Marlena Durrett: Ordered in November. Stated we would recieve before Christmas. Arrived after Christmas. What we ordered wasn't right. They picked up items January 4th 2021. I had to call myself to see what was the holdup 2 months later. Had excuse for everything. Still haven't recieved product. Was told when product isn't right item goes in front of the list. Apparently not. When ask that we feel we should be accommodated for our inconvenience all they would say was everything is backed up. Will never do business with this company again. If the item we purchased wasn't so important to my husband wanting I would cancel and request refund. Has taken longer to get item fixed then it took from the time we orginally ordered. I understand things happen and feel we have been very understanding but why did I have to call and now I have a voicemail stating the delivery department will be contacting me. Please be aware they dont care as long as they have your money.

Ashley spent hours with us on a number of visits to find the "perfect white sofas" for us. From the beginning to the end, we were given as much time as we needed to make our choices, and there are so many choices! From fabrics, to cushions, to depth of sofa, to feet, color of feet, arms, the selection was truly amazing! Our sofas arrived last week, and they are truly gorgeous, including our custom leather ottoman, that's so handsome! HomePlex gave us top notch service from beginning to end, thank you guys for making our home look gorgeous!
Brad Thurber: Full disclosure. We just ordered 2 couches and so do not have them yet. They are supposed to arrive in 8 to 10 weeks.This place is different in a good way. Super helpful. The floor sample couches were immediately more comfortable than comparable priced elsewhere. Everything is custom but if you can afford to wait longer for what appears to be higher quality than this is the place to go. Custom is not important to me but quality is.It is a very small store. They recommend you make a reservation for weekdays so they can go through everything with you. They hours are limited.

You can customize the look and feel of your furniture, which is awesome, although do be aware it takes about 6 weeks for them to custom make your furniture, but delivery is free once it's ready. I never felt "pushed" into buying anything, either, which is something I hated about the big name furniture stores.

Katie Ciccotti: I’m so heartbroken.May 2022 we placed an order with the manager for a large piece of wall art… we were assured that it would only take about 8 weeks and that shipping to Florida wouldn’t be a problem. So we happily paid for our art and extra shipping.Now here we are in March 2023 and we still don’t have our wall art. I have called dozens of times. Spoken with more than 3 different employees, been told that they would call me back but no one ever does.I have even messaged the CEO on LinkedIn to no avail.I Was told that my item was in the warehouse… then that it was in the wrong warehouse but it is now in the right warehouse… then that they were just back logged and trying to get through a bunch of other orders… then that the original quote for shipping isn’t going to cover what shipping companies are quoting now… then I was assured that it would be delivered in 10-14 days because the shipping broker was working on it. That was in January 13th.Well here we are, March 13th, and still no delivery.I just want what I’ve paid for and what I was promised. No one will call me back, no one will give me real answers.The sad thing is that I still want the wall art that I purchased!!!!!!!! I just want someone to figure this out and make it right!!!
s Day: I was so excited to get bedroom set from this place. That fact that I waited almost a year to receive it is no big deal considering it was during covid. But the fact that when it arrived my headboard has many flaws in it. I have contacted them to get a new one and nothing has been done, I have even went up there and James promised I would receive another one. So now another year later I still have yet to get it and with no communication at all.

I bought a dining table on 12/09/2022 and the seller assured me that I would be receiving it in two or three weeks…totally false, I received it on 19/11/2022 after calling the seller more than 5 times and only receive as an answer that in one more week I would receive it, the day I received it it arrived incomplete. Since that day I have called more than three times and I have gone to the store twice and the only response I get is the same as always that the table should be arriving in a week. The year is over and we are at 01/02/2023 and I am still waiting for them to send me the missing pieces or a complete new table and no one from the furniture store has even contacted me to apologize... they are a disaster... I will never go back to buy something there

