Vanessa Chalman: Stayed there last week, front desk people were rude. Especially the lady Saturday night. The bathroom toilet had hair and dried urine on and around it. I went to Walmart and bought bleach wipes just for that stay . Floor was dirty from the previous people. Neighbors were screaming and cursing at each other all night . I'm never staying there again
Lori Baumann: The booking agency did not inform them of my need for a ground level room, and did not let me know that there was going to be an extra fee for my dog. Had I known this, I would not have stayed, as I have a bad knee, I have a dog, and I feel that I'm being penalized for having a dog that is not going to use electricity, water, or anything like that. The credit card on file is what will be charged for any damages, and those of us who don't damage because of our dogs are having to pay money out of her pocket for nothing. The location is very easy to find, although it is noisy because it was by the interstate. Nonetheless, there are many businesses nearby for food, shopping, and gas, which is nice. The heater was extremely loud and ran constantly whether it was putting out heat or not. The bed only had a sheet on it, it had neither a blanket nor a cover, so I had to use my own personal blankets out of my vehicle. Everything else in the room was clean, although the carpet was quite stained. The continental breakfast is good, although there were signs that said that we cannot take the food back to our rooms, which was unfortunate. I had to sit and eat my breakfast by myself in the seating area, which I really didn't have time for. That being said, the biscuits and gravy were quite tasty. I also had a Danish and some orange juice. This is a nice feature to have at a motel. I also like that the doors exit to the outside and not the hallway, although it would have been even better if I had the ground level room that I needed.
Deb Yoder: I reserved a room on 4/1/23 at the Challenger Parkway location because we lost power in the tornado the night before. Our power came back on so I called and canceled at 2 pm for a 3 pm registration and have a confirmation email marked 2:08 pm. Today I noticed they had taken the 92$ cost of the room out of my checking account. When I called customer care, the lady argued with me that I didn't cancel until 6 pm in spite of my email confirming a 2 pm cancelation. She basically told me I was lying and too bad for me. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers!! I have my bank working on this, and I will tell everyone I can not to use this company.
Charlotte Rothgeb: I was at the lodge for over a month 1/2 for personal reasons. The staff there was all great. Very helpful,and polite. One of the managers Robert was so so great and awesome!!!!! Always went above and beyond. Always made us guests feel sooòooo welcome. The other staff also make you feel very welcome! This place you will always have great privacy!
Gavin Anderson: Arrived to check in, the front desk attendant was very polite. I got my key card and went I my room as I was extremely tired from being up for over 24 hours. I got into the room to find it had not been cleaned, other than they removed the bedding. I go down stairs and discuss this with them, the nice lady. Immediately moved me to the next room over.. this one was worse. There was still trash in the bins, blood on the mattress protector and pillows, no towels, all around just gross. At this point I wasn’t comfortable staying there. The nice lady completely understood and canceled my reservation, though there was no manager on duty so I couldn’t get a refund. Hopefully I can because this was unacceptable to allow to happen.

ed barnet: I had a bad reaction to a very expensive medicine that was prescribed by one of the hospitals in FW it put blisters on my body down my throat and I was taken back to the place I was staying by my ride then the ones I was staying with threw me out because I was seeing things so I ended up wabbling down the side of the highway in the middle of the night anyways I ended up going to a motel and sat there for a while. I wondered off and left my medicine my keys and whatever else there I ended up calapsed on the ground but before I calapsed I asked someone to call 911 anyway after about 3 days I went back to the motel and asked for my keys and? and they told me that they saved it for me but they could not find it so I was out all of it. I am leaving a lot out but that's what kind of place that is.

Jacob Marsh: A beautiful boutique hotel, with very friendly staff and trendy rooms. Everything is very clean, new and inviting. The little details really tie everything together, and it really makes your stay feel special. I was here for a week and was always happy to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The Cafe is also top notch, serving a very nice cappuccino with a great area to sit, if you do not want to walk just around the corner to a walking street with other cafes and top notch restaurants.Would highly recommend The Bradley to anyone going to Fort Wayne, and will be staying here again if I return.

