Janet Waldschmidt: We ordered two recliners almost 3 weeks ago. We kept getting excuses and no updates on our order. We were told every time we called that the chairs would be there that day but they never were. Delivery was scheduled for a certain day but not delivered until after 6pm. Not likely to buy anything there again. This furniture is awful. It is the cheapest furniture ever. It's already falling apart. Don't buy here.

Sir CES: I gave it 2 stars because they sell the furniture cheap. The problem is that you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Lillian Egolf: I originally gave this place a 5 star review given their sales staff, but I’ve decided after the nightmare of delivery I had, I would adjust accordingly. The sales team was amazing, I had recently bought a house and I ordered a couch, a bed, and 2 recliners. Lloyd helped me out with everything and I was told to expect delivery and was given a date a week out. Not terrible. I took the day off work, checked in to verify the morning of said delivery and they confirmed they would be on their way soon. I checked in again halfway through the business day, again they confirmed. At 8 pm that night I was told they ran into some difficulty and would not be able to fulfill the delivery until the following day, I was a little agitated but understanding. I took the following day off work, followed the same communication measures as the day before, finally had my delivery at 8 pm. With only 1 recliner, no second recliner, no bed, no couch. The delivery drivers were clueless, which again, I understood, but at this point I was upset. I called the manager and explained the situation and asked that my furniture be delivered before the holiday weekend began, this was on a Wednesday. He assured me that on Thursday his team would be out to deliver the remaining. I called Thursday to verify, spoke with the same manager, he said that it was impossible to deliver everything before the weekend because they were busy, after telling me the day before that they would be out to deliver my furniture. I asked for my delivery fee back, as I felt like since delivery was unreliable I would have to take the measures to get the furniture myself, the manager denied that request as they delivered 1 recliner. I wasted 3 vacation days for this delivery, and only at the threat of a lawsuit was I refunded for the furniture they would not deliver. I’m very disappointed.

Arayia Olivia: My fiancé had purchased a couch from here last year and everything was fine, so we decided that we’d try buying from here again in December. We bought a sectional, a dining room table, and a bed frame around December 9th. We paid $110 for delivery and were told that we should have all of the furniture by December 30th at the latest. Fast forward to January 20th and we still hadn’t gotten our bed frame. We’d tried to call and ask what was happening. They gave us excuses each time, saying that the delivery guys would be there on such and such day. They never came until I made another very angry call to the manager, who I’d spoken to multiple times previously. He wasn’t able to offer me any help and at one point tried to claim that I never paid the delivery fee. My furniture was finally delivered on January 23rd. Employees are nice, but definitely full of excuses. Nearly two months for my furniture, ridiculous.

Madison Waldon: Maddie was an amazing help. One thing I always dislike about furniture shopping is being nagged by the sales team. This is NOT THE CASE here. We have bought multiple big ticket items there over the past few years including a beautiful bed frame and now a large sectional. Their team does not pressure you to make a purchase and are very helpful when you do have questions. It is my preferred place to look for furniture because of the service and the large in store selection.

No One: We shopped for mattresses. Although we went to a number of places, the salesperson was comparatively more knowledgeable and knew where to direct us. He was a little overbearing in the store and in subsequent phone calls, but I guess he was trying to save the sale. The store was willing to price match. Delivery was professional and fast (a couple of days) when other stores were telling us we’d need to wait weeks.

Rebecca Castro: Yes they have nice furniture. But the customer service was terrible. They are kind to you and willing to work with you while you were in the process of purchasing. But as soon as you complete your purchase, their customer service was horrific. I was told five different things about the couch I ordered no one knew where it was her when it was arriving. I was promised that it was a quick ship item. Meaning it was already in stock and didn’t need to be made, and then I get told it’s in production so it’s not being delivered for another month. Then I called back and they said it’ll be delivered this week, then I called back today and it’s not gonna be delivered for another three weeks. They have no idea what’s going on, their sales person completely lied to me about the status of this order. Would never buy another piece of furniture from them again.

Beth Ann Bell: Sales people very nice and delivery was within 10 or 15 minutes, of the 3:30pm to 6:30 pm delivery times; and set up took 20 minutes to 30 minutes to set up and Christian and his partner in the delivery of the furniture were professional, friendly, and respectful.

Sam Espich: Just beware that if you get an in store credit…that credit would NOT be allowed to purchase anything at a sale price. It would only be able to be used toward the full price, which nothing in the store is seemingly the full price.Shame on you Ashley Furniture.

Alesha Wickey: Our experience wasn’t the best. The customer service while shopping was good. I personally didn’t like the associates following me all over the store, it was uncomfortable, but they were still good.We asked to price match a couch, but they wouldn’t because they couldn’t guarantee the 3rd party resale would have as good of quality compared to straight from Ashley themselves. So we decided to stay with Ashley to make sure we receive good quality.However, when the couch arrived the quality was awful. We should have saved ourselves $4-500 and go with a 3rd party seller. The sectional came extremely crooked/off-square (by 2 inches) in multiple sections of the couch, among other problems. It looks crooked and has a few-inch gap between sectional pieces. We were pretty upset with the quality and reached out to their customer service that we were told to contact. They emailed back next day and basically said there is nothing they will do for us and that their quality is sometimes different per item made. I don’t trust Ashley now, and will not shop with them again and will be letting others know if their poor quality and customer service.
