Ann Gef: Went to order flowers for centerpieces. Their website said they help out with ideas and floral suggestions. I started to tell the girl what I wanted and she said We do not help you here. You pick the flowers. I said mums. She said how many snd I looked at the photo I took in and asked her opinion. She said I can’t tell you how many. Very rude. Knew NOTHING about flowers. Went and got a gentleman and he knew nothing about flowers. Waste of time. I asked about why the website said they help and can make suggestions she said again very rudely if you want to pay $65 an hour they’ll tell you. I said fine she said the person isn’t available. It was all so weird. I asked about greenery. I knew what I wanted but not the names so I pointed to some like those on display. The guy said we don’t know the names you can google them and tell us. We walked out and went to a Florist. Frank’s is probably ok for some things but their sales staff needs some people skills training.

The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. She said she could grab some more colors in the morning and would meet me there when they opened at 7:00 am. I was so grateful.The next morning I showed up when they opened and she was there waiting with the flowers like she had said she would. She helped me pick out the best ones and even put them in small individual water vials to keep them alive for my plan.Flower selection was great. Customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for flowers.

Michele Lacata: While our wedding bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful, they were not what we requested. I met with Keely in person to design our flowers. We already had flowers that we were using for the tables and other decor, so we wanted colors and flowers that would compliment each other. When we arrived, I wasn't sure how much I wanted to spend or exactly what I was looking for, so we told her what flowers we were already using and sent her photos of what I liked. She wrote everything down and said she would email me with all of the details. I assumed she would include a list of the flowers she mentioned and clarify some finishing details, but instead she just sent a generic invoice that told me how many bouquets/boutonnieres and how much they each cost. I had no idea what flowers she was using or the size of the bouquets. I emailed her to request more information and asked if the sizes could be smaller or if she could use a smaller variety of flowers to lower the price. It was so hard to communicate through email and I knew that she wasn't taking the time to understand what I really wanted. At that point, I was dealing with school, work, and other wedding plans, so I trusted that she would come up with something beautiful.Our wedding was out of town, so we requested that the flowers be finished the day before by 1. Keely and my mother had an entire conversation about when we were leaving and how to handle the flowers, since the wedding wasn't until the following day. At 12:30, I called to see if they happened to finish early because we were ready to leave. Keely stated that she thought she had until the end of the day and that the flowers wouldn't be ready. She was able to finish them by 1, but they were light, dusty pinks and greens. We specifically asked for blue thistle, which was not used either. Our table decor was bright yellows, reds, and purples.Every single moment I dealt with Keely was so stressful. I dealt with plenty of wedding vendors that made our planning such a breeze. Keely was not one of them and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Lin da: I was recently very disappointed in how I was treated as a regular customer. Unfortunately, their driver who comes to me with my plant orders for my flower shop was in a terrible accident. I knew there would be difficulties sending someone else to get my plant order to my shop, usually totaling between 50 and 60 plants....what I didn't expect was being told that there would be no one coming my way for about 5 months (until their driver was back to work) and that they didn't have one other person to stop by with my order. Basically, I was told there was nothing anyone could do. I really had a hard time believing this. I have been a business person for 25 years and I know customers are valuable. I felt as though I was not valued at all and during this pandemic I would assume every customer matters. Disappointed.

Everybody there is always so nice and caring towards me and customers and I never have complaints about this place until this last time when I was treated so poorly. He even took it to the counter for us. Price was considerably cheaper than the one we got last year from a different greenhouse. Only difference was these haven’t flowered yet but we got the plant a little later last year. Definitely will go back, based on customer service alone.

While quite lovely, it WAS NOT what I ordered. I contacted my hometown florist who had wired the order. She in turn contacted this vendor who stated they call what I ordered a ‘dish garden’ so they made the unilateral decision to send the hydrangea. So I wasted my money. Would not recommend this florist because of this experience and the fact they did not clarify the order or offer to correct their mistake.

She indicated they had called my friend and she failed to show up that night before and they were expecting her the next day. I followed up on Monday only for a different lady to tell me the phone number was missing a digit so they hadn't been able to get in contact with my friend and they were glad I called in. So the first lady that was rude to me lied and had never spoken with my friend and never stayed after work like she said to wait on my friend. Keep in mind, there’s nothing on the website that says this. Lauren Davis: Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience here for my wedding. We were treated very poorly by the owner. When we walked in, we were told no one else had an appointment for the day. However, we sure did. I called initially and the week before to confirm as well to secure an appointment. The owner refused to allow us to make all the pieces we needed for my wedding which was the next day. She stated she had to make them and she “didn’t have time” but we thought it was a DIY place so that was confusing. This led to my new mother in law going without a corsage which I felt horrible about. The owner seemed annoyed by our presence and was not helpful in sharing the process with us. She then blamed us for not telling her what we needed when we called to make the appointment but we did tell her what was needed. It seems she forgot to take note when we called. Her husband was present and was kind; he seemed embarrassed by her behavior and was trying to make it better. She seems quite unhappy overall which made for such a sad and irritating experience which is not what you want to have for your wedding. Due to the experience, it seemed overpriced. We never received details or invoice on pricing so we had no way to calculate what we owed which seemed questionable and unprofessional. I wish her happiness; I know hurt people, hurt people. I understand many people are currently overworked and that can effect business. However, I’d rather do elsewhere and would suggest others to do the same.

