SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
Andrew Maynard: Nearby activities: NCAA museum, blocks from the convention areaWalkability: Right across from the white river part and close to downtown restaurants.
Kristin Vi: Great hotel, stayed with larger group. Extremely accomodating, wonderful front counter service. Breakfast was good, only complaint was the sofa bed was extremely hard.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Teshanika Williams: Let me tell you Braxton at the front desk was a woot. He had jokes for days but was uber nice. He has amazing customer service. The only thing we didn't like was the price for parking the room was gorgeous and spacious I hate we were only there a day and a halfRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Roxann Silver: The room was dirty, all the furniture and even the floor was obviously not cleaned
Pavy Phang: Nice view and locationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet …More
jamar adams: so much in-house that there is no need to bring a jacket!very clean and quiet rooms with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful say.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Matthew Hiserodt: Stayed here three nights while in the city with my family. Overall pros and cons:Pros - location great, easily walkable to most stuff downtown. Went to a pacers game and had no problem safely walking there. Definitely some food options nearby but those were more sparse on Sunday.- room service daily which I have not found to be overly regular since COVID. Definitely a plus- breakfast was a nice spread and the mains change from day to do. My favorite was the breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions.- price. It's basically the same hotel as the courtyard as they are all attached but you pay a lower price here for same quality.Cons:-parking. Garage is shared with other hotels and there are no adequate spots which forces to to valet at crazy high prices. Total ripoff and bad business practice that gauges consumers.-. Room temperature, airflow and space. I've stayed in a number of Springhills elsewhere and found this one cramped and stuffy. Poor airflow at night in the room led to lots of coughing and congestion. Fold out bed is actually a trundle and a couch, not a fold out queen like normal.- pillows are thin as could be. Did not sleep well as a result.- elevators. One was not working forcing use of the courtyards elevator. Stairs also located in other hotel.
Reiss C: Internet in the 10. floor doesn't work. There are several networks but non of them works. I tried several times with several different devices. I asked support from front desk and I was told to call the service provider.I could connect at the lobby area without an issue so I had to work at the lobby. It is 1 star in Marriott standards. And the staff was unfriendly. They are managing these ratings so what you’re seeing is not reliable.
Mike Smith: Close to Lucas oil and beerRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nathan Lothamer: Front desk was very friendly.
Aubrey B Roberts: Great place to stay but the bathroom needs more Ventilation for sure..And great service and Restaurant was greatRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Drew Batchelor: The TV is in such a weird area you can only really see it from the couch, the shower doesn't have a barrier or tub separating it from the floor so no matter what I did everytime I used the shower water got everywhere, I don't recommend this for older people because it's really easy to slip and fall since there isn't a bath mat
Jennifer Janes: I give it 4 stars only because, as others point out, the halls are pretty smelly :/ and we did experience a little stinky vent air in the bathrooms once. The staff was attentive and friendly! Great location and indoor access to the convention center was a huge plus. Spacious room and a great time with friends was had.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Sara McKinnies: Had to use an adjoining Renaissance entrance. The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Didn't do breakfast so I cannot speak on it!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Dan Case Jr.: New, clean hotel with fantastic staff and great amenities!
Erica Albertson: Good price for a nice room!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Samuel Harmless: This was probably the best valued hotel my wife and I have been to. It had a lot of really cool/unique pieces of furniture and designs to it, the rooms were all very clean and welcoming, and the staff were as friendly as you could ask for! A lot of other hotels have a similar price for way less quality of life features, so you should definitely consider this one when traveling through Indy.
Stephanie McDonald: Easy check in. Room needed to be updated a little and tv couldn’t swivel as stand was broken. Lights by bed didn’t work. Otherwise clean and not bad.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
jose cabral: Staff is super friendly. Building is alway clean!
Amy Rowe: Good location. Quiet and clean. Everything was wonderful.
Aaron Kerkhoff: Newer hotel. Great patio area. Great big breakfast area with tons of seats. Bar was not open. Workout space was very large and the equipment was nice.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
GCS: Really nice room setup with a couch and multi angle TV mount for the bedroom and seating area. Breakfast was expensive though and not at all worth the cost. Better options are all around though. They are currently only using the one lobby for both hotels. I'm not sure how long that is going to be the case, but even with that, the front desk staff was efficient and got me checked in quickly.
