Bicycle Garage Indy: what do users think?
Attabey Rodríguez Benítez: Very knowledgeable staff and went out of their way to make recommendations!
Xandra Dungan: Staff was super nice and helpful! I know little to nothing about bikes and had no idea what I was looking for. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new bike. I am so excited! Thank you for your help today :)
K G Enn: Shawn Hawk has always been a friendly, professional spirit in the community. All the people that work at BGI have always been cool and super knowledgeable. They fixed my bike in a flash for way less than i was anticipating. I pedaled off into the sunset with a renewed spirit in humanity.
Eric Gutter: Recently, I worked with Alex and Tony on the repair and maintenance of my bike. I am super grateful for their time, knowledge, and friendliness. They helped with understand what was going on with my bike. I definitely recommend working with BGI downtown.
Trent Taylor: The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
DK Morelock: Bunch of friendly guys working there. They make you feel welcome and are very helpful with your bike issues. Everything I've purchased from there has been great products. Have never had a bad experience.
Alex Nation: They have serviced multi bikes of mine and I've purchased gear- I always left with a smile on my face. The prices are fair and they even fixed some of my problems for free. As someone that was new to cycling a couple of years ago, businesses like this have encouraged me to cycle more and to the point that I've moved from just commuting by bicycle to doing multi day trips all by bike. Thank you for being good stewards of the Indy bike community. PeaceUPDATE: I've been here probably another five times and they continue to impress.
Scott Harris: Great bike shop.
Clarence Jones (Johnearl Gritts): I'm a regular and they treat me well. Thanks Sean and the whole team downtown indy.
paul crimmins: Great shopping experience
Lynn Shollen: Excellent customer service from start to finish, including a personalized email after my order was placed.
A R: Helpful and friendly staff. Have everything you need to stay rollin
9jasonwhite: Great bike shop and a large selection of bikes.
Corey Smith: Friendly staff, huge selection and competent bike mechanics. Overall very happy with my build. The only thing I would knock is having to ask for the bike to be set up to me upon picking up. But once I asked they were more than happy to adjust the air shocks, etc. Highly recommend!
Gabriel St. Angel: My bike was stolen and someone had brought it in for work. They had a hunch and looked up the serial number to find out it was stolen. They got in contact with me I got my bike back. Amazing staff.
Hobby Dude: Great location and friendly staff!
Carl Washburn: I rode 3 miles to Bicycle Garage on a flat tire. Sean fixed it immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment and got me on my way. Quality and professionalism of service is 10/10!
Jacob Dines: These guys saved me from a very long walk when they replaced my blown tire on my bike with a new one in no time at all!
Alex Chong: They were fantastic! I was having gear/wheel issues, and they were able to take my bike in the next day, fix it, and get it back to me in great condition within the same day. They were also very polite as I asked questions of what went wrong. Highly recommend!
-H-: Excellent service - hard to find these days! I highly recommend this place. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they aimed to help you, unlike other stores that only think about how to sell you their most expensive product.
Stephen Lester: not a quality online store. i placed an order and they cancelled my order simply stating that they were reserving that product for local customers. Will not buy from again.

The Bike Line: what do users think?
Josh Box: Got a new freewheel put on my bike here. Service was ok but the guys seemed over it and uninterested. Also, came to pick up my bike and the air in my rear tire was low even though I dropped off the bike full up in both tires. Usually you get your bike back ready to ride away.
Jeff Larsen: I had a very unpleasant experience with The Bike Line and will not be giving them any more of my business. I brought my bike in to address an issue with the rear hydraulic brake and what should have been taken care of in a single visit took multiple trips because the service manager, Keegan, failed to properly determine the root cause of the issue (a leaking brake caliper) and then contaminated the new brake pads on the replacement caliper as well as a new rotor because of improper technique. When I questioned him over the phone why he deviated from the planned work which would have avoided this contamination he got very defensive and impatient with me. When I asked to speak to a manager he very rudely informed me that “I AM the service manager and THIS IS THE END OF THE LINE.” Eventually I was able to speak to an owner who was not at all understanding and instead came off as very evasive and passive-aggressive. I strongly recommend going to Grey Goat or BGI for bike service by competent professionals.
sailesh koirala: Me and my wife wanted to get our first bike but we didn't have much knowledge about it. All I knew was I wanted to buy Trek hybrid bike but wasn't sure about the exact model. Bill helped us choose the right bike and he was very helpful right from choosing the bike until it got delivered to our place.Thank you Bill for helping us out. I really appreciate it.
brandon daurelio: Great selection of bikes. The lady that I spoke with was very nice. Would love to give them my business!
