Vanessa Chalman: Stayed there last week, front desk people were rude. Especially the lady Saturday night. The bathroom toilet had hair and dried urine on and around it. I went to Walmart and bought bleach wipes just for that stay . Floor was dirty from the previous people. Neighbors were screaming and cursing at each other all night . I'm never staying there again
Lori Baumann: The booking agency did not inform them of my need for a ground level room, and did not let me know that there was going to be an extra fee for my dog. Had I known this, I would not have stayed, as I have a bad knee, I have a dog, and I feel that I'm being penalized for having a dog that is not going to use electricity, water, or anything like that. The credit card on file is what will be charged for any damages, and those of us who don't damage because of our dogs are having to pay money out of her pocket for nothing. The location is very easy to find, although it is noisy because it was by the interstate. Nonetheless, there are many businesses nearby for food, shopping, and gas, which is nice. The heater was extremely loud and ran constantly whether it was putting out heat or not. The bed only had a sheet on it, it had neither a blanket nor a cover, so I had to use my own personal blankets out of my vehicle. Everything else in the room was clean, although the carpet was quite stained. The continental breakfast is good, although there were signs that said that we cannot take the food back to our rooms, which was unfortunate. I had to sit and eat my breakfast by myself in the seating area, which I really didn't have time for. That being said, the biscuits and gravy were quite tasty. I also had a Danish and some orange juice. This is a nice feature to have at a motel. I also like that the doors exit to the outside and not the hallway, although it would have been even better if I had the ground level room that I needed.
Deb Yoder: I reserved a room on 4/1/23 at the Challenger Parkway location because we lost power in the tornado the night before. Our power came back on so I called and canceled at 2 pm for a 3 pm registration and have a confirmation email marked 2:08 pm. Today I noticed they had taken the 92$ cost of the room out of my checking account. When I called customer care, the lady argued with me that I didn't cancel until 6 pm in spite of my email confirming a 2 pm cancelation. She basically told me I was lying and too bad for me. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers!! I have my bank working on this, and I will tell everyone I can not to use this company.
Charlotte Rothgeb: I was at the lodge for over a month 1/2 for personal reasons. The staff there was all great. Very helpful,and polite. One of the managers Robert was so so great and awesome!!!!! Always went above and beyond. Always made us guests feel sooòooo welcome. The other staff also make you feel very welcome! This place you will always have great privacy!
Gavin Anderson: Arrived to check in, the front desk attendant was very polite. I got my key card and went I my room as I was extremely tired from being up for over 24 hours. I got into the room to find it had not been cleaned, other than they removed the bedding. I go down stairs and discuss this with them, the nice lady. Immediately moved me to the next room over.. this one was worse. There was still trash in the bins, blood on the mattress protector and pillows, no towels, all around just gross. At this point I wasn’t comfortable staying there. The nice lady completely understood and canceled my reservation, though there was no manager on duty so I couldn’t get a refund. Hopefully I can because this was unacceptable to allow to happen.

Baby Doll: this place was a joke!!! Very disgusting!! $350 a week and the TV didn't even work!! I told them for 6 days straight, and every day it was an excuse why it couldnt be fixed!! I do not recommend this place at all!! The water doesn't get hot!! The heat didnt work!! There was mold on the ceilings!! The door had to be slammed shut, because it was half way off the hinges!!!

Angela Reid: Door was broken. Room was dirty and had trash left over from the previous guest. No cups or ice bucket. Lights didn't work so front desk person got a lamp with no shade. The front desk person during the day was not helpful and condescending. Bed was old and sagging in the middle. No hairdryer and only one bar of soap. Coffee was unavailable. Felt unsafe. I've stayed at Choice Hotels, I work for Choice Hotels and this is by far the worst. Never again.
Dom Jordan: Not the newest or greatest. But the staff makes up for it in spades. The rooms all have 2 burner glass top stoves and a stand up fridge. Microwave is built into cabinets and a kitchen sink to boot.. Have been here for almost 2 years now, and still happy to have found this place!

I want to give this hotel a zero star, the man is rude. Because I book 1 and told him it would be another adult and a child. I asked him to let me speak to the head. He said other than him it’s God. Did not get to go to the room, did not see it. Told me if I don’t like it, I don’t have to stay. After I already paid for it. And can not cancel it, if I do I want get my full refund. This guy know this. So that’s why he doesn’t care if I leave, cause he already got paid. All the way from Chicago to Fort Wayne for my mom funeral. Another Cool Blog Update !: Stopped in the parking lot to let another person figure out if they wanted to book a stay. 1 year old started getting fussy so instead of letting him run around the parking lot I circled the lot to get motion. Some dude came out taking pictures of our car and tried calling us over to him when we asked if there was something wrong. Sorry, you can come over to us if you have an issue. Left after since dude was a weirdo. Better places in the area without nosey people.