Ms. Maiyoshi B-Johnson: Love it!It's beautiful 😍
Greg Myroth: Room was nice. Front desk was very rude. Called asking for Kleenex because none were in my room and he hung up on me. I called and he was rude and argumentative. Too bad as it is a nice hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers - OPEN: what do users think?
Marlene White: Staff was very friendly, our room was really big and clean. I was very pleased with how big the bathroom was! The pool is on the small side, however this wasn't an issue as the kids only swam in the evenings and they had the pool to themselves.Had a great complimentary breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. The waffles were a huge hit for the kiddos.Safety: Hotel is quiet, very family orientedFood & drinks: Offer lots of snacks, drinks and ice-cream
Richard Thyer: Quiet location but it took several different setting combinations to finally get the AC to come on.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Bridgette Wagner: Shower is awkward. I have to turn on quickly & jump out or I am soaked. Carpet has, what looks like, cigarette burns on it. Breakfast is mediocre but not the worst I have had. Makeup remover wipes are more like soapy wet wipes. Also, price went up almost $50 since stay 2 months ago.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
David McCaslin: Worst hotel experience we have ever had due to the staff. Still waiting on my refund/compensation as promised by corporate. Given the treatment of my mother in law, and the things that followed, we are exploring our next steps at this time. Waiting for your response and refund/compensation as promised SpringHill Suites! I am unable to publicly share your response to me, as in your email it states that I am legally unable to share the contents, however, I will definitely not hesitate to share the contents of my messages to you to inform others of the horrific experience we encountered. Still waiting for that refund promised :) - To summarize, my ELDERLY mother in law, who travels with a REGISTERED SERVICE DOG was verbally attacked by staff and kicked out of this hotel while she was experiencing a medical emergency. I was promised a refund/compensation and am still waiting for that. They also CHARGED me for time that she did not even stay at this hotel (which they also promised to refund, yet two weeks later this has still not occurred). Take the time to read the reviews for this hotel before you stay. Hotel "desk manager" (Stephanie) is volatile and appeared to be incredibly impaired when I had a conversation with her. We are very seasoned travelers and have never had such a negative experience at any hotel anywhere, ever.
Arien Danks: Rooms were definitely dated and in need of some TLC. The couch in our room was totally disgusting. It had stains all over it and I would not sit on it. The pull out couch was falling apart. Shower had mildew in it and a puddle of dirty water like it hadn't been cleaned. Not the best Marriott I have been to.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Doug Bulington: Great place to relax and watch the Big ten game
Chae Howard: Great place to stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ashton Moore: Recently stayed here for 7 nights. As a Marriott gold member I have traveled quite a bit and was disappointed. I understand it’s a 3 star hotel, however the only “perk” I received was a complimentary water bottle. Then once I got to my room, although it was a nice size and had a small living area there were white stains on the couch… can only imagine what those were. The entire time I was there my room was only “cleaned” once, and she only took out the garbage and gave fresh towels. Nothing else had been touched, not the mirror, bathroom sink, bed, etc.The breakfast was subpar, there were very limited if not any fresh fruit options, most things were pre-packaged, so not really any healthy options at all. No issues with the staff, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Fishers Scott: Very comfortable and affordable. Nice pool and work out area. The continental breakfast was good and great little coffee bar.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ken Stuart: Bed was terrible to sleep on, completely worn out in the middle, unable to sleep on. Found out the couch was more comfortable than the bed. To bad considering one of the most important items in a hotel room would be the bed. With that being said, the staff was friendly.
Rey Corazon: Great personal and Staff!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Heather Brethorst: My family and I stayed just for a little get away after the holidays. When we got to our room one of the beds were broken and the other one completely worn in the middle. The air/furnace did not work. We contacted front desk and advised them. They stated they would send maintenance and it wasn’t until the next day. That night our 11 year old got sick, and had an episode on the floor. Front desk was notified and we were assured they would send house cleaning. By mid noon no one had come to the room so I took it upon myself to clean everything I could to the best of my abilities. Never heard from housekeeping. We checked out and then noticed that our card was charged $400 for “damages”. Very frustrating and very unnecessary charge. They were notified and it was cleaned up. The staff at the desk was friendly but would not stay here again.
