The Fort Wayne Inn is about my favorite place to stay in Fort Wayne. The staff is friendly, especially the lady working the front desk. The rooms are nice and spacious. They have a table and chair so it's easier to do makeup. Plus they have a mini-fridge in the rooms!!! Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect, but it reminds me of home. The location is amazing! So many fun things to do around, but having a car to get around is helpful. Bonus, there's some nice girls next door so tip them well! The price lured me in and the acceptably clean rooms made me happy. My partner and I definitely plan on using the Fort Wayne Inn whenever we need a place to stay in Fort Wayne!
Love this place. Its quiet. No bs and the owners are very very nice and helpful. The rooms arent expensive but if u want a good night rest or even a cheap week extended stay this is your spot.

Steve Brogan: Okay so here are the facts - this place is cheap and you should have expectations around that.The rooms are old and worn but generally clean enough. It looks like some improvements have been made but in a kinda diy way.I would say most of the people staying there were construction workers and there wasn't any problem with partying. The owners seem nice enough.The walls are thin and I could hear a guy snoring all night long. The bathroom door hits the toilet. The furniture and bedding don't match. It's that kinda place.Bottom line - it's cheap and serviceable, but a sloppy presentation.

Checked in on sat 11/12/22 not once did cleaning crew come around to clean room or make bed(s) ...or to take out trash at all , i had tobag my own trash an leave it outside the room i was in ,. Shower designe in the bathroom took up too much room an travelers with kids had no bathtub to occupy children ...windows were bolted closed could get fresh clean air at all ...alot of people sitting in cars in parking lot at night ... Located near a strip club which i will not recommend at all seeming the so called dancers like to rip you off by pick pocketing ....

Vanessa Chalman: Stayed there last week, front desk people were rude. Especially the lady Saturday night. The bathroom toilet had hair and dried urine on and around it. I went to Walmart and bought bleach wipes just for that stay . Floor was dirty from the previous people. Neighbors were screaming and cursing at each other all night . I'm never staying there again
Lori Baumann: The booking agency did not inform them of my need for a ground level room, and did not let me know that there was going to be an extra fee for my dog. Had I known this, I would not have stayed, as I have a bad knee, I have a dog, and I feel that I'm being penalized for having a dog that is not going to use electricity, water, or anything like that. The credit card on file is what will be charged for any damages, and those of us who don't damage because of our dogs are having to pay money out of her pocket for nothing. The location is very easy to find, although it is noisy because it was by the interstate. Nonetheless, there are many businesses nearby for food, shopping, and gas, which is nice. The heater was extremely loud and ran constantly whether it was putting out heat or not. The bed only had a sheet on it, it had neither a blanket nor a cover, so I had to use my own personal blankets out of my vehicle. Everything else in the room was clean, although the carpet was quite stained. The continental breakfast is good, although there were signs that said that we cannot take the food back to our rooms, which was unfortunate. I had to sit and eat my breakfast by myself in the seating area, which I really didn't have time for. That being said, the biscuits and gravy were quite tasty. I also had a Danish and some orange juice. This is a nice feature to have at a motel. I also like that the doors exit to the outside and not the hallway, although it would have been even better if I had the ground level room that I needed.
Deb Yoder: I reserved a room on 4/1/23 at the Challenger Parkway location because we lost power in the tornado the night before. Our power came back on so I called and canceled at 2 pm for a 3 pm registration and have a confirmation email marked 2:08 pm. Today I noticed they had taken the 92$ cost of the room out of my checking account. When I called customer care, the lady argued with me that I didn't cancel until 6 pm in spite of my email confirming a 2 pm cancelation. She basically told me I was lying and too bad for me. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers!! I have my bank working on this, and I will tell everyone I can not to use this company.
Charlotte Rothgeb: I was at the lodge for over a month 1/2 for personal reasons. The staff there was all great. Very helpful,and polite. One of the managers Robert was so so great and awesome!!!!! Always went above and beyond. Always made us guests feel sooòooo welcome. The other staff also make you feel very welcome! This place you will always have great privacy!
Gavin Anderson: Arrived to check in, the front desk attendant was very polite. I got my key card and went I my room as I was extremely tired from being up for over 24 hours. I got into the room to find it had not been cleaned, other than they removed the bedding. I go down stairs and discuss this with them, the nice lady. Immediately moved me to the next room over.. this one was worse. There was still trash in the bins, blood on the mattress protector and pillows, no towels, all around just gross. At this point I wasn’t comfortable staying there. The nice lady completely understood and canceled my reservation, though there was no manager on duty so I couldn’t get a refund. Hopefully I can because this was unacceptable to allow to happen.

