ZFlow Show: Frist off I wish I could award this store with zero stars. Sadly the system is rigged to where they get at least 1 star. Yesterday my wife took our daughter to get shoes. she forgot socks so she matched the shoes up to the bottom of her feet to try to find the right size. taking precautions and not letting her wear the shoes without socks so they didn't get dirty. once she got home she tried them on her and they didn't fit. the shoes were then put back in the bag. once we went to return them the next day they told us we had let our daughter wear the shoes and they could not refund us the money nor exchange the shoes. So here we are with shoes that don't fit our daughter and yet we let her ''wear'' them. something doesn't add up there. I warn you guys from shopping at THIS store. Not all Carters have shady people working for them but this one definitely does. If you buy something from there LOOK over every inch of that product. I know its hard to do when you have a 1 year old in your arms. my wife made the mistake of not looking over the product and now we are out 40$ for a pair of shoes we cant use. I am very disappointed with this store and i hope this helps the next family that might not have a lot of money to blow like us. to make sure they don't get screwed over like we did. sadly there has been many reviews of this store not letting people return shoes. they are shady people working there so make sure the shoe fits before leaving store even if you don't have socks. Because its the end of the world if you try to return them!

Donna Wesselman: I bought shoes and socks for my grandson. I took one sock off to try them on him and they were way too tight. Shoes were small too. When I tried to return them was told I couldn’t because they weren’t all hooked together. Not customer friendly there.

Tessa Russell: Giving 3 stars because I do LOVE these clothes, and I can typically get a pretty good deal. However, the website always gives me trouble! Half the time, my saved password won't work, and I'll have to go through a lengthy process of creating a new one, because it locks the account after 3 tries. When looking at items, they'll say "Only a few remaining" but 9/10 times the item is unavailable. I've even ordered clothing, gotten my confirmation email, and then a few days later received another email stating "X" amount of items I purchased were not available and so they would not be included in my order. The Coupons sometimes won't apply, and I feel like every other order I'm having to contact customer service over an error that happens after I made a purchase. The website could definitely use some tweaking.

honeybee D: I have not been to party City for a couple years the last time I was at party City I bought some chocolates that my daughter used to like and I think a little other little trinket or whatever other than that I hadn't been to party City since 2015 and that was when I went there for spirit week and my actual half sister's friend Alicia was working there at East Washington Street in Indianapolis at party City that's the last time I had been at party City aside from probably I want to say it had to be 2018 or 2019 with the next time that I had went to party City I did not go to party City at all this past week nor had I been any other times but I do like the stuff that's there and I would recommend people go there and I hear it's a really nice place to get birthday balloons at the only other time that I had been there other than those times was for a health fair one of many health fairs I actually went and had someone go pick up some balloons for the event at again the East Washington Street location Darrell Williams went to pick them up for me in 2016 but I'd say that it's a worth going and checking out especially for kids parties they have a lot of cute stuff

There are 3 businesses that share the parking lot, so parking is a bit aggravating and confusing if you come in from the Michigan Rd side. I was able to find about 80% of what I needed, and in the colors I needed which was a bit surprising. Overall not a bad place to get party supplies.