John Laughlin: I haven't had the opportunity to meet any of the ownership team yet-- Charlie, Bill or Jimmy Revard. However, I've worked with Keegan and Jordan for a few service-related needs. As a fellow local business owner with Quiptu, this team's top-class. Couldn't recommend this store more for bike needs in Broad Ripple/Nora.
B Benson: Worst service customer service. I’ve witnessed multiple times when a passerby on a bike just needs to have something adjusted/tightened (seat post clamp, brake lever, etc.) and they just flat out say no. I was buying a small part in a pinch and had to help a customer with the tools I had in my car instead of the shop gaining a potential customer - they said they’d never buy anything from there. I’m in the area and I go out of my way to go elsewhere.
J.C. Welch: Great local shop - family owned and operated. Just bought again yesterday! A new Trek Marlin 6 and couldn't be happier. Great for repairs or upgrades. Thanks Charlie!
Ch IP: This was by no means an easy build. But by the time this project was complete, every single staff member had a part in helping me build my dream bike. Even though fixies aren’t their speciality, the staff assisted in locating compatible parts and getting them in a timely manner. Thank you a thousand times staff of Bike Line.
Jason Myer: This is officially my new, and only, bike shop for sales and service. The experience I had my first time there is the epitome of customer service and shining example of a business that appreciates you and wants you to come back. In a nutshell, I brought in both mine and my fiancé‘s Electra Townie’s prepared to drop them off and spend hundreds of dollars on what I thought the bikes needed. After a quick assessment I was not only told that they did not need anywhere near what I thought they did, but because it was a simple adjustment, they took care of it right there on the spot and I had my bikes back on my Jeep and headed home. When I insisted on giving them something for their time and honesty all they said was “we just want you to come back.“I wish there was a way to give more than five stars. I will send everyone I know to The Bike Line.
A Gibson: Courteous staff and quick turn around on my bike tune up!
Phillip Schroeder: Service staff are rude and impatient.
Nicholas Badman: The people at this bike shop are super helpful, have fair prices, and go the extra mile to help their customers! I needed a new wheel for my bike asap and they were able to find one that was appropriate for me at a good price and get it swapped out same day. And it's close to the Monon, so super accessible for cyclists that can access it!
Richard Nussle: Stopped in recently to look at bikes. Bill ended up helping us. We were looking at bikes for me, wife and kid. He let us try out different bikes, talked about differences and helped us make decisions. He even offered to delivered the bikes for free the next day. While the bikes can be expensive, Bill was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’d definitely go back if I needed to get another bike one day or other items needed for bike.
Mindi Epstein: The three brothers running this first-rate bike shop offer the most comprehensive and patient service I have ever received. There isn't another shop in town that can compete with how much inventory of top brands they have on hand. No waiting till 2023 to get your dream bike. I got mine, fully outfitted, in less than 3 hours! Thank you, guys! I am one, very happy customer!
Tourniquette: Expensive, but great. They have Trek, Bianchi, and a couple I'm unfamiliar with. Employees are awesome and very knowledgeable.Service on whatever your bike is is reasonable and exceedingly knowledgeable. One of the best places in town for service. They're geat!
David Lowe: Once again Bike Line really did an outstanding job for us. To me they really represent the standard all companies should aspire to. They are experts and they deliver superior personal service. Although we moved 30 minutes away we still bring our bikes there for repairs, tune ups, etc. I absolutely trust their advice and service.
