James Collins: Well ... it's TR. If you want nicer decor or a more upscale atmosphere, you need to go somewhere else (and probably pay more). We've gone to TR for years and still like the food. It is a bit noisy, but it cultivates a sort of C&W common-man vibe. In our experience, this is obviously intentional since the several I've visited have been quite similar. As I mentioned before, we like it and will go back again. Recommended.

Our server " Savanah " was all smiles as she delivered first our drinks then our food which was cooked perfectly and the portion size was more than could be consumed in one sitting. Tonight I finally used my"Veterans" coupon from last Nov. Once again this place does not disappoint! Update! Richard Stewart: Been eating at the 465 and N Michigan rd location for years and usually had a great experience EXCEPT when trying to order PRIME RIB! The Prime rib is ALWAYS OUT! The dozen plus times I ordered prime rib, I only got it 3 times!! So I just stopped asking. However, when they do have it, its Really good! I just wish they would order enough to have on had so they can still offer to at least most of their customers on Sat and Sunday. They even ran out on a Friday before! I guess its THAT good! Their were many times I have decided to go somewhere else to eat just to make sure I am guaranteed prime rib. Don't expect texas road house to be a fabulous steak house, they are great when it comes to big steaks, Tbones, Ribeyes, Sirloins, but not the best when it comes to finer cut filets. Their ribs are good also. Filets I have definitely had better elsewhere and cooked properly elsewhere. Other than that, great food for a good family sit down and reasonably priced. and the BEST ROLLS ON THE PLANET! As for servers, Ask for a lady named "Precious" she is so far the BEST to take care of us. She is TOTALLY capable of handling a large party and with a pleasant personality that makes you feel welcome and a priority! I NEVER had a server who was so attentive to a group of our size lastnight before. She handled our group like a PRO! I will request Precious every time I go in! I loved it when she called us her other family! And treated us like one also! The other servers need to take lessons from Precious. Seriously, if you want awesome service, ask for Precious! This is the 1st time I have ever left a review about a particular server. She is very nice, friendly, helpful and ALWAYS MADE SURE we had whatever we wanted! She even went as far as to make sure our drinks were made exactly the way we wanted without extra cost! She's Awesome! And her name again is PRECIOUS! I am NOT related to her whatsoever and not trying to help a friend, though she is now our "family " when we go in now lol. Service experience is half of the dinner experience since a bad server can ruin a night out or a date can really ruin your meal. Always remember the good server you had if you like a restaurant you frequent .

After camping outside all night in the freezing cold so we could be the first to get some of their delicious rolls, we were greeted by this SUPER friendly (and fashionable) waiter!As he brought out our rolls, he started to sing something like, "We are number one!" me mcgee: We got take out at 8pm on a Saturday. It was fast and pretty good except the kids chicken tenders were very old and small lol we chalked it up to they didn't want to fry more that late? They also forgot the dipping sauce for tenders and forgot the bacon bits and sour cream for loaded tater. Rolls were fresh and delicious with enough honey butter to spare and steak was juicy.

Kevin Moore: I have always enjoyed TRH. I didn't think the difference between Fishers and Carmel would be that great...but...Carmel couldn't seem to get any of it right and after sending back a severely overcooked steaks they forgot they took them back. We finally let the manager know and they still came out overcooked...the real kicker was that they weren't even busy.

Jason Bolden: Great food, great service! Melissa and Stacey (the bartenders) were AWESOME!!!! Apparently, there was a disgruntled guest there who felt otherwise...smh! If you see a review from them about these ladies...DISREGARD IT BECAUSE IT'S NOT TRUE!!! Those ladies love their job and they make their guest happy in the process!!! They're not perfect and make mistakes (but don't we all). They were GREAT AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK...SOON...AND...OFTEN!!! 😀