The ladies working there were talented in making beautiful arrangements, but the actual DIY experience was upsetting. The ladies were rude and unprofessional. One of the employees was trying to instruct one of my bridesmaids but didn’t know her name (understandably) but just said “Hey you, you’re doing that wrong” while snapping her fingers. I felt so bad that my friends had to deal with that. I then went to go pick of the flowers day of and the lady goes, “They’re making the bride pick of the flowers?” And “Of course they send the person with the smallest car.” Like I said, they’re talented at making beautiful arrangements but their attitudes towards their costumers were upsetting.

I’m only giving them 2 stars because when they delivered them they forgot the flowers for 16 tables. It was on Sunday so when I called the phone number of course no one answered since it was a Sunday. I had to have someone go get some flowers. Tried to match the ones we did have but couldn’t get the exact same colors so the tables did not all match. I did get a refund for the flowers we were missing plus a little more for the mistake but feel it should have been more. That’s kind of a big mistake on someone’s wedding day. My suggestion to future brides would be to make sure you get a cell phone number just in case.

B G: my bridal party and I went in to make our own boquets. I'm giving them 2 stars because the boquets did turn out pretty, but the personality or mood of the ladies helping came off rude. My friend came in 5 minutes after we started and I showed her the picture of what we were trying to make. The lady helping us asked her if she knew what to do, and my friend said "not really" and laughed after. Then the lady replied "well did you look at the picture!? What's wrong with you?!". We thought she was joking, but she didn't laugh after and that left the room feeling very awkward. A few other things like that happened throughout the appointment, but they would go on and be nice and compliment our boquets. Kinda seemed like they were back and forth with sounding rude and then nice. But it's supposed to be a fun time with the girls before the wedding. So I would say to just lighten up a bit and be able to make it enjoyable for everyone. We are paying not only for the flowers but also a good experience.

Laura K: I went to this place looking for a fun and unique experience for my wedding - making our own flowers and bouquets. From the get-go, the woman I worked with was very brusk and abrasive. At the first meeting, I thought it might have just been the result of a bad day, but she was just as rough the day we made our flowers. The bouquets turned out ok, but they would have looked better coming from the florist who made the regular alter arrangements for the church. Also, even though we had called to change our order slightly several weeks in advance, the changes were not reflected in the final products when we arrived to make our things. We eventually got it sorted out, but the overall experience with this business was very disappointing. It really wasn't enjoyable because of the way we were treated by the staff. No smiles, no joking, just abrasive instruction & correction, and (in my opinion) extremely unprofessional complaining about the previous customer that day. I was really looking forward to this through the whole planning process and it did not live up to expectations at all. I really wish it would have.

Sep: Love the concept. Flowers turned out very pretty but it was 100% not what we asked for. Feel like it was what the designer wanted and we just made them. She was contacted multiple times with the change to make sure everything was confirmed and when we walked into the door to have our diy night it was what she orginally wanted and not what we asked for. Never said anything to her because first, there isn't a whole lot you can do and second, she is very unapproachable. I had a bad feeling to begin with and should have stuck with my gut to shop around. She didn't listen very well. So with this being said I give it only two stars mostly for poor customer service on the design end. Very affordable and nice fresh flowers, but if you want something specific make sure you put your foot down and double or triple check to make sure all is correct!

J Kahl: I ordered flowers from here for my parents 40th anniversary celebration and the flowers were just beautiful. They were nice and fresh and very reasonably priced. My step mom was very happy with her bouquet. I'm using this place again in a few weeks. I went in here last week to look at their white roses, they had a few pink roses that were blown and were going to be thrown away. The owner gave me two of those pink roses because they were just so beautiful and over a week later they are still standing tall and beautiful!

Dana Raby: I called Lopshire Flowers in the past few weeks to retain their business for a fall event. Upon calling, I was warned of how expensive my needs were and that they may or may not be able to help me - prior to hearing what my actual order was. When I asked for a consultant to work with to plan ahead, I was told I'd receive a call. I am still waiting for that call...Historically I've had great service here, but the person I spoke with assumed I a) could not afford the flowers I needed and b) required more attention than I actually do. I was really surprised by this. I had called ahead to see if the store was available and to learn what process I needed to follow to make sure service was possible. I was also willing to defer to the florists to help me determine what was reasonable but the person I spoke with seemed annoyed that I had called in the first place. In the future I'll visit the store in person or use another florist.
