Amanda Murphy: One of the women who worked at Madewell was so kind and so helpful. I entered the store and had to buy my first pair of jeans after I had my son. I had never purchased Madewell before, but I heard the high rise was great for mamas. She saw me looking at the jeans and approached me and said, “It’s gonna be okay. We’re gonna do this together.” She helped me find a great pair of jeans and I was so grateful to skip the whole crying in the dressing room phase of trying on new jeans. I’ll always associate that positive memory with the brand.

I have NEVER had this type of customer service at a clothing store. This mall is ran down and with that type of service this store won’t last long.
Mitch Hunter: Here lately this location has had amazing deals on a lot of items in their store. Their jeans are buy one get one free, their T-shirts are buy one get two free, and a lot of their hoodies are 40-60% off.They have many different styles of jeans like skinny, slim, athletic, ect.I also went on Black Friday and everything in the store was half off.The few time's Ive been there this year the employees have always been very helpful and polite. Will shop here again.

As long as you are willing to part with that money. They also take credit cards which means even if you don't have money but you will have money later you can still get stuff there really that's how a lot of clothing stores work so I think that was a good move on their part 2 handle it that way

Bri Williams: i would not recommend shopping pacsun online.I have been attempting to contact them for 3 weeks about a lost package (that i paid expedited shipping for.) They say that have 24/7 online chat, they do NOT.They repeatedly kept sending me the same tracking number from fedex, although there was never any tracking info, because fedex never received the package from Pacsub. Now 3 weeks later I get an email reply stating that the shirt is now out of stock, and that they were refunding the money. I would compare the whole interaction to shopping from a sketchy website from a foreign country.

Kristen Northern: My daughter and I walked into PacSun around 7 p.m. tonight. After shopping for a while we got in line for the dressing room and after waiting in line for ten minutes or more, one of the girls informed us that she was closing the dressing rooms so that she could clean "her" store and that we wouldn't be able to try on the clothes. I asked her what we were supposed to do since we wouldn't be buying anything without trying it on and she simply said I don't know, I guess you can leave it all here with me. I then asked why she would allow us to waste ten minutes in line if she wasn't going to "allow" us to use the dressing room and she informed me she had been too busy cleaning "her" store (although she was spending quite a bit of type chatting it up with her coworker). The store closes at 9 p.m. and in my experience is after closing is when you finish cleaning up any store. It is lousy customer service and management to randomly close the dressing rooms, waste your customer's time, use an extremely passive-aggressive form of communication with customers and lose your company a couple/few hundred dollars in a single sale because you, as a manager or employee, want to get out of the store as close to nine as possible. We'll give our money to a more customer friendly business as we prepare for our upcoming vacation and all other occasions in which we would normally (and frequently) shop PacSun Greenwood. We'll also be sure to share our customer experience with all of our family and friends.

We still have trouble finding it... So we went back to ask then it went over there actually wasn't in that place another total different spot at the store
