Jennifer Jett: My husband and I took lessons with KB at Apex in the spring and summer. KB quickly honed in on the elements of our swings that could yield the greatest improvements in our golf games. The lessons were varied to keep us engaged and to explore the facets of the game. The golf simulators were fun and helpful for seeing the results of our swings and why the balls flew the way they did. KB was always positive and made sure that we were understanding his coaching and that we were actually feeling the changes in our swings. We would have loved to have continued working with Apex and KB but we moved away from Fort Wayne.

Dale Fath: Have been playing golf for years with very little formal instruction developing several bad swing faults. Working with Wyatt who was very patient and informative in sorting out my swing flaws improving my contact considerably after only 3 sessions. I especially found the session videos w/ voice overlay emails very helpful for swing improvement focus. The instruction and technology are state of the art.
Scott Scheele: I've been working with Wyatt for a little more than two months now, and every time I leave a lesson, I feel like my game is progressing. He has helped me make massive improvements to my game by adjusting my swing to make better contact much more consistently. The result has been longer, straighter shots; pretty much all any weekend golfer can ask for. Plus, the facility has all of the golf technology you can imagine. Tim Miller: I was introduced to Cal about a year ago at my home course. I often see him on the course with his students instructing them through their round. I sent my son, who has just started his senior year of high school golf, to see Cal prior to the season starting. My son has been extremely pleased and optimistic about his swing and how some of the changes Cal directed have played out on the course. I think some people provide golf lessons and others are golf coaches. Cal brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for golf that's hard to find in this area. His positive encouragement has brought out confidence in my son that I had never seen on the course. Both my son and I have only good things to say about Cal and Section 5 Golf. He is great teacher and an even better person. I believe he really cares about each student and their progression in the game.
Scott Black: I had a top notch experience. Cal queried what I wanted to work on and quickly determined what I was doing wrong and how to fix it.I started hitting better iron shots immediately. Even better, through use of video, Trackman, and simple physics he was able to explain why what I was doing caused my problem and why the fix worked. I’m an engineer and knowing why will help me make permanent change. I had more trouble with my Driver but with some additional patient explanation I made great progress there too. I highly recommend Mr Callahan to everyone.

Hunter Mefford: To look at videos from just 1 year ago is so crazy to me. Cal has taken my game to a level I have only dreamed about getting to! Rick King: Shoaff is a great and challenging Par 3 18 hole course. 4 holes at 200 + make it a challenge for all levels. Driving range is the best in Fort Wayne. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great for young ones to learn but not advised on weekends as they are very busy.

Johnnie B: 11-1-22 golf course in great shape. however i began at 3:55 PM, the 2 men in the pro shop said they wanted the cart back by 5:30 PM. when i finished the front nine one of the men said I had to give the cart back and it wasn't even 4:50! I protested and he stated he was told to close the course. I walked the rest of the course and finished by 5:42. Both men were still in the clubhouse. If i was able to use the cart I would have been done prior to 5:30!!!! i was flabbergasted by thier behavior. be cautious at twilight with these 2 men!!!!????

Elliott McCrory: This is a fabulous place to practice golf. 18 par 3 holes - about half of then are quite challenging and the other half are nice. The shortest is around 100 yards, and the longest is 220 yards. There are NO artificial tee boxes - all are real grass. They also have a great driving range, a chipping area and a practice green.
Tim McNaughton: It is a nice par 3 course. Driving and golf are both fairly priced
Bill Finch: I recently went to Shoaff park to use their driving range. It was well taken care of and the prices are a great value for how many balls are in the buckets! They were huge for only 7.00 for the large!

Laura Richcreek: I have never golfed before but did this past Sunday on the Par 3 course. It was a fun challenge (besides being a novice) and we had a really nice time . . . until the cashier who had been at the shop drove out to where we were on the 9th hole, having just finished hitting the last ball, at about 7:45 to say, "we need the cart back." It was disconcerting because we had just finished and would have brought the cart back within a few minutes. We mentioned we had just finished and as he drove away, he said, "well, you've been out here a long time." We had been there about two hours--I am learning and my partner was teaching me but it was still 45 minutes before they close and still bright daylight. It was disappointing to have enjoyed all that time only to have someone admonish us like children who didn't pick up their toys on time. That's why I dropped off a couple stars for my rating. They still get a good rating, but I hope we experience a little more politeness and patience the next time.