Danimal moberly: A+ service from a roadie! Lots of bikes in the shop! And a TREK dealer!
Sean Row: Wonderful experience, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Tim Wiley: Bought a bike this week and it was a great experience. First time buying a bike at a bike shop. Worked with Jordan and he was knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to make sure that the bike fit and gave great tips in caring for and making sure that the bike fit. They had quite a few bikes on hand so was able to try different sizes to assure selection. If looking for a bike and want to deal with honest and helpful staff I would strongly recommend The Bike Line.
Rose Popovich: Charlie and family are knowledgeable, helpful, and truly care about making sure you have just the right bike. I love riding my new ebike. I appreciated being able to test ride, and am glad they had the selection that allowed me to quickly get the right sized frame. These folks are really great at making someone who is more of a casual rider feel competent in making a decision about what would best meet her needs. Thank you The Bike Line team!
Dawn Clevenger: The best service ever! Quick service and very reasonable!

Matthews Bicycle Mart Inc: what do users think?
Neil Pinney: Excellent friendly service. Have been going there for decades and it's always a great experience.
Katie Frey: I could not be happier about landing at Matthews when I needed a bike shop in Indy! Every employee has taken such great care of every need I have had. They are happy to answer any questions and find you exactly what you need. Not to mention it’s a blast hanging out there! Thank you so much Nancy, Scott, Mike, and everyone else!
Jesse Smith: Wonderful and polite. Greeted instantly. I came in to buy some gears and a new wheel. Ended up buying a Benotto bike instead. The customer service was welcoming and professional. Thank you Nancy for your words of encouragement. Truly an delightful experience.
brian rismiller: Awesome!
Thomas Trentanove: Love these guys...ask for Scott or Mike...they know their stuff!Picked up two Jamis bikes. Great Selection.Nancy is AWESOME. 76 years in business. That says it all.
Jeremy Cummings: Bad communication. Placed a bike in for service for my wife's birthday to have new brakes installed. Was told on Thursday bike would be ready by that weekend. Called in Sunday morning and was informed that it was pushed back to Monday, than called Monday around 4pm to be informed it wouldn't be on schedule till Tuesday now. Also stated he heard someone told me Sunday for Monday, but he knew that wouldn't work and didn't bother to call on Sunday or Monday and say hey we need to reschedule to Tuesday. Bad communication resulting in loosing of my business as well as letting all my friend know to be warm of taking thing in there. If you have a timeliness don't get services done here, they will not inform you of delays and tell you lies to keep the sale alive.
Eric Paul: Bought two bikes from them in college back in 1992. Thought I’d go back to have a BMX worked on. We were treated very good. Then I called to check on my bike and the vibe was totally different. Mark has no idea how to talk to a customer. He was rude. Went to pick my bike up before he touched it. He could have cared less. Once a Pixie always a Pixie. Thanks for nothing Mathews. On to a real bike shop like Indy Cycle Specialists.
Daniel Walter: Great service department, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced
David Sidor: A HUGE thanks to the guys at Matthew's!! I was riding the trails at Ft Ben when my front bearings Desintigrated (to quote them when they saw what was left ). I wasn't going to make it 10 miles to home so I managed to make it to Matthew's🤞They replaced my front wheel and had me back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank You guys!!
Gabe Peters: My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the store, asked if we needed help and when I said we just wanted to look we were left to look around until we needed help then Scott was right there again to help answer questions, get me into a bike that was comfortable to me and also in my price range. Great first experience here. Went into another local shop earlier that day to look and not one person tried to help us so we left. Will definitely be back!
Mark Gordon: Super helpful people
Michael Sharpe: I love Matthews! They are by far the best local bicycle shop in Indy. Great service, wide selection of bike from BMX to Road to Gravel, they have what you need at reasonable prices.Went today for a custom bike fitting with Chris and his attention to detail, expertise and knowledge was unmatched. I've had pro fittings done in other states and the amount of time he spent going over every detail is well worth the cost. AND you can return until the fit is just right! I love that he offers micro adjustments included in the initial cost of a fit. Trust me, not all fitters offer this.I am recommending anyone looking for a quality bike give them an opportunity to earn your business. It's a reason they have been around for decades as a local establishment. I'm sending my wife and a friend to them for custom fittings so that they can enjoy riding as much as I do.