Nice sized tv on the wall, wifi worked great, front desk was very understanding and paitent with me when I had to pay for my after work. Would definitely recommend, it's one of the nicer hotel for a decent price. There is a $100 deposit fee that I didn't know about though so just a heads up.

M P: When I got there a big ball of hair in tub stains in tub the bathroom sink had rubber stuck in sink the bedding old and stinks. The floor was nasty I ask to be clean and never sent anyone to clean. The 4th day I kept getting bit buy something come to find out it was a brown bug had bite mark all over me wish I could post pictures of this place is horrible I will be calling the health department.
David W: Stay away. Upon arrival they could not honor the reservation. We were offered a room with two queens. The sheets had cigarette burns and had bugs. A lot of the clientele was smoking even though it was a non-smoking hotel.

The bathtub had remnants of hair and other material in the drain. TV did not work at all. Air conditioning unit / heater did not have any protective cover on it. Pulled sheets down and they had stains on them as well so I slept in my clothes on top of the covers.

Thornton Hemby: Go somewhere else! You'll need your own cleaning supplies here. Every horizontal surface was dirty. Does not look like room has been cleaned at all. No bath mat or hand towels. 2 coarse towels and one stained wash cloth. Cut my leg on metal frame sticking out from the corner of the bed. Carmen Steuck: We booked a King non-smoking room online using Choice Hotels app while driving towards Fort Wayne. The first red flag was the multiple gentlemans clubs within sight of the motel. When we arrived, the clerk informed us that even though we'd already paid online with a credit card when booking the room, we were REQUIRED to provide a $50 "refundable" cash damage deposit, and we had to push to get a receipt. Then we were BOTH required to provide our ID'S before she'd assign a room and give us a key. As we were unloading the car, we noticed the overflowing garbage on the stair landing, and we're pretty sure the car slowly circling the building multiple times was trying to find his dealer to make a purchase. When we got to our non-smoking King room, we found 1 Queen bed, and many cigarette burns on the bedspread, toilet, and bathtub, with at least a dozen BUGS (roaches? Beetles?) scurrying around in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and on the toilet. We were only in the room 5 minutes, then went down to ask for a refund. We got the $50 cash back, but "the manager will have to refund the credit card in the morning". Now I itch, and feel like I need a shower...

Matthew Martinez: The establishment was not kept well as far as ground keeping is concerned. But the staff were very helpful a man and a lady were at the front desk to greet me.. they let me use their WI-FI. I was grateful for that small gesture. I was able to find my room with ease.. -1 points for having no elevators...-2 points for not having a pool. And no breakfast in the morning we were left to out own devices thinking about food just because it's not provided.. almost makes you more hungry. Anyway 😛. I wish the rooms were provided cleaning supplies as not one effort went into cleaning. They were strick on the towels but what hotel isn't. 😂. Overall i give this place a 3.out.of five Stars 🤩
Kaiela Parson: I stopped in here after my bachelorette party with my fiance, we were checking in at 3am they guy was charging me outrageous pricing so I declined the stay he got mad asked for his room keys back I gave them back to him and my id was in with the cards I did not realize this until I got back to my car I then went back in and told him that my id was in with the rooms keys he told me it was not and I am absolutely certain it was. I'm getting married this weekend and needed my id for our marriage license thankfully the woman and the court house is working with him. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel at all. He was very rude when I would not allow him to charge me an outrageous price for a few hours of sleep to drive home safely.

Claire R: Owners are wonderful people and try to be as accommodating as possible. Can be noise on weekends but they have worked really hard at keeping alot of the loud crazy people away and have done a good job at it. Thompson Family: The lady at the front desk was polite and very nice. The room isn't anything fancy but it was very clean! No bugs of any kind!!! Don't go there and expect a fancy updated room because it's outdated but cleanliness and no bugs is what matters to me lol. Very cheap price. Great location as well. The property also is covered in cameras so your can feel extra safe even though it is in a safe area already. Cable tv. A/C & heat both worked well. The bed was firm. Only issue I noticed was the sheets had stains but they had been washed. And bring pillows if you can. $25 cash deposit when you arrive but as long as you do not smoke in the room you'll get that back.

Drew: I stayed there for a week and a half and I had a pleasant stay. There were some noises at night from other people coming in drunk, but that is not a reflection of Executive Inn. I would definitely choose to stay there again if I visit Fort Wayne again. The TV was good and had more channels than other local hotels. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were absolutely fluffy and great. The staff were very nice to me. I would recommend this place. I was apprehensive when I saw the other reviews, but experience was not at all like the reviews. I enjoyed my stay there.
