leighton leeper: It was well organized. I just hadn't expected it to resemble a Goodwill outlet. We found what we needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Crystal B.: Absolutely disgusting to the woman who stands while greeting people (10-29-22 at 905pm I had purchased my items and walking to my car. The lady had a cart bringing it back into the store but decided to come towards me and block me from walking to my car and asked for a receipt she wouldn't let me walk around her and proceeded to run into me with the cart out in the parking lot. I told her I purchased my items and to never stop me outside my car or block me and how disgusting it was for her to assume I dident pay for my items I told her I'm outside the store and to never do that again! I showed her my receipt and told her I don't appreciate what she did and made me feel unsafe with her blocking me and not letting me go to my car train her better or fire her disgusting behavior

Grace E: I stopped in to pick up some gloves. It's the beginning of the winter season and Christmas shopping has begun. I found exactly 3 pairs of gloves. I searched the store. Burlington was always the place for coats with many other items. Now I understand that they are just Burlington but I would think they would still try to stock coats. I feel like it's just another store where you never really know what you might find. And you might not find what you are looking for.

Paddy Reilly: Just happened across this business on Google maps and thought I would leave a review, this actually happened several years ago. I had bought a custom leather weightlifting belt online, and as I worked out over time I began to lose quite a bit of fat from my midsection. I needed a couple of extra holes punched in the belt to keep it fitting me and knew that this place did alterations. I bring my belt in, and there's no one there except for the wife of the owner, I forget her name. Extremely friendly, I explain my situation and she says she can punch the holes I want. She brings out a leatherpunch and we get to talking about what it's like to work with leather; I had never met anyone who had worked with leather before. It all seemed like a lot of fun, so she asked me if I would like to use the leatherpunch to make a hole! I accepted, and after a bit of coaching concerning technique (and quite a bit of hammering, this leather was very thick!) I managed to punch two holes in my belt! Afterwards, she refused to take my money! I couldn't believe it, talk about customer service! I eventually convinced her to take 20 bucks from me, and she did under extreme protest. I would highly recommend shopping here, it is extremely rare to find a business like this these days.
