Alaina Joyce: Do NOT buy online. Would not deliver package to my home, claimed package was delivered to a FedEx they rerouted to, the package never showed up. Then they blamed me that I didn't pick it up even though I went to the place every day for a week. They would not refund the money until 5 days later and I still have to wait a week for the return to show up. I cannot stress how absurd this process is and the fact that you cannot reach the local store makes it deplorable. Hey - great if you're pulling it off the shelf only.

She even moved tables and other items in order for me to see how they looked together. This is the first time I actually had fun with this process. We have never had a sales experience as good as this one. I am one that I will avoid eye contact or communication with a sales person until my final decision is made and all they have to do is enter it into their system. So this says a lot regarding this experience as she was with us from the time we walked in their doors.I gave 4 stars ONLY because we haven't received our furniture yet to rate it properly. John Robinson: First, I was told my order wasn’t ready despite having an email saying it was. It turned out to be ready, but took three associates to find it. The item was either a lower quality version than I paid for, or it was described incorrectly on the website. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.

The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise

Brittany Carter: UPDATE AS OF 4/21/2023 - Yet another replacement /exchange that again I have been told they have the wrong piece. This is a $3k couch I have been patiently waiting on since 12/29/2022 and no one is handling this with urgency. I have not filed a BBB complaint yet however I am today. UPDATE 4/18/2023- I had the scheduled delivery for the right piece of the sectional. It arrives & it is STILL incorrect. I am paying $3000 for this sectional that is going on 120 days since I originally ordered*** original review was left 4/3/2023 — My stars are related to the service & experience offered. The furniture is beautiful decently priced. The salesmen are attentive and quick on their feet. The actual process is a NIGHTMARE! I ordered a sectional right after Christmas about 12/29. I was told it would be 30 days before it would be available, okay fine I agreed to that. I was told I would receive weekly updates on where we stood in the shipment; that did not happen. I received an email the end of February stating it was ready for pick up. I scheduled for pick up then the day of pick up was told it was NO LONGER AVAILABLE due to scheduling more than 72 hours later! Furious is an understatement, however I believe in being pleasant and understanding even with it being OVER 30 days of waiting. With that being said, since I have been more than fair, do you think they have offered any compensation, discount or anything? NO! I just NOW got my furniture 3/27 - this has been 90 days vs the 30 I was told at purchase! I have not made one complaint I have not been nasty or rude with anyone. I picked my furniture up and started the set up only to realize I received two of the same left arm ends to my sectional!!! I called and spoke with my salesman who told me since I picked my furniture up I need to return the duplicate piece & it will be two weeks for the right piece to come in! This is UNACCEPTABLE & so INCONVENIENT!! The communication the inconvenience this has been! There’s not one person trying to rectify or fix this! I am disturbed that they are just treating me ANY KIND OF WAY! This is absolutely horrible customer service and the worst experience I’ve encountered purchasing new furniture!

The mattress was delivered today and it is not a pillow top mattress, it feels like a memory foam mattress. I immediately called customer service and they informed me that they could only give me a credit, because I accepted the delivery. Now, how would I have ever known it was not what I wanted if I didn't take it and open the box? I hadn't even had it for an hour yet. So, then I had to go back to the store. I spoke with the lady in the office and she explained that the model of the bed that I ordered had been discontinued. So, can you all explain why it is still out on the floor??? The manager in the store said the beds feel the same, but John who sold me the bed agreed that the beds do indeed feel different. Also, one is a pillow top and the other is not. Finally after all the run around the lady in the office agreed to give me a refund. They said I would get my money back once they picked up the bed on Saturday, but they would not refund me the delivery fee. So, now im out 40 dollars for nothing! She explained oh it's because the bed was delivered. Well it is not the bed I wanted! Also, your salesperson failed explain that the old model that was being displayed is discontinued, so why do I have to pay a delivery fee for something I didn't want?!?! I want ALL my money back. You all have waisted my time and my energy, now give me my money, you all are stealing from me, because in all actuality it was your mistake for not removing that discontinued bed from the floor. Oh and also corporate is like impossible to get ahold of. What kind of company is this!?! Terrible customer service and I never received an apology for any of this.

The best part is I haven’t even been able to sit in my couch yet and there are already staples coming out of it so quality isn’t great either.

However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping center's last gasp.
