Southside Massage Retreat: what do users think?
Sherril Merrill: I have been a client for several years. I usually get a deep tissue massage. Sarah does an excellent job. I would highly recommend Southside Massage!!!
Kari Sobasky: DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES - FRAUD!!Purchased a gift certificate in July to support local business. Attempted to book an appointment two months prior to the gift card expiring (certificate was only good for 6 months during a pandemic). I called and left messages, sent messages through the online booking site, emailed and sent messages through Facebook Messenger. The only time I received a response was after leaving a public comment on a Facebook post. Sarah ignored all my requests to book a massage.Hard-to-get appointments/Rude service/Unfriendly atmosphere
J Mack: Good food for the price Nice people. Fairly quick service. One of my quick go to restaurants.
suzanne smith: She was friendly and informative
Stormwolf 78: Very professional, I get the swedish massage and it has helped greatly with pain and tension in my back and shoulders and helped reduce tension headaches.
Michael Skipper: First class all the way! Sara is the only one I have found in all of northern Indiana that has taken Ashiatsu Bar Therapy classes and gives this type of deep massage. I found the experience to be pleasant and helpful after having back surgery several years ago. I am convinced that having periodic massages has been one of the keys for me to still be training and running full marathons, even in my late 50s. I think the prices are reasonable, especially considering Sara offers numerous discounts.
Ed Risser: They are excellent in what they do. Very professional.
Lori McDonald: Nice place. Good therapists. Prices are a bit high.

Rebekah O'Reilly: We travel a lot and have stayed at many different places but we have never had customer service like we have here, the customer service is absolutely amazing!! They go above and beyond to accommodate their guests and they are extremely friendly. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are which makes a HUGE difference. Highly recommend!!!The room was great! We had the deluxe one bedroom and it was very spacious and the kitchen was very accommodating. We asked if there was a room with an oven and they said they have toaster ovens that they can lend to guests. The room came with two range stovetop, full refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, and all the dishes and cooking and eating utensils. Would definitely come back!
Kyle Hire: Super nice, extra spacious rooms all well kept, and the check in staff guy was mega friendly. I wouldn't put too much stock in a cheap price because this is honestly the best small town hotel I've ever stayed at.
I M: Really nice hotel. I like that all of the rooms are suites so you have the separate living room and bedroom, along with a small kitchen area. Always nice to have a mini fridge in your room and a sink. Plenty of room to hang out. Hallways are covered with Notre Dame memorabilia if that is your thing. Lobby is large and very comfortable for large groups to hang out. TVs and a projector as well as a computer and small library. Indoor pool is large and windowed. Hot tub is separate and large enough to fit 15 people. Wasn't able to use the bocce ball court or putting green due to weather but they looked simple and nice. Breakfast tasted really good and had quite a few options.Nearby activities: Tryout Evil Czech Brewery across the street
Tina Russell: Yes above and beyond……my friend and I came for my birthday. The hotel came to our room and gave me a birthday gift!AmazingRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Great value …More

Jeremy Chandler: 2nd time staying here. Great hotel for team weekends. The foyer is a nice hangout spot and the hotel staff is just awesome
Joshua Ng: We've not managed to stay at this wonderful place due to changes in travel plans. But I must say, I was given superb service by Mikaela in seeing through the refund to my bank account. There were complications in receiving refunds to my card and Mikaela ensured that funds were refunded to me, not a single cent lost. Kudos to you Mikaela.
Dustin W: Fantastic place to stay. Staff is amazing and rooms are super cleanRooms: BeautifulSafety: Safe locationNoteworthy details: Notre Dame theme location. Absolutely must see
INDIANA JONES: Great place to stay, big pool and big hot tub. Workout room. If you like Notre Dame, then you will love this place. Close to everything. Rooms were big, and there was plenty of room. Will be back ...Nearby activities: Close to food, the mall, Notre Dame.Noteworthy details: Great Notre Dame collection.