Barbara Jeffries: We stayed at this location for a night, The lady at the front desk was so kind, helpful and Accommodating to our needs. Very friendly and cheerful. If I’m not mistaking her name was Adela. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for good customer serviceRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Toddrick Combs: Amazing experience and the heated pool 😊Rooms: Spacious and can accommodate a family of six and be comfortable.Food & drinks: The breakfast was amazing!
Traci “Traci Lee” R.: Very nice hotel close to hospitals, shopping and interstate.Rooms: Beautiful rooms we had 2 queen size beds, pull out full sofa, small kitchenette, great bathroom. Very clean. Stayed 3/9 thru 3/10 2023. Had free food out at all hrs.Noteworthy details: Not pet friendly but the Renaissance hotel is but require a $100 deposit
peninah ndirangu: Rooms: Just okFood & drinks: Basic breakfast.
Glenda Smith: Only one TV in living room & it couldn't be seen from the bedroom. Only seating in the living room was a futon like sofa - very, very uncomfortable with a very low back. Heating did not work in our room & front desk said maintenance people were gone for the day - they gave us extra blankets. Hot continental breakfast was the one saving grace here. Lots of various offerings to suit anyone's breakfast needs.
Drew Gagnon: Great staff, clean hotel, great breakfast. Still stay againRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Doug Blankenship: Wi-Fi does not connect.
Mike MOS: Very professional and cozy hotel. The staff and customers were pleasant and courteous. The rings were clean and comfortable. The pool was good and kids were enjoying it was they should be in the middle of winter! The morning breakfast was hot and delicious. Coffee hit the spot to get the day started.Easy access to the meridian 31North or 31S. Not too far from 465.Thanks staff at Springhill Suites!
Mitch Bumgardner: We had a few issues the first room we got was extremely cold we turned the heat on and it squeaked and was loud. Went to the front desk told the lady she attempted to put me in another room but upon checking it it wasn’t a suite like the one I paid for. So the third room actually worked out and we ended up moving everything to that room. The rooms were clean and nice, but the beds are extremely hard. Not comfortable in the least.Service was absolutely amazing.
Isaac24: Not great. Had to switch rooms because we stayed in December and the heat in the first room flat out did not work. Rooms were decent but oddly put together. Very run down overall and seemingly not well taken care of. The one shining light was that the staff were AMAZING, and were extremely helpful in the issue with the heat not working, and seemed genuinely upset at our experience. So at least they seem to care about their customers, but nothing else.
Travis Baker: This is a great hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Much better than an average hotel room and extremely clean! Nothing is like home, but this is a great alternative. Update: second time staying here and am just as happy as the first time. Suppose to dump a lot of snow overnight and sidewalks have already been salted. This is a wonderful place to stay!
B. Dean: The staff are always helpful and friendly.
Jennifer East: Great location across the highway from IU North hospital.Online check in and out was very simple and keyless room access was convenient.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Andrew Withers: Great place to stay just north of Indy. Brought a group that took up nearly 90% of the hotel. They treated us great here. Breakfast was pretty good too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Eliana Adeyemo: Very niceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Glen Hinton: A nice place to stay. The price was reasonable.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

David Bleke: Very clean hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Easy quick access to drive to the airport for your flight. Nice bar in the evenings. Parking can be a little tight. Not much for snacks.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Kevin Fales: Really like the suite set up. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and restful.
David Poore: Wonderful staff, clean rooms and public areas, breakfast could use a few more options. Would stay here again for sure.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mark Maas: Room needs major maintenance. Grout on floor in bathroom gone, tiles loose. The paper wall is peeling off above the bed. Carpet is very oldRooms: See above
Sarah Clark: Decent small hotel. Only a couple small complaints...our room was pretty clean except the sofa bed mattress had a huge pee stain and the ottoman was filthy. Also, one of the back doors either doesn't latch or wasn't locked because we could just pull it open without our room key, even late at night. I'd stay there again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Che Smith: Fairly typical SpringHill, but the walls seem paper thin, allowing all sound to travel from adjacent rooms. The floors also creaked terribly - I could hear every step from the room above me, as I could imagine the room below me could hear mine. Do not stay here if you plan to get solid sleep. And don't plan to sleep in - there's construction going on across the way that starts early in the morning.