Alexis Glore: I was very excited to order with Urban Styles Furniture, they had a great selection and decent prices for what I was looking for but unfortunately our experience was not great. Our sales team member was super helpful when picking out a mattress and bedroom set, we settled on our options and but wanted to make sure the bedroom set we chose did not have a crazy long lead time (January 2022 lots of shipping delays on furniture) and we were told it would be 12-16 weeks on the furniture and 4-6 weeks on the mattress. We were changing the size of our bedroom furniture and did not have anywhere to put the new mattress so we asked to have everything delivered together. We asked if the lead time on our furniture changed once the order was placed wit the manufacturer that we be contacted. Our furniture ultimately did not arrive until the end of July/beginning of August and between March and July we contacted the store 5-6 times for updates. Each time our "expected delivery time" came up or passed we had to call the store, the store did not contact us with updates. On two occasions the staff was rude and would not allow us to voice our concerns (not the sales staff member we previously worked with), when the manager was not in there was no offer to take a message, and the person I talked to made a comment to me that "they were tired of taking flack for this set and everyone was complaining". I asked on each occasion for someone to reach out to us if there as a change or the delivery was pushed back further and this did not happen, and we were constantly told we could have the mattress delivered (and later made to feel that the reason the mattress was damaged upon delivery is because we didn't have it delivered and requested our order together). In total it took 3 deliveries over a 3 week period (total order included mattress, bed frame, nightstands and 2 dressers) to complete our order and the mattress and one dresser had to be replaced due to damage when it arrived. The first mattress arrived stained and the delivery team suggested we might have gotten a "loaner" mattress which was later determined not to be the case but if it is something they do then that is concerning. During the first delivery the team knocked a clock off the wall damaging the wall with scuffs from the paint on the clock and scratches in the dry wall. There were multiple delivery issues with the first and second delivery and finally the third delivery all of items arrived. We had been in contact with our sales team member who we felt did try their best to help and keep us informed but the rest of the service team did not. I had been in contact with a manager what was helpful to start and then acted as if we were an inconvenience for following up when we had not been reached out to. We were told they were "definitely going to be doing something for us in addition to getting our wall repaired" after the first delivery. It took almost 2 weeks after the final delivery in late August for our sales rep (after I made inquiries to the manager) to reach out and let us know they were giving us was ended up being approximately 6% of our total back in a refund. Our wall still had not been repaired and we had not been contacted by the warehouse team to set up time to have it looked at, which we noted each time we spoke to someone. We never received a call or apology from the manager regarding all the issues we had. It is now October and our wall is not repaired and we have not been contacted for a repair. I have also reached out with details regarding our service and lack of repair to our home through their website for assistance on 9/12/2022 and did not receive any response. While we still like the furniture, the customer service and resolution to the many issues we had was not appropriate and will be looking into our options to ensure we get the repairs made. I held off on leaving a bad review in hopes the company would honor their word but unfortunately that was not the case.

Meg Gambill: Well as of right now we had our couches delivered on 5/12. It was delivered before being adapted/changed to the way we asked when purchased. Okay thats fine i totally understand that. However, after the delivery/installers used a box cutter to open the packaging around each seat and cut the leather on one, we contacted you. You said someone would contact us in the next week to come fix the couch. We contacted you a week from then and told you no one had contacted us to fix said couch, and you again said you would get right on it. It has now been 2 weeks since that message, and we completely feel let down by your business. This needs fixed immediately, we waited patiently for the delivery because we know that everything is behind now in days, but this is now 3 weeks past, and now its an employee and business aspect that we do not appreciate just being left to deal with mistakes on a very expensive purchase. I can't say I can recommend your business if this does not get taken care of.
Rachel Swalls: Do not expect to get any items ordered on time or in good condition. I am 3 months out from my purchase date and have only received half of the items, with one being damaged. Staff do not return phone calls and are days late answering texts. Also, I have taken time off work for scheduled deliveries which have gotten cancelled twice.

Joseph KORTZ: 03/08/2021 My wife and I ordered a love seat from this store. We have the order and paperwork the store gave us. When it came in it was the wrong love seat. Because it was the wrong one and they said that they don’t deal with the furniture makers that make the style we wanted that it would cost us a 25% restocking fee. Now we put down $400.00 but only got back $112.00 because the 25% is on the total amount not the down payment. Now this is Martians fault not ours but it cost us over $280.00 for their mistake. This is theft in the purest form and I will be pushing any source I can for to investigate this type of behavior. Now I’m a disabled Vietnam veteran and still being treated with disrespect and taking advantage of.

