorite places to shop for clothes, they always have great sales. The clothes are made very well, and stylish. I went in bought a outfit for 21.00 bucks. A Warm sweater and jean🤯😍😍😍. I looked and felt great! Highly recommend😉.
Lexi Lynn: Went in there just now and was not impressed. Walked by two associates and neither said a word or acknowledged me. One employee was wearing a flannel unbuttoned with nothing but a sports bra/bralette under. That attire is not right. I've visited this location in the past and its the same thing. Or if someone does decide to talk they refuse to follow up and help when I ask for it. I miss the old location in the Fremont outlet shopping center.