Summer Spa: what do users think?
April Tinsley: Great place and massage
Maria Rodriguez: Super clean, the ladies were really nice !Very welcoming.
lakeisha graham: Professional staff and friendly
Hongmei Li: They are very professional
张峰: Great
Chelsea Young: It was cold in room, awful for a massage. They are located on a busy street and don't do a good job of noise reduction either. The two girls in the office barely spoke English, making it impossible to tell her I have fibro and don't like to be rubbed to hard. She hurt me multiple times, didn't use lotion at first until I asked, was on top of me straddling with her feet on the table to rub my back which felt so awkward..... And the location parking is a nightmare, just all in all not for me. Never again. I was not relaxed and rejuvenated after and wasted almost $100 to be rubbed down in a cold room by someone who was clearly not a professional.
scott cabanaw: Amazing massage came in after 7 hr on a kayak river float back was spazzing out the masseuse worked it out perfectly will be going back
Joel Martinez: Great massage They are very professional .
Jennifer Hummel: Just had an hour massage. They did amazing! Perfectly perfossional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Just can not say enough about how good they were.
Sarah Brown: Couples massage was good. Although they dont charge you as its posted inside the bldg. They up charge for services u didnt ask for and demand a tip there after. I had a tech that after telling her avoid 1 finger she left me to service someone else. Then the tech working on my husband had to hurry his to finish mine. . .
Curtis Nipper: Extremely clean very courteous extremely relaxing and soothing releasing all the tension out of the muscles
Sam: First off, I have had MANY massages over the years. That is my one treat to myself every few months. I even had a Swedish massage from a Swede. I'm new to the area and have tried one other massage spa (which was good, don't get me wrong!) but decided to give Summer Spa a try since their reviews are really good. They. Deserve. Every. Dam. Star. First off, I appreciate that they took our temp upon entry because I'm not messing around with covid. That also allowed us to get massaged without having to wear masks! And the massage was the best we have ever had (we got a couples massage). They were thorough and it honestly felt like two hours instead of one. I'm not kidding, they are wonderful, kind, and talented. We've already agreed that we're making this a regular thing.
Ang Powell: Positive:QualityVery clean environment and friendly service. This massage parlor is by far one of the best Asian massage places for miles! They offer a great deal for their level of talent and knowledge of the body compared to typical European massages who often charge more. Worth the money and more! Please support this buisness.
Johnathon Johnson: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityLoved that the woman working asked me whether I wanted hard or soft massage. I definitely would have waited if she was with a customer. I asked for my back to be massaged, and woman working seemed like a psychic knowing what part of my back needed extra focus without me even having to say.
Michael Crabtree: You charge 70 for massage an on web site it 59.99 for hour. Then tell me how to tip the girl. Will not use them again.
Niki Launspach: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityNobody had same day appointments in the South Bend/Elkhart area, but they took me in. It was an amazing deep tissue massage. Highly recommend!
Maudisha Jackson: Positive:QualityI will definitely be back!
auton omous: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThe massage therapists do a really great job!
Paul Martin: Got a good massage
Stephanie Nixon: Be careful which masseuse you get here. One of the women is constantly pausing the massage to talk loudly on the phone, in the room. Then would walk out multiple times to help other customers. It's incredibly disruptive and rude. It seems like they should have someone answering the phone and helping incoming clients so the massage therapists can concentrate on the client they have. She also applied way to much pressure, and wouldn't respond to my requests to be more gentle. The entire time I was just waiting for it to end. The other lady is always fantastic, however. Be forewarned. I was disappointed and felt like it ruined my couple's massage with my Fiance’.
K Pruett: I've seen Hannah many times and always been treated with respect. She has needed to step away a couple of times for a call but has extended time when doing so. Never once been shorted. Hannah has listened when I needed more or less pressure because of previous or current pains. She has also assisted with stretching when I have requested it. Will continue to see.

Chaes Gabriel William: High praise to the cleaning staff because this place was spotless. However:I was pretty upset to find, after I asked several times, if they could accommodate my allergies for breakfast, they actually could not. The excuse? Because it was a weekend… I asked when I called to book our room and again at check in if they could accommodate my allergies. Getting to breakfast only to find they’re not cooking food to order because it’s a weekend and there’s a group of hockey kids there…. pretty unacceptable. All I wanted was oatmeal, potatoes, and fruit. This allergy friendly option should be available at any time no matter the day of the week.