Evan James: Basically I went here as a kid , got back into bikes a few years ago. I decided to buy a quality bike. Came to the store around 10:30. The lot was empty other than ne when I walked in. A guy said there were more bikes upstairs, and as I tried to talk to him he walked away. I know he heard me try to talk to him. I went up stairs walked around. Saw a couple Haro's I liked , and came down. No one else talked to me. They were to busy talking to themselves doing nothing. Not sure what that was all about, but I'll never be back and my kids won't go there like I did. I guess I'll check out B.G.I. or something like that. Wasted Trip, and wanting to do business.
David Stinnette: The best bike shop in Indy. I’ve bought everything from a fancy new road bike to parts for my cheap commuter from these guys. Knowledgeable staff and fair prices.
Helena Welp: Mathew’s bike mart is officially my favorite bike shop. They have a huge selection of bikes and accessories. The staff were very helpful and I felt very welcomed there. After I picked out my bike they have a lovely waiting area with comfy leather couches and refreshments while I waited for the service team to set up and inspect my new ride. The service team was also very knowledgeable and kind.
steve dillback: Have been shopping here for 25 year. Outstanding customer service.
Danny Chrenko: Great service staff, nothing but good experiences.
Garrett Ellison: everyone is very knowledgeable. This has been my go to bike shop for years. If you have any questions Mark and Brad will have an answer.
Bill Lamkin: Very helpful and only sell you what you need. Great local shop.
Lula Robertson: Great
Charles perkins: paid $400 for a Haro for my son, took the bike back for the maintenance tune. Shortly after we purchased the bike the material came loose from the side of the seat, when we asked about it they said that the bike has been laid on its side, my son keeps that bike in his room, takes great care of it, he had one wreck and it scrapped the hand grip and pedal, no marks or any sign of damage anywhere on the seat, today my son was at the bike/skate park in Franklin, he popped his tire tube, he walked it to Grey Goat bikes downtown, they replaced his tube, no big deal except the guy told him his tire was on backwards (tread reversed) and that it could not be changed now, we purchased this bike already assembled from Mathews , now makes me wonder if they really know bikes at all!

Freewheelin Bikes: what do users think?
chuck okenfuss: Aaron spent time working with me on a special order. While i was there, I watched as they patiently helped an elderly man change a flat tire.
Westin Williamson: My go to for bike repairs and service. Great resource for the community!
Kristy Baird: Great friendly service.
Jerri Ramirez: Great friendly service from Aaron !💯
Will Gemmel: New to serious biking. Wanted to see what they had. Looking for clipless pedals but wasn't settled on what to invest in, and didn't want to drop a fortune just to find out. Super helpful staff talked through their advice and guided me well. And amazingly they had a like new pair of shoes for dirt cheap, luckily in my exact size. Walked out with a used set of SPD's and crankbrothers, shoes, and cleats for less than the cost of new basic shoes!!!!!Great place to start learning!
Genevieve Barnes: This is a great organization. They run engaging active summer camps as well as after school programs. Very affordable. Kind facilitators. Great role models for kids. It is also well located and easy to find. After I signed up my son I had a phone call from Tyre’k to confirm details, I explained that my daughter was too young for the camp but loves bikes and he welcomed her along too!
Shannon Phelps: They was able to fix my son's bike right before the closed.
Morayo Akande: Great vibe, chill and super nice staff. I’ll be using this as my regular bike shop.
Jordan Smith: Great bike shop with helpful mechanics. Freewheelin is also a very important force in the community.
Diego Espinosa (DeathToaster45): Really nice people and just a great business overall. This isn't a high end shop nor do they sell the most modern components. They serve the middle line of accessible hiking. That being said, they are still extremely knowledgeable and is great for repairs. They also have used parts from old bikes and accessories. They also sell completed bikes that either new or refurbished. You can really find some great deals there.