The hotel staff was kind and polite but I wouldn’t go as far as saying they were friendly. The breakfast was good. They did allow late check out which was greatly appreciated. It wasn’t that it was bad by any means I guess I just expected a little more from the Hyatt name. I will recommend in the future if someone is looking for a basic hotel.

The location for what we were doing was great! Food,gas,shopping and some entertainment all right there. Now i must admit to the worst part. The company you bring will also have a sway here. Karla Stewart: The bed was really comfortable and the highlight of my stay. The heating unit never worked. Reported it many times, they said they "worked on it" just to come back to my room at night and find it not working again. The TV also stopped turning on. Cleaning service was never provided during my 4 night stay. They told me the last day I had to have it requested and that it needed to be scheduled before a certain time. This was never mentioned to me during check-in.

Mark Carter: OMG......Can NOT BELIEVE that PRICELINE even sells rooms FOR THIS DUMP. We didn't find a "Dead body," but we didn't stay long enough either. The place was disgusting and had dead bugs as well as mold and stain bed linens......unbelievably. They also charged our credit twice after my wife told them it was paid for through Priceline, and the clerk NEVER asked me for my credit card at checkin, so it was comprised through Priceline. Terrible place and shouldn't be advertised on ANY Hotel sites....like Priceline.

K W: If I wasn't just stopping here for a hookup I wouldn't go anywhere near the place. Didn't feel safe. It is obviously one of the local hotels that take welfare vouchers. Those are the ones to avoid entirely. Call the desk of any hotel in Fort wayne before staying there and ask if they take the vouchers. If the hotel says yes, go elsewhere.

frank geiger: First of all the front desk staff were courteous and friendly but I did not enjoy my stay here. Probably the worst part was the bed sheets which were worn out with pilings on them making them very rough to the touch. The morning breakfast ran out quickly which left no cutlery nor milk for coffee. The elevator looked like something out of an industrial factory without any decorations that youd expect in a hotel. The upstairs halways had ripped out fixtures where the ice machine may have once stood. Other than that, its a nice place to stay at.

Jordan London: Managers give out customers personal details and aren’t professional at all . I called about the room I stayed in and management gave me the current person first and last name . When I told him how unprofessional he was for releasing a customer’s personal business he hung up. Lobby needs to be cleaned at least every 2 hours while doing construction . Had to move room due to it not being properly cleaned only spot cleaned. Nathan Hasse: While I understand they are under renovations and things my be changing, this place is very disappointing.Agreeing with previous guests, the door locks weren’t very user friendly. It took on average 6-7 attempts before the keycard mechanism would actually unlock. The bathroom door of the room we stayed in wouldn’t even latch to stay closed. The door knob itself was barely holding together and looked as if it would snap off at any point. Good luck having any privacy. In the corner of our room it appeared that there may have been a leak and while repairs to the floor and ceiling both were made, the effort to make those repairs look good we’re not. The stairs were not properly marked to help finding them. And once you got to the stairwell, the floors were gross. On the entire staircase. All 3 floors.I know that I won’t ever stay here again. That’s for sure.

Melody Yoder: Pool down for maintenance. Outside door near room is BROKEN and doesn't even latch! You can get in without a key! Where's the security? Showerhead is high, toilet is low. Bed Squeeky. Too many issues for the cost.I like the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast is good.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and a grocery and gas station very nearby. Strange because covid is worldwide! How can you tell if a customer from Georgia,London, Oregon or Denver ect has covid vs residents of Fort Wayne! B.A Brackus: Let me start off with the good...the desk clerk was friendly and very helpful... The condition of the rooms is bad! Not at all like the photos online and show! Just alot of wear and tear, definitely needs to be gutted and remodeled....also the breakfast ends at 9am! And you can't be a local resident if you want to stay at this motel! All kinds of crazy rules and exceptions! All of us agreed, we won't ever be coming back...