However, I swear staying here has taken years off my life.I booked this hotel for a volleyball tournament. We just needed a place to lay our head for the night. We check in late and check out early. We are barely in the room, we just need to sleep for a few hours.We booked through Priceline. Thought It was a done deal. Two adults, two kids. When we checked in, the RUDE manager asked how many people were staying in the room. I said 4 total. He said I have to charge you extra for each person. I told him that the room description stated 4 people to a room. He said I only booked for 2 people. I said No I booked for 2 beds. He said he charges by person. This was after I had paid for the room several days ago. He charged a $100 deposit and an additional $8 per person. The room was only supposed to be $60 for the night. So I ended up paying for the room, +taxes/fees, $100 deposit, and and an additional $32.He was sooo rude on top of it. Threatened to cancel my reservation because I questioned him. Please do not book this hotel.
Natasha Pinson: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went there to stay a night with my daughter and niece for my niece birthday. To start we went to go swimming and the water was so cold the kids mouth was blue to we went to the room to warm them up with a warm shower and the hot water did not work. They don't serve breakfast even though the pictures show different and when we went to speak to the manager about it he just cuss us out and said he doesn't care.

I ask if there will be any money charged to my card and he said no. I check my bank account $100 is taken out, I ask about it he says you will get it back in 10-12 business days. SERIOUSLY COULD Have TOLD ME, lol. Our towels were soiled with something nasty, we walk to the desk to get new ones and he said you have to bring me the dirty ones back first. Woow, ask for another pillow because we only have 2, and he said that was enough, beds very uncomfortable. In our fridge we found a Walmart bag with a loaf of bread, package of lunch meat turkey, and Mayo 😂. bed side table was very dirty as well. Animesh D: The whole hotel seems very old and all appliances are also worn out. They’re not serving any breakfast to keep down the room price lower. The room was okay with queen bed, refrigerator, microwave and limited towels. The bedside phone did not work. Found hair on bed sheet and dirty patches in sofa and other places. It had very Dirty carpet - after walking bare feet our feet bottom were black. The face tissue paper was out and not filled up. We asked for extra bedsheets or blankets but the person on duty said he doesn’t have the access of housekeeping and cannot provide any extra linens. He helped though initially as we had 2 years old toddler. Primary concern is that we felt itchy after using the bed and while in the room and next day, not sure whether that was due to bed bug or not. I hope not as we kept our toddler also in the bed.The hotel need serious renovations and cleanliness. It has enough parking lot, vending machines and good unsecured wifi.

Jacob Marsh: A beautiful boutique hotel, with very friendly staff and trendy rooms. Everything is very clean, new and inviting. The little details really tie everything together, and it really makes your stay feel special. I was here for a week and was always happy to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The Cafe is also top notch, serving a very nice cappuccino with a great area to sit, if you do not want to walk just around the corner to a walking street with other cafes and top notch restaurants.Would highly recommend The Bradley to anyone going to Fort Wayne, and will be staying here again if I return.

Kevin Hunter: When booking this room for the evening. I was expecting just a generic typical hotel room. I was extremely impressed when entering to find myself in a small apartment. There is a small kitchen with a full sized fridge and freezer and microwave. The living room area has a couch, tv, and two dinner trays. The bedroom is huge with a very comfortable bed and also another tv. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be a returning guest.Food & drinks: They have a nice selection of sodas and snacks. They'll even charge it to your room. Also, the hot breakfast is a great way to start the morning!

Melissa Young: Hotel is at the back of an industrial park on the north side of Fort Wayne. It's near a major interchange, and traffic could be heard in my room. The hotel has plenty of parking.The building is old, and fixtures/furnishings have been updated to current Hampton standard, though some things (paint job on the doorframes, some wear on the furniture, etc.) could use a spruce. The floor in my room slopes noticeably (and very weirdly---seriously, who built this??), and there are loose/shaky tiles in the bathroom. But it's clean and tidy and perfectly serviceable.The channel guide lists about sixty channels, but I can't get half of them due to a "weak signal."And the room is dark (dim, with few lamps) even by hotel standards.Both the fitness center and pool were closed for "maintenance"/renovation. And I'm sure it's fine, but the elevator certification thing expired seven months ago.Staff friendly and professional. Standard Hampton breakfast.