Kate: Terrible let down trying to sign up for camp. Unresponsive, no concern for the core mission of the program. LaNisha Clark did not help resolve the issue as she indicated she would, instead she and others blew us off. Our experience is Freewheelin Bikes is not community or child minded. We came to sign up in person, called, and emailed, but have been unable to get registered for weeks. No camp for my kid. No suggestions except maybe the company should find a director who follows through with concern for the community and kids.
Scott Ireland: A great place to get a bicycle
Mark Davy: Brought my bike in for a tune up. They checked it over and told me everything looked great and it didn’t need the tune up. They even put some air in the tires and lube on the chain. Most places would’ve done the tune up regardless and taken my money. Won’t go anywhere else for service on our bikes.
Ashley Robertson: Such quick, friendly service! I took my kid's bike in for messed up tires and was on the way home in 15min.
kathy langdon: Great website information!
Brad Powell: Very pleasant place friendly bussness very happy
John Wright: Great service.
Emily Dillon: The staff goes the extra mile. This place is really engaged with local kids, has weekly rides anyone can join.
doug miley: 2 stars because it's a bicycle shop.Poor pricing.Poor quality.Poor service.Poor hours.I've stopped through this shop many times over the last few years, and I'll give them this, they are a consistent let down.
Cory King: Love this place. Great for the community. They have an accessible bike pump out front 24/7
Sarah Hoffman: This place is seriously amazing. If you are looking to enroll your child in a summer day camp/ workshop that will engage them and teach them, I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH! This place is amazing!!!My daughter learned so much about bikes and bike maintenance and that is priceless knowledge she will always have. THank you guys from my whole heart ya'll are doing amazing things.Keep it up!

BOI Bicycle Outfitters Indy: what do users think?
MartyDJ1: Joe was great! He spent a ton of time going over my options, made countless suggestions and adjustments to get me dialed in, and I was very happy to leave there with a nice new Norco full suspension 29er.
Emily Schubnell: Joe was very helpful with my purchase. He made sure that before I left that my electric bike was in good shape and all my accessories were put on correctly. He was very kind and explained things well. Would shop here again!
Mark A. Woelfel: Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Henry Lin: Staff member publicly shamed me for using tubulars while looking for tubular supplies during College Track Cycling nationals.
brandon daurelio: Nice shop. Great selection of e-bikes! Competitive prices. Friendly staff
David Moore: The guys who work here are so helpful. They helped me and my wife pick out our ebikes and get them setup.
Marina Morton: Great experience. Great customer service. They knew exactly how to help me and find what I needed. Great products, many options. Will definitely shop here again.
d b: The prices are very high. When I pay $100 (plus the nickel and diming) for a very basiç tune up it would be nice if you put some air in the tires. When I got home the air pressure was so low I couldnt ride my bike. Did you put the lowest air pressure possible as a favor to me? Also, the ray of sunshine at the front counter could learn how to lean a bike. When he brings my bike out while explaining to me exactly why i dont know anything it would be nice if my bike wasnt just haphazardly leaned on a display rack. Which brings up the questions, Why isnt there a bike rack on the sales floor of the bike shop? Why do people bringing bikes in just get looked at with a perplexed stare by the guy at the counter leaving them to be the ones to say " hey can i put this some where... or..... whats up??? This is only the most basic stuff i could go on an on about the dismal customer service but i digress. Im embarrassed for you and feel sorry for you. I sense that the bike shop bussiness is really hard for BOI.Sincerely David Grey Trek.
Tim Arney: Best selection of e-bikes.
Alhassan Bayomy: I had a flat tire just the same day I changed my inner tube which was unfortunate. The staff were unwelcoming and pretty much rude. Their prices are unreasonably higher than the competition.and their customer service are very bad. I would not recommend not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible place.
Antoinette Teague: My husband went to get a part for sons bike, and I one of the guys there repeatedly accused my son of wrecking the bike saying it needed parts that had nothing wrong with it. He was very argumentive and rude. Horrible customer service. Also accused of just wanting free parts which is not true at all.
