cheap25: Are you freaking kidding me. Vegas pricing for a dump? I went here because I had heard people in Fort Wayne talking about this place. I regularly come for the Coney dogs in Fort Wayne because they are unique and I cannot find a place in South Bend Mishawaka that does them the same way as the Mr. Coney and famous Coney Island hot dogs. But now let’s get back to this place, this is not only a White castle rip off, albeit with better quality real meat, but I have had meat fall off the platter in preparation onto the floor that’s bigger than these things are ….now if the price was even remotely close to the modern day elevated white castle price that would be one thing but $1.85 for this?!?!! again someone here must be a comedian. A friend of mine that used to get these back in the day said they were like $.30 back then. That’s more like it. I would even accept $.75 but $1.85. Kristal Walker: I usually don’t leave poor reviews as I believe every busy restaurant works hard to deliver great service to all of its patrons. Today, my family and I was hoping to support this business and see for ourselves what all of the positive noise was about this place. Unfortunately, we sat for nearly 10-15 minutes as we watched waiters and waitress pass up our table without even offering us a drink of water. We realized, it was busy; however no-one even stopped to say “hang tight, we’ll be with you in just a second.” I wish I could say this was the first time I’ve experienced this in Fort Wayne, but it’s not. It’s a good reminder that despite where we are in society, you can’t help but wonder if this type of experience is attributed to our skin color. 😫 #wejustwantedagoodburger

Samantha: The food is fantastic here and I have always had pretty enjoyable experiences here. But I'm a little perturbed about the lack of service that I just received, beings that I am a loyal customer. As a former assistant manager, I'm quite frankly shocked at the lack of hospitality that I just received. I ordered two sides, broccoli and sweet potato fries and it literally took over 50 minutes for me to get my food! The app said 20 minutes tops. I was approached several times by several members of staff telling me that my food would be out any minute and that even at one point, the manager himself was going to bring me out my food. Well that never actually happened. When I finally did get my food it was not brought by the manager, and when I asked to speak to the manager, all I got was a sorry that took so long spiel. My food takes literally less than 5 minutes to cook and I waited almost an hour. Look I get you have bigger fish to fry in that kitchen but I wasn't even offered something complimentary for wasting so much of my time except a free fountain drink. Come on man... Good management is key to a successful business. Now I don't want to spend my money here because I don't feel valued for my time and money spent.

The waitress did not make the experience any better. No communication about it at all, just took the food and walked away. My husband said for the price we paid ($84 with waters to drink) we won't be returning.

Jacob Newlin: They never disappoint here! The only thing that consistently frustrates me is the wait, but that’s just because everyone wants to keep coming back! Thankfully, we just got to hit the mall for a few minutes and got our table quicker than the time quoted. I tend to get the clucks and fries, and it was prepared well last time. Our server was quick and attentive and the kitchen worked hard to get our food out quickly.

Brandon Marlow: Other places can boast about how good their Angus burgers are; their cows are happy (until they're not), and they exclusively graze in the prettiest pastures, receive weekly massages, and listen to Mozart, but the Five guys burger is right up there with them. The bacon-cheeseburgers, one with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion and one with everything, were delicious.The toppings were fresh and perfectly chilled. I've had burgers from several local 'steakhouse' restaurants, and from both of the local country clubs, and the Five Guys cheeseburger is better in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of the fries; but that's not a deal breaker, as I came here for a good cheeseburger.I received the best customer service from Kristina, the manager at this location. Kyaw Myat: I haven’t had a bad experience with five guys when eating there, but the staff working around 7:40 pm on Jan 31 gave us a bad experience. Didn’t put the correct toppings that were requested on two junior bacon cheeseburgers that were order. We also requested another bunless burger, but when we received our food, it was not in the bag (gave us an empty container instead). We confirmed that to the cashier to have the bunless burger twice as well. Fries were not done well. Also cashier and his buddy were just unprofessional (smirking and talking to each other while we were placing our order). Pretty much had no excuse to have a bad experience like this since the location was well staffed. Probably will not go to five guys on Jefferson anymore and will only go to Northcrest location.