Felecia Taylor: I would not recommend this place. They are under renovation & there's a horrible smell. The pictures on the website are not how the rooms look. They allowed guests to make all kinds of noise in the middle of the night. We made the mistake of picking the 1st floor. The noise level was horrible. It's line they were having a riot or party. What's crazy is the staff didn't do anything about it.
M2F: I’m a long standing Hilton Honors -Diamond member and I was thoroughly disappointed in the place. I thought it was dirty and had a funky smell. I even thought the front desk clerk was stoned. Very weird. When I talked to my colleagues from the area, they said never stay there. So disappointed. And I really like Hampton Inn’s. They did seem to be fixing up the place. The pool and gym were closed. But my heater did not function well. Had to kick the heat up to 77 to get it to warm up but it cycled between warm and cool air. The sink was dirty and… you get idea. I won’t stay here again. Sorry Hilton. Someone better do a walk thru and figure out an improvement plan.

Denise Schwartz: Upon check in there was no one at the front desk, which was no big deal because I had the digital key for check in. I then went to use the fitness center, only to find out it was closed for remodeling. There was NO mention of this on the app or website when I went to book. Had I known this, I would have stayed at a different hotel as I sit a lot for work so having a gym to get movement in is super important to me. I then went back to the front desk to get my complimentary waters and snack (I'm a diamond member), but there was still no one at the front desk. I waited for about 5 minutes, until finally clearing my throat to try and see if anyone was back there. I asked for my complimentary waters and snack - they gave me the waters but no snack (I also normally bring my own water bottle as there are places to fill it up in the fitness center, but, again, the fitness center was closed so I wasn't able to do that).The next morning I was working in the lobby due to the weather, and a staff member came and took the plate off my table before I was finished with it, and then she rudely told me "you're welcome" as if she was doing me a favor by taking something I wasn't finished with yet.I normally have very positive experiences with Hilton hotels, but save yourself the poor experience and stay somewhere else.

Adam Wallis: Location was perfect for where we needed to get to in the mornings. We stayed there because of the horrible weather over the Christmas holiday weekend.The room looked just like the website, it was nice and clean and had everything my brother and I needed. I think it was a suite on the 4th floor.So everything was great the first night except for the pool being out of commission for the first couple hours after checking in. So then the next morning I go to the elevator to go down to have breakfast and there is a, pardon the description, a pile of diarrhea in the corner of the little nook where the elevator was.So making a long story short there was another one of these in the pool room covered with towels. We told the several people, my brother and myself over the next couple days and nothing was done with it until the last day of our visit. I believe we stayed there three nights.The last night a pipe froze and the fire alarm rang for 20 minutes at 2 in the morning. And then the whole building lost ALL water. So we were not able to even shower before leaving.In summary it was a decent stay with some forseen weather problems and a halfass staff. I wish I remember names because some off the staff were quite lovely. Even with these issues I would stay in the suite again. It was a great room. Almost a full size fridge/kitchen. Great living room with a pull out loveseat, great TV lots of storage room as a door to close plenty of storage in that room as well lots of privacy for the bathroom. Besides all the s*** it was pretty cool to stay

We were on the 3rd floor and we have a 4 and 2 year old so if they get any bright ideas the window only opens a few inches.2. The staff was very friendly.3. The hotel is along a nature preserve which offered an amazing view.The Negative:1. The room had a very musty smell too it.2. The site lists breakfast, but all there was were oatmeal packets with hot water. No silver/plasticware.3. The shower was broken, only the shower head would work.I would say for paying roughly 50 bucks, you cant really go wrong. Things were clean and it was great on a budget.

When a fire alarm keeps going off because it is malfunctioning they should change the person's room not say it happens and make us listen to a fire alarm all night for 9+ hours. For a smoke free hotel, a manager or employee shouldn't be standing in the doorway the hotel having a cigarette. Over all clean, but housekeeping is only 1x every 2 weeks, and requests are ignored.

Tabatha Marsh: As a recent single Mom of 4, I was in a very tough place when my kids and I were staying at Extended Stay North at the end of 2022. The staff there was absolutely amazing to me and my kids. They went above and beyond in every way, even accommodating us by upgrading us into a bigger room. The GM, Deana and assistant manager, Joy, were especially friendly and personable, and made my kids and I feel at home. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean and safe environment that’s family friendly and reliable. Thank you guys so much for the best hospitality in town.

john: If you have to do anything regarding internet, good luck. The wifi here is next to useless, its always on and off, and extremely laggy and slow. the only thing the tech support will do is ask if your download speed it good, and if thats fine, theyll just say theres nothing they can do, even though thats not the problem with it; the problem is ping and packet loss. one of the internet connections on mobile is literally unusable, it says theres full bars, but in reality it takes about 5 minutes to load anything, and you cant use mobile data because the whole place is 1-2 bars of service, so its just as bad. dishwasher barely works, all it does is make your dishes get caked on by random food particles, even if you rinse. the price is ok, but if youre someone who uses the internet alot or is going to stay here for a while, id keep your eye open for other places.