Mark Brattain: I purchased a sofa and loveseat in March at a very good price (approximately $200-300 less than manufacturer's store/website). I was pleasantly surprised to schedule and receive delivery of the furniture in less than a week.While the furniture was being delivered, I noticed a couple small protusions extending out the back of the loveseat. I was concerned that over time these protrusions would eventually wear out the upholstry or could get snagged causing tears/holes. The delivery men agreed and took a couple photos that were sent to their superiors. I was told the store would soon contact me to address my concerns.A few days later, the sales rep who sold me the furniture, Julie, called to let me know a furniture repair company will be sent out to my house to look over the loveseat and assess whether or not it can be repaired. If the loveseat could not be repaired, it will be replaced. By the way, Julie has been fantastic during this entire process, from beginning of sale through customer service follow-up.I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the furniture repair company, A-1 Furniture Services. The repair technicians, Wayne and Brad(?), were very attentive, thorough and professional. They figured out the issue with the loveseat (wood staples not completely nailed in or flush with the wood backing) and proceeded swiftly to make the repairs...took less than 45 minutes.The loveseat is now in better condition than when it was new. Needless to say, the customer service I received from Urban Underpriced and A-1 Furniture Services was beyond excellent.

Matt Eddington: Initial purchase experience was amazing and straightforward. Now we have issues with our furniture and have been waiting months and months for resolution. No communication from Ethan Allen unless we reach out. We are past the timeframe we were given to have our repairs completed and…shocker no communication. If you’re debating buying from this place vs your budget or normal furniture store don’t bother.
Mary Banks: Excellent service, Mary was very knowledgeable, large variety to choose from. The 3D computer layout out of the furniture was awesome.Our couch and chair was custom made and it is absolutely beautiful. The delivery team was extremely professional, timely and efficient.We are looking forward to shopping here again in the very near future. I'm a business owner, and know how important these things can be.The store experience, style, and apparent quality of Arhaus was great whenever we've gone in.However, when we purchased an Evelyn bedroom set (bed, side tables, dresser) about 2 years ago, it was not a great experience. After about a year we noticed some cracking in the paint starting to occur but didn't immediately address. When we contacted the warranty concierge, the first person was immediately dismissive, said it wouldn't be covered by any warranty and gave me an 800 number of a company they use for repairs. Upon the second call a few days later, the woman was very courteous, provided an opportunity for me to send pictures -- but this too resulted in no attempt at culpability. The response said it appeared paint was cracking due to too much moisture in our home.If you're willing to spend multiple thousands of dollars for furniture, I would recommend against Arhaus.
Celieboo: There is a reason you can't rate your purchases on Arhaus's website and that is many of thekr products are poor quality. I share many of the other reviewers experiences. I spent almost $20k on furniture here 3 years ago (a sideboard, two gage counter stools, a pavo trundle sofa, a drum coffee table and 2 vegan leather chairs).For the most part, I was pleased with furniture EXCEPT the Pavo trundle sofa and the Gage counter stools. The Pavo sofa has horrible ke fabric and it pills so badly. The cushion is mishapen, too. I constantly have to shave it, which is causing the fabric to thin. I contacted Arhaus in March 2020, about 10 months after purchasing the couch. They had me send pictures, which I did. I never got an answer back. I will probably just get it reupholstered since the hardware is good quality.The bonded leather on the Gage counter stools has peeled in some areas a d I first noticed about a year after purchasing them. At $600 each, I expected much better quality. I am going to explore my options with an upholstered and try to rehab these very expensive stools since the hardware and seat are in great shape.This just goes to show that higher cost doesn't always equal higher quality.

The moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed. It was clear that they didn’t just want a sale but rather that they were there to help ME.My sales person was Coco, and she is a true gem. She was beyond helpful, and just a joy to work with. She helped me make my rough concepts and visions to a beautiful and warm future household.I’m furnishing a new build. I will be calling in to cancel my order shortly. Waste of time and money. Definitely will tell all family and friends to avoid Arhaus if this is not resolved swiftly. Desk I ordered was beautiful only decent part of this experience.
Sean Clayton: The Arhaus staff at the Indianapolis store were great when we furnished our entire house with their furniture after relocating from Seattle. The problem is their company does not honor their warranty which is extremely "limited" and in no way "lifetime". We've had 2 pieces break that were under warranty according to the documentation provided when we purchased in-store yet which their corporate office refused to replace or refund. We will never buy their furniture again and have told all our friends and family not to as well.

I sent their service department a video and photos, and they refused to rectify the issue, they thought the chairs looked fine!!

This is the third piece of furniture out of 25 pieces (currently in our house) that we have had similar issues with upon delivery. The first they replaced the item. The second one (fractured leg on buffet console) we were told someone would be contacting us but still have not received a call. Now two headboards!!! Highly disappointed and will begin to shop elsewhere for furniture now.
Kayla Breann: Echoing what’s already been mentioned. Terrible customer service. We ordered a bed the first week of October. They told us it would take 12-14 weeks before it arrived. Three weeks after purchasing the bed we saw we could buy it online and have it delivered within 5 weeks. (I have a screenshot) When we called Arhaus Indianapolis they informed us that what we saw was no longer the delivery date online and basically alluded to the fact we were making it up to which it changed to 14-16 weeks AND on top of that we will actually have to wait until February to receive our bed. Fast forward to last week. We get a txt and call saying the bed would be delivered today. We were thrilled to hear this. The bed showed up today with dirt all over the headboard and the leg of the frame was broken. We have been trying to get in touch with with someone from corporate regarding our very unpleasant experience regarding Arhaus especially now that we don’t have a bed. Very very upset.Update: they delivered another bed 4 weeks later..we were sleeping on the floor, and you’d never believe it, but the second bed was broken as well! We had to wait another 6 weeks for the next bed (x3!!!) to be delivered. We were going to just throw in the towel but the delivery guys got the huge headboard up our steep stairs and Arhaus refunded some money. Enough that we kept the bed but still could’ve gotten a way cheaper bed that probably would have been way less headache.Changed to four stars because after 3 delivery attempts and 6 months of sleeping on the floor Arhaus made it right. But beware something is going on with their warehouse

Austin Lage: Terrible - The sales person offered a credit line or financing similar to affirm. They said I would get $400 for a future purchase if I used this option which I did. I asked her 3 times if this was a credit card. She informed me no 3 times. I get an email saying welcome to your new Aarhus credit card and the cc to follow in the mail shortly after. I am beyond frustrated and will be suing this store for Fraud. The manger only offered me an apology and no solution. I do not want a Arhaus cc and I made that very clear. Unreal
Chris: Don’t waste your time. Ordered patio furniture online May 7. Confirmation says ready for delivery in 7 weeks. Come early June, we hear nothing, so we call. (They don’t have a feature online to check order status). Rep on the phone says I am wrong, confirmation said August. I told her no, I’m looking at the confirmation in front of me and it says 7 weeks from May 7. Rep then says there was a delay. I ask why we weren’t told. She says they are still working on that feature. I told her we needed the furniture for the 4th of July and that’s why we went with them. She says all their competitors are also doing delays. I told her we wasted a whole month waiting for a product we were told would be delivered end of June to now find out, only because we called, it would be August, when we could have went elsewhere during that month. Fraudulent the way they claimed “ready to deliver in 7 weeks” to get you to make the purchase, but then push that back another 4 weeks with no notice. Very poor customer service.
Shari Donnelly: We ordered a few pieces from Arhaus in January. We had shopped extensively and felt they would offer the best quality and service. We cannot speak to quality yet since we have not received our furniture yet but the service is non existent. We were told that it would be 16 weeks and that we would be updated regularly. As the time passed, we have Never once been contacted by anyone from Arhaus with an update. We have called on numerous occasions and asked for an update and every time we are told it’s been delayed. I even reached out to the Arhaus corporate customer service and got no response. The number of reviews here that share the same story is overwhelming and yet Arhaus continues to do nothing to service their customers. We will be grateful if and when our furniture ever arrives and can only hope it will be worth the frustration.
Caroline Warner: Poor customer service, very disappointed in the lack of help I received as I contacted them several times about the dinning room table I had ordered back in November. Don’t call/visit asking for help at this store because they won’t bother getting back with you. Sadly it’s obvious they only care about getting a sale/commission rather than helping a customer with a previous order.