Gordon Londini: Updating my comments today for BurgerFi. My previous comments are below and I think they were a little out of line. We really enjoyed our burgers. Two of us got the lettuce wrap our third person got the Junior hamburger. Flavor was really really good, the fries crispy and amply salted. It was definitely a very good. At BurgerFi you do have the option to purchase more expensive burgers or vegan options but the pricing nowadays really isn't any different than something like five guys. On my most recent visit yesterday, I had the ultimate double bacon cheeseburger which is similarly priced to a five guys double bacon cheeseburger. Fry's at either place will be extra so that wasn't a big deal in the amount that you get is crazy. In the end I found it to be very similar experience cost-wise to five guys and we really enjoyed taste of the burgers and the fries.Visited BurgerFi in Jefferson Pointe this week. BurgerFi has good burgers, some of the best around and like any place the fries and onion rings can vary in taste. To be honest I'm still trying to prove my theory wrong. Here it is. There is no place that has a burger that's worth 12 bucks.

Mark Spencer: Over the weekend, I visited BurgerFi for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't very good. The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger was dry, and the service was poor. I had to visit the counter 3 times to ask for my kids' drinks, their applesauce, and spoons. And, the soft drink machine was broken and unusable. The best part about the meal was the Urban Style fries. I might try BurgerFi again but probably not this location.

Jason Johnston: This particular place had kinda quiet, awkward employees. This is something I'm fine with, so I give service a 4 because quiet and awkward also means hard to hear and it does feel insincere. The atmosphere is okay, pretty good range of music. Not inviting, but clean.All the stars for food come from the 2 burgers I've had from there and the chicken sandwich my girl had. First time I got it I had takeout, the fries weren't much to brag about. This time we went and dined in, both got onion rings and that was the mistake. The onion rings are an obviously good gimmick, as they are super wide and look great. And they are crispy. That's all they have going for them. Biting in, there's no salt on most of them, and then some salt on maybe one or two in the cardboard bowl. Super bland for something that's also dripping with grease. And the worst part, the onions are just sad, wet and flavorless.I can't help but picture employees just boiling these in plain water, slapping some basic batter on them and deep-frying only long enough to set the batter. Then on a coin toss, they choose a few to get some salt and send them on their way.With this out of the way, I got a Swag Burger for $11. It's definitely top-tier flavor, with all the ingredients playing together nicely on the buns (which are branded with the company's logo). It was messy, but nowhere near as bad as a Big Mac. Looking at the ingredients while typing this, I didn't notice a sweet tomato relish, but was very hungry and in a hurry. Everything else was on point.To sum up, the place is an obvious gimmick. The name is catchy, they brand the burgers, the onion rings are way more style than substance, some burgers (like the Swag) have crazy ingredients that are daring and enticing you to try them. I (unfortunately) will be avoiding this place unless it's, maybe, if we're getting DoorDash and I want a really good burger but with a side from wherever she's getting food. If you can get full on just a burger, it's amazing. You'll probably get the best enjoyment getting it to go and eating in your car.

The first time I sank my teeth into a Five Guys burger, I knew that I had found something truly special. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a heavenly experience that I will never forget.But there was one fateful night in late June that I will always remember, where I had the best burger of my life. It was raining outside, and I was seeking refuge from the downpour. As I walked into Five Guys, the aroma of sizzling beef and fresh buns wafted through the air. I ordered my usual cheeseburger with all the toppings, eagerly anticipating its arrival.When my burger arrived, I could hardly contain my excitement. I took my first bite, and my taste buds were instantly transported to another world. The beef was perfectly cooked, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and bursting with flavor. It was like nothing I had ever tasted before.As I savored every bite, I knew that I would never have another burger like this one. The combination of the rain, the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, and the sheer perfection of the burger created a memory that will stay with me forever. And even now, months later, I can still taste that same burger when I close my eyes and think back to that night.In conclusion, Five Guys truly makes the best burger in the world, and I doubt that anything will ever compare to that one fateful night in late June.