July 30th which was a month so as check out day comes I'm reassured that I would not have problems with my deposit and I called ahead of time and now the manager tells me there's a problem due to the employee who placed my deposit somewhere in the office .. who is currently on vacation... Janelle Renschler: Do not stay here—this place is way overpriced for what you get. There is a strange odor in the lobby and the elevator smells like cigarette smoke. My non-smoking room had a musty odor. I specifically booked this type of hotel to get a full kitchen, as I prefer to prepare my own food while traveling. Well…the kitchen had absolutely zero cooking utensils and the appliances look like they were from the 1980’s. The double beds were uncomfortable and were basically cots. Camping outside would have been a more pleasurable experience compared with this room. I am not even a person to normally complain or leave reviews, but ugh!

Don't fool around with Mother Nature: Hotel is in need of some updating, but overall nice and clean. We had a great time at the bar, wings were excellent. Major complaint is breakfast! We travel for work and stay at a lot of Holiday Inn hotels. This one said they have a full service restaurant so we went for breakfast. They said all they had was a buffet, so we said, and thought, it would be fine. We were charged $25 for 2 and it's the exact same breakfast as every other Holiday Inn has for FREE. Hard biscuits, everything was luke warm. If you can't offer better than what we had today, it should be free. Cut up cantaloupe and blueberries are a decent but cheap fruit offering.

The buffet style breakfast in the restaurant was good, but waitstaff service was limited at best (we never even received drink service during our entire meal, but other tables did). The room décor is somewhat dated, especially when compared to other Holiday Inns, but everything is in good condition and very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or workout facility during our visit, but it looked nice. The hotel is located directly across the street from the local Arena, and was centrally located for easy access to most of Fort Wayne. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again during future visits.

One was on the 6th floor and one was on the 5th floor, but we didn't know the room numbers. There were 7 of us between the 2 rooms. My friend and I were the last to arrive around 11pm. There were 2 front desk receptionists. One was assisting another guest. My friend and I stood in front of the other one. She appeared to be counting her drawer at the end of her shift so we waited. She didn't acknowledge us, or say anything like "I'll be right with you." My friend said the person's name who reserved the room. The receptionist was rude from the moment she opened her mouth. "What?" She replied. I said we were trying to check in and repeated the name of the person who made the reservation. She stated if our name isn't on the reservation it would be a security violation to give us the room number.Now, I understand that they can't just hand out keys to anyone who walks in and asks for one and says someone's name. I get that. But instead of greeting us in a friendly manner or even looking up the reservation to see the details, she just blurted out that it would be a "security violation" to give out any information. From the time we entered until the time I left the facility, I was rudely spoken to by this young girl. Never a smile. Never a friendly greeting. Nothing.At one point she told me to stop yelling (I had not raised my voice at all.)We couldn't communicate with our friend who was already in the room because her cell phone had died.I've worked at top notch hotels. Here's how I would have handled it:If I was counting out my drawer, I would have set it aside and helped the guest or at least acknowledged and would have said, "Welcome to the Holiday Inn! I'll be right with you."How can I help you? You're checking in? What's the name on the reservation.Ok. I see it's under someone else's name, etc. I would have then checked to see if there were any notes (ie: other guest's names, etc) and then asked for an ID.If both rooms were listed under 1 person's name, clearly 1 person can't occupy 2 rooms. (The girl kept saying if we didn't make the reservation she couldn't give us a key. That's ridiculous since I've made plenty of reservations under 1 person's name and there are notes under the reservation with occupant's names or something.)If there were no notes or got to a point AFTER CHECKING THE RESERVATION where I couldn't give out a key, I would have offered to call the room for the guest trying to check in.Instead the girl kept talking over me, interrupting me, accusing me of yelling, etc. I was so flabbergasted at how rude she was treating us, that I said I couldn't stay. I grabbed some of my things to take to the car.A gentleman that works at the hotel (I'm not sure in what capacity) followed me out to my car and asked what happened. He told me they've had complaints about her before. (I was not surprised in the least.) As I explained what happened I started to cry. I was just shocked at how the whole thing escalated so quickly! He mentioned he would let his manager know the next day. We walked back inside so I could get the rest of my things. Our friend who was in the room on the 6th floor had come down to the lobby looking for us. She asked what happened and I was telling her the story. The front desk receptionist kept interrupting me even though I wasn't talking to her, I was talking to my friend.The receptionist was clearly leaving for the night so I waited to leave until she was gone because I didn't want to be in the parking lot with her alone. My friends wanted me to stay, but I was too upset so I ended up driving 3 1/2 hours home at 11:30am (arriving at home at 3:00am) instead of being able to stay with my friends.That receptionist does not belong in customer service!