Paid way too much for a chair in January, only AFTER I had paid did they bother to mention the 16 week delivery time. But ok.. pandemic yada yada I’ll deal with it. Hadn’t heard a word from them for 4 months, not even an email confirmation of the order. So I called to find out that now the expected delivery time was 6 months from the original order date, and the guy explained that basically every order is delayed, and that this might not be the final delay.At this point I just want to cancel the order and go get a chair for half the price and half the lead time, but the most I can get back is 50% of the $5k I paid the for the chair. For the money you spend at a place like Arhaus you expect to be treated better. There are plenty of places to buy over priced furniture, and you will get much better customer service elsewhere.

Josh Smith: I purchased a table and chairs on August 20th, 2022. I didn't receive all the items in my order until March 31st 2023.When I spoke to the salesperson when I initially purchased I said I am only interested in items they have in stock for delivery as I did not want to wait for months due to supply chain issues. I was given two options of the tables that would meet my needs that were in stock in the warehouse, and I chose the one I liked the best.Delivery was scheduled for August 24th. I got rid of my old table and chairs so I would have room for the new. I received the table and 2 of the 4 chairs.I called and was told the other two chairs would be in within a day or two and they would be in another delivery. Fast forward to March 31st 2023. I finally received my last two chairs.223 days between purchase and delivery for an "in stock" item. I called every few weeks to check the status. I asked for a refund and to return the two chairs I was delivered so I could buy a set somewhere else. This was denied.Customer service kept referring me to my salesperson for and she wouldn't return my calls. I asked to speak to a manager in customer service but was told there is no way to get a refund or return the chairs, that I just had to wait. 223 days. 7 months and 11 days they had my money and I couldn't seat my entire family comfortably (adults chose the metal chairs kids got to sit on the 2 new ones).Sadly, I found a part number on the bottom of the chair and I could purchase it at Home Depot with 2 day shipping, but by the time I realized that I was able to buy them somewhere else, for about the 5th time, that they would be in the following week. Fast forward a few weeks and I did finally get them. I didn't need 6 and they wouldn't refund my money for the missing chairs so I kept using the metal folding ones.Every month it was "they will be in within the next month."Horrible customer service, I don't think it's unreasonable to return the 2 chairs that were delivered and get a refund for all 4 when I was told they were in stock when I ordered.Unresponsive sales person, unresponsive customer service who's "hands were tied" for 7 months while I had to use metal chairs at the dinner table because every few weeks the new chairs were arriving in just a few weeks according to customer service.I purchased a sofa not too long after the table, and that will be my last purchase with Kittles.On the off chance someone at Kittles reads these - 101229316 is the customer/order number. I'd love a refund for the chairs I had to wait over 7 months for. Heck even my sweet elderly mother said I should get a refund for all 4, and still get to keep them, for the hassle.

The price of the chair at that time was $881.00 with a sale of 20% off and was told I could not purshase the chair on the floor, it had to be ordered. I had called before I came to the store in January, was told I could use my "Don't use is, don't lose it" credit but when I went to pay they said I had to come back in March to use the credit. I returned to the same store on 3/27/2023 to oreder the chair only to find it was placed with "close outs" along with the automan with a supposedly marked down price of $1149.00. I had to pay $663.00 for the floor model where if I had been able to buy the chair in January it would have been a new chair for a price of $618.00. So I am not very happy with your store and will not return. Also, I don't think the salesperson who continued to follow us in the store and took the sale shared the commission with Picky Vicki who wasn't in the store on the 23rd eventhough I explained I had came back to work with her.