Ryan McKillip: I have known Eric for roughly 10 years when he first opened. He always puts his customers first and his knowledge of fitting is second to none. He will always fit you for what's best for your individual swing no matter the brand.His facility is also the best around. You won't find a better overall experience and technology from the trackmans to the putt view and workout area/training.He is the best in the area no question.
Robert “Nedflanders666” meadows: Closed Sun, one of the biggest golf days of the year and they are closed. Not to mention its almost 50 an hour here. Bro-in-law and I paid 100 bucks for les than 2 hours. I can go to the golf garage and pay 70 bucks for 3+ hours. Staff is not that friendly unless you talk to the tall dark hared gentlemen, the other 2 couldn't care less you are there, and if they are playing golf and you ask a question, you better be ready for very short answers and the big sigh like you're bugging them! Touchet golf.. more like DOUCHE BAG GOLF, this place is a joke. Wouldn't even go back, even if it was the last place in town to go

Elliott McCrory: This is a solid, straightforward layout. There is essentially no trouble aside from OB. This course has been here for a while, so the old trees are wonderful. There is an ancient oak tree overhanging the left side 4th green (along with a grove of younger trees asking the right), which makes hitting this par 5 in 2 all but impossible except for the most skilled players. (I'm not sure if I've ever gotten a GIR on this hole!)Foster Park is quite pretty. There are paved public trails that surround the course, and there always seem to be people on them. (They'll even occasionally yell out, "good shot.")Be aware that plans to completely revamp this course were released in September 2022. They are supposed to be adding some ponds - this course needs some ponds because (1) there are none in this layout, and (2) drainage can be a troublesome deficiency (usually no carts allowed for days after a serious rainfall). As far as I know, the construction plans/schedule have not been released.

The greens were in excellent shape and we wondered why the course was not busier. The course seems to be the best kept secret. Don't let the year go by without playing here!

Todd Hart: I love this place! The bays are huge. You have plenty of room for your group to comfortably play. The only difference between Trackman and real golf, is that I haven't lost a golf ball or been rained on yet!

Paul Mooibroek: Definitely the best and most accurate sim I have been to in Fort Wayne. Love the large size of bays so you don’t feel cramped when swinging. Lighting is fantastic and this set up utilizes pro v1 with chip technology to get most accurate spin rates. Owner Ryan is great, honest and accommodating. This has been the perfect opportunity to come in for the winter and work on various aspects of my swing. The full trackman specs plus rear and side cameras allow for honest evaluation for those who want to really make some changes following a lesson.
Jason Westrick: We had such an amazing time there. We rented for 2 hours with a group of 4. Drinks were very inexpensive for this type of entertainment. The owner is a super nice guy that explained how everything worked. They have tons and tons of courses, all kinds of games, and a driving range if you want to get warmed up for an upcoming outing. This place will be getting my business for years to come.
Nick Adams: Really enjoy playing here. The bays are nice and wide so no worry about hitting anything, I really enjoy how you can order in food. Lastly the prices are very affordable. Been here a few times and will continue to come back!
Ankit Sahay: Friend I were there yesterday (3/3/2022) And here is my feedback:The good:1. Facility - Nice and clean no complaints there2. Simple to use and allot of space for each bay3. Lots of courses to playThe not so good1. My fried arrived like 10 mins earlier for our designated book time (our start time was 4:30 he got there at 4:20) We got done at 6:35 walked back to pay paid at 6:45 since there were people ahead of us. We were charged for 2.5 hours vs 2 hours. - I don't mind paying the extra but nowhere was there any information on the website or from the attendant that "hey you got here a few mins early left a few mins late you will be charged for that" I have gone to other facilities in Fort Wayne and this is not the case there.2. This is our first time at a Track Man facility - we were told we need to use the RCT Titleist golf ball which we did not have so they gave us one and at the end of the session charged us 6 dollars for the ball - again I want to clarify if the attendant came up and said something along the lines "Hey guys this ball is going to give you the best data due to it being designed for Trackman it will cost you 6 dollars" I would have been like okay that makes sense thanks! Other facilities in Fort Wayne provide golf balls at no cost (in my experience so far)Some may say my complaints are minor - but the reason I choose to leave this review is because I really really really wanted to like this facility as it is closer to where I live and the ambiance overall was great - but having poor customer service or not getting clear understanding of what the cost of using the facility up front is a negative.

Matt Hostetler: Great new simulator. The owner was super helpful with every aspect of our visit. He even took a group photo for us. He's got a great vision for the future of the business. We'll definitely go back.
Kelsey Patton: Such a fun concept and such a great host! We went with a group of 8 and the owner couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. Drink service was top notch, and music was great. Will definitely be going back and recommending to family and friends!
Jeremy Salm: This place is next level , they have top of line trackman. This allows you to truely gage you swing and game on the spot. Staff is all about sports , fun and game improvement.Suites are sharp and make you feel that you have a perfect slice of a golf course to work everything.Huge fan

Mark Davis: Highly recommend if you're looking for some indoor golf. Relaxed and laid back atmosphere with HUGE screens and lots of room. The most simulator bays in one spot. Nice selection of drinks and you can have Giordano's delivered to you! Get in there now before the word gets out!!!
