Terry Vermilion: I needed my engine fully rebuilt. They estimated 3-6 weeks and first come, first serve. They had it SEVEN months and not done. To thier credit the engine had a bad block and crank to which I replaced within two months. No parts were ordered and the price was doubled from the initial quote. After monthly calls from me, I realized there was not enough progress. I got back a pile of parts and a crank ready but that was all. They said they were short handed and that they "were working on it".
Thomas Horn: I took my old honda motor into them to have it bored out and have the cylinder head looked at and they did a very nice job and took care of the issues. Alex and the crew are great, and do a very good work. Definitely will recommend and be back in the future!

Bruce Woodward: I took in a small production number automotive motor in for a rebuild. I told them I was in no hurry as the chassis it belonged to was being stripped and restored. They could do the work during their slow time.When I checked on six months later, they had been experiencing employee shortage and increase in business. The world of Covid Era...But they jumped onto the project, gave great communication. Offered to let me purchase needed parts through my favored vendors which saved them time and frustration (did I mention low volume collector car?).Excellent communication, great personality. And they did not charge me for storage of the motor while waiting for me to prod them to get done.Great experience for a newbie in restoration work. I recommend!

I had to take a crank back to them for them to fix it after talking with them numerous times about what I needed done and they straight lied. So I was gonna file a lawsuit against them since they defrauded my company with there horrible work, so owner Cory Baker cut me a check for there mistake. They must do this alot because they have pre made forms ready to go to release money. Sad. I will never take another thing to them. Also I hope you don't also and have to go through the experience I went through.
Noah Slate: I have to say I highly, highly recommend them, They have very knowledgeable staff. Phil at the service dept. is very helpful, and will make sure you are satisfied. Overall I am highly pleased with their work. And even though they cost a bit More they sure have the experience and quality to back up their prices. I’ve worked with many machine shops in central Indiana, and By far they do way better work, and are more knowledgeable then any machine shop around here. Defiantly worth the drive. I highly recommend them.

Mystic Vortex Of Light: If I could post and rate without any (rating 0) stars I would. JTS is not what it used to be. They are now overpriced and neglectful. I advise anyone to utilize a different repair shop. Values and integrity are important and it is quite apparent that the new owners lack these attributes. There were 3 failures or mistakes made on their part. When you pay this amount of money (which is insane, even with the so-called discount) to just fail to inform a client of repairs needed, the other two details were minimal. But if they failed to do several services that you paid for, you start questioning if they even completed what you paid for.Even after calling them and informing them of why I had a problem. All they said was we all make mistakes. They didn’t even ask me for my name, to find out which tech did the service to correct the issue. Very unethical and do not know how to run a business.The manager was supposedly on vacation but the worker also didn’t offer to take my information down to have the manager handle the matter upon his return. Mariah Gerke: An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I don't even know where to begin. I brought my vehicle in several weeks ago as it was still under warranty and JTS was a preferred repair facility under my warranty company. I was told that the timing belt broke and my engine was ruined and I would need an engine replacement. After that, my vehicle sat in their shop for ALMOST A MONTH and they NEVER even touched it! When I would call for an update (they never called me with information, I always had to call them), Nikki was always rude and blamed everything on the fact that they were moving (guess the should have shut down during this time if they didn't want customers). I called my warranty company and they told me they were having trouble getting any response as well, even after asking JTS for proof of the problem 4 times! After my claim had been opened for almost 30 days with absolutely no progress made, my warranty company pulled the vehicle from JTS and had it moved to another facility where it was fixed in 3 days. Oh, and the diagnosis I got was completely wrong. It ended up being a $200 repair rather than the $5800 JTS was asking for. I am still in shock that this happened to me at a business that seems to have otherwise good reviews. If you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Beyond disappointed by how my situation was handled.
Octavia J: I was going to take my vehicle to get serviced until they called me attempting to “upcharge”, as she put it, double the cost of the part and called me cheap for not wanting to pay double the cost. Very rude, conning and unprofessional. And I’m fully aware of the quote including both the labor and parts. My concern was that I had purchased the part myself and was fully aware of how much it cost brand new. She wanted 3 times the amount of the actual cost and called me cheap for not wanting to be ripped off. I ended paying $526 for a job your company quoted over $1,200 for.

I ordered A Motodynamic headlight and taillight assembly from Nox Racing in July of 2020 and almost 2 years later I still have not received any of my product. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the pandemic was at it’s peak when I first order these products. I’ve contacted this company numerous times over the phone and by email to inquire about my product and was strung along for months by them. Eventually I inquired about a refund that I was assured I would receive one but never got it. No money back, no store credit, nothing! Now I’m out $400 dollars and my bike still doesn’t have a headlight or taillight. 0 out of 5 stars highly recommend buying elsewhere and saving yourself the headache and wallet acheUpdate: I’ve searched all my bank statements and can assure you that I have not received a refund from Nox Racing. Furthermore I’ve combed through my emails from Nox Racing and can confirm that 12/15/21 was the last I heard from them. I was told I was gonna receive a credit authorization form in said email but never received anything. I even messaged them again reminding them of the authorization form a day later but still received no reply.

I’d like to just fast forward to the current date of May 20, 2022 where I still do not have my rebuilt motor. Communication has been fairly nonexistent, and I always had to ask incessantly for updates. When I finally got tired of waiting years for a rebuild when I was quoted a four month time frame I called out the owner for it and I have since been removed on any forms of social media and have had no contact since.Stay away from this company at all costs.

Aman Prasad: Edit: I requested a refund from them and have an email that states it'll take 7-10 days. Funny how it doesn't take them 7-10 days to take your money. It's been 10 days and I haven't received my refund. Bunch of scam artists and thieves. I'll be filing a fraudulent charge with my Credit Card company since they're not refunding my money.This company is a scam. I placed an order with them and have yet to receive it. No form of communication from them saying when the order would arrive. It's been 2 months and I still don't have my parts.Edit: When you try to lie that your customers didn't send you an email or call, and in retaliation, you post their personal information online. This is the trash type of business this is. Stop lying about your customers and how you do business.