Alison Whitlow: Greg and Joe were awesome! They worked so hard to assemble my bike as quickly as possible AND swap out some pedals for me. They even waited a few mins after closing time for us to get there just so I could have it to ride the next day. Highly recommend their services! Thanks guys!Eric & Alison
Darryl Woods: I have been here a couple of times the staff seems to be friendly and ready to help. The owner has a slick attitude and seems like he doesn't want our business. Will not be back and will let my pple know. Poor workmanship in bikes. Did not even air my tire all the way. Smh.
Tina mcgriff: I called before I went in asking a few questions about repair on tire. Spoke with Greg who was Very helpful! Greg took care of me when I arrived, all my bike needed was air. He is a great salesman. He showed me a bike I fell in love with! Had to call my better half and he said no but after talking so much about Greg and the bike, we will be back on Saturday! 😉
Jake Tribbett: My gf and I paid a visit to BOI on our lunch break from riding at Southwest Way. We are fairly new to MTBs and are picking up gear as we need it. Our visit was honestly one of my favorite parts of our day.We picked up some things we needed, got a few recommendations on products and trails, and learned a few valuable riding tips.To say the staff is friendly is an understatement. I don't think I've ever felt more welcome in a retail establishment.BOI is highly recommended and is where I'll be going when I'm in the Indy area.
Stan Wright: Great people to know and to work with.Tom is great and thank you very much!
mister HU: shop online or in-person. lots of products available in-store. the bottom bracket iii purchased was about $7 cheaper than all other shops, local or online! 'preeeeeeeeshee-ate you guys!-🐨
Ron Baker: I needed a three dollar part for my Fugi. I drove 12 miles to seek advice from the best. I got it. I hope people like these are able to survive in our economy. If I can afford an update to my means of transportation I will stop here first. I like unicycles too. Taught my brother. I didn't realize at the time my mom was training me to ride horses. Balance
Joseph Loukota: Full-service bike shop that had everything I needed. A little cramped for space but very knowledgeable, friendly staff.Their hours are more consumer-friendly than many other bike shops!
r d: Very friendly an helpful
Lauren Bloom: Spoke on the phone to ask for information. Should have listened to the other reviews, very rude staff. They need to step off there high horses

Bicycle Garage Indy & BGI Fitness - Greenwood: what do users think?
Mike Amos: Bought my bike at the northside store after being ignored by one of their competitors. I had a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff at the northside store. I have had the bike in for a few maintenance items at the southside store and have had the same experience: friendly and knowledgeable. For those who would suggest that a small-town store might be a better choice: good look finding one of those with the doors still open that are as knowledgeable and friendly as BGI.
Wind and Wave Property Solutions: We have purchased multiple bikes from BGI and have always been very happy with the service. I recently had my full suspension mountain bike serviced by Hans and the team in the bike shop, and my bike truly feels like a brand new machine, It probably rides better than it did when it was new. A + service
David Franklin: I called this place to come to my house to help get my Nordictrack treadmill running. The technician came in about 2 weeks and charged $155 to tell me that the drive roller wasn't working. He was correct but what he didn't say was that you could put a screw in the drive roller and fix the problem. He was a very nice gentlemen, but they are not coming to your house to fix anything. They are setting you up to buy a new treadmill. I did go to the BGI store to look into buying a treadmill, but they had very limited models and they all were very expensive. I was told the $155 could be applied to the price of a new treadmill but when I asked about that in the store, they told me it was only for treadmills that were over $1200. Plus they would charge $150 to haul the old treadmill away. So overall I am not happy. I understand they are in business to make money but their repair service isn't about fixing your problem. It is about setting you up to sell you a new treadmill and an expensive one at that. YouTube can tell you how to fix most of these problems and it is much cheaper if you can turn a screwdriver.
Jennifer Meeker Art Ceramics: I have been going here for years and just recently went for a tune up on my road bike. It badly needed after not being looked at for 4 years. Hans (also known as the bearded man in the repair shop 😆) was the kindest and most helpful in making my bike feel like new again. He made much needed adjustments to my bike to help with my riding posture and make it more comfortable to ride. He also made some suggestions on future replacements of worn out parts on my bike to think of for the future. He went above and beyond my expectations and always kept my best interest in check.Excited to get on the indoor trainer and test her out through the winter months. Appreciated it!
Thomas Strong: What a refreshing group of people to work with! Helpful, polite, kind . . . Very willing to get it right with the bike with a spirited effort and knowledgeable repairs.
Graham: These guys are awesome!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted and she even was so helpful to hold the door to make it easier to get my bike inside. The guys in the service department are very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially the man with the excellent beard. He got me back on the road in no time. Such a great experience I would liken it to getting in a time machine pre COVID or perhaps I went back to the 90's. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I wish everyplace seemed to care about a customer like they do here. Just too hard to find nowaday sadly... I will be coming back for all my bicycle repairs and shopping!!
Kathryn: My husband and I have never bought bikes in our adult lives so we needed a lot of help and guidance. Lisa was so helpful and found us the perfect bikes. We were able to test a few to finally find the ones we wanted. She respected our budget which was so refreshing and even found my husband a used bike that turned out to be exactly what he was looking for. Thank you for the great service!
James Ferguson: Fixed my daughter's wheel, very fast and price was even less than the very reasonable price we were quoted!
John Sadler: One of the best bike shops around. Always helpful staff, great selection of products and have a great service dept when your bike needs tuned or fixed up.
Linda Buschmann: Great selection of bicycles even with the tight COVID pinch. Lisa is a terrific sales lady - knowledgeable, patient, thorough. Found a new bike today and took it home. 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️
Steve B: Joe was beyond helpful. It feels like I've gotten the privilege to work with a lot of customer service folks over the past few years, and Joe is definitely one of the best.
Chris Branson: I purchased a bike for my wife here last week. The associate knew his products, was helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. Thanks for making this an easy purchase.
Beth Alexander: Clean store and good service. They are not on top of you like vultures but there to help if you need it. They helped in demonstration of some items.
Melinda Schiltz: Fabulous support and knowledge of all kinds! Great place for repair and accessories also!
Emily Smith: Quick and friendly service! Hans the mechanic fixed my squeaky disc brakes and had my bike good as new in under an hour. Each employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be back!
Luann Pauley: I took my bicycle to BGI Greenwood for a tune up, safety check, break issues, and a noise problem.Jim patiently listened to all my concerns. My bicycle was returned to me in perfect condition, in a timely fashion, inexpensively, and with all issues resoved.I highly recommend BGI Greenwood for Bicycle repairs and maintenance.
William Howell: Excellent product and service. Very helpful and informational.
Jonathan Traxler: Amazing place. Has everything and when I stopped by just after close they helped me anyway A+++
Shyanne Prohl: I brought in an old bike I bought on Facebook marketplace. It had some problems and the service guy was real honest and said he could try to fix it, but the cost would be comparable to a new bike. He showed me some high end bikes but then showed me something that would be great for a beginner like myself. He spent the time to teach me about the gears and how to handle the bike, let me test drive it, and didn't try to upsell me on add ons. I did get a light and he installed it for me. I really appreciated how friendly and honest he was! I would highly recommend going here if you're new to biking. They sell nice bikes that'll last you a long time. It's worth spending a little more money now and having a bike that will last you years.
Enuggz “A random guy”: Took my 3 wheel trike in for brake issues. Was given an estimate of possibly a week for repairs. Was pleasantly surprised getting it back the next day and already riding again. Amazing service and fairly priced.
cindy pear: I had the opportunity to meet with Suzan at BGI in Greenwood in regards to purchasing a bike. I had originally thought I knew what I wanted but after riding a few bikes and discussing the different options available Suzan was able to help me select the perfect bike for my riding adventures. I have browsed at other bicycle stores and never received this kind of knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend BGI for all of your fitness pursuits.