Mitch Allen: I would stay exclusively at this hotel when it comes to Corporate Lodging in the South Bend area. Clean, quiet, and courteous. This Hilton also Honors reward points at Corporate Rate. Not many hotels nowadays seem to want to do that. Take my business please Hilton Garden Inn South Bend!
Harry Allen: These people know Game Day!!
Heidi J: Overall A+. The staff was friendly, room clean, love the property, well maintained, our room had a sliding back door which was an awesome bonus. The restaurant staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Our drinks that the bar were delicious. The only slight negative could be the fact that our handicapped room bathroom door does not stay open. So we had to prop it open with heavy items or it quickly shut because of the weight of that door. We are not handicapped, but it was annoying in general. Our coffee maker at first attempt exploded coffee all over. We advised the front staff, said would be replaced. It was not. The room was very dark. Not enough lighting and lights were dim. These setbacks were overall minor compared to most hotels of comparable price points. The fact that there is food on site and a bar, friendly staff, clean and well maintained prop is refreshing!! We were able to walk to points of interest (notre dame).

Holiday Inn Express & Suites South Bend - Notre Dame Univ., an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
J.T. Eagan: Worst stay I’ve had in a while. Ownership needs to take responsibility here they are doing wrong by their staff. One of the reasons we booked was for the pool which has clearly been closed for some time. Update your amenities on your site! Upon check-in the key card maker was broken and the manager (she was great but clearly overwhelmed) had to let each guest up to their room. The room was deplorable. It absolutely wreaked of stale cigarettes. Due to our party needs we had no choice but to stay in the room. My sinuses still haven’t recovered. The icing on the cake was finding a bar of used soap in the shower the next morning…gross. Upon checkout we were given a whopping 10% discount. This discount does not nearly justify the lack of execution. We should have been given the previous guest’s cleaning fee because clearly the hotel didn’t clean properly. Further, the pool is a major reason we paid at least $50 more than an another hotel without a pool for the same night. The whirlpool was boarded up and clearly this pool has been down for some time. Oh, I almost forgot: at 6:30am Saturday morning it took me about 10 minutes to find someone and ask for more toilet paper in the lobby men’s restroom. Attention to detail is not this establishment’s forte.
Robert Rouille: Place is a dump.. had to stay for a Hockey Tournament... Lisa during the dayshift is awful, rude, and holiday inn should be embarrassed to employ her... the only reason why it gets 1 star is because Tay on afternoon shift... she is a credit to Holiday inn... unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.. very Dirty, some rooms have foul odors, some rooms had no hot water to shower... to the point one family had 2 rooms.. one to shower in... this is no joke.. stay somewhere else!!
Matt: The hotel is a little dated. The location is about 8 minutes from downtown and Notre Dame Univ. It's in a part of town with not much around. The rooms need an upgrade especially the bathroom. The king bed was comfortable. The self serve continental breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. Jennifer at the front desk was kind and let us check in early. Plenty of parking.
Mark Good: The building is in disrepair. Countless things broken or dysfunctional. It's noisy, both from other residents and traffic outside. Maintenance came knocking on our door before 8 am for some unknown reason. We were asleep and they left before we could get dressed answer the door to see what they wanted.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Ashley Lovitt: Food & drinks: Great breakfastRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Kristi Yadron: Lobby is closed at 10:00pm to adults if you book as a group. All sports teams, stay away from this hotel.
Kelsey Kreider: First, the positives: we got in late and the night desk worker was so great! He was very friendly and super helpful, even when we had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out couch. The room itself was very spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.Negatives: when I asked the front desk the next morning what time breakfast went till, she said “I think it’s 10.” (She clearly had no idea). Breakfast was actually over at 9:30. That would have been fine, except we walked out at 9:15 to grab a quick bite and the whole breakfast area was totally shut down and put away. We were on our way to a funeral so you can imagine how frustrating it was to now have to find breakfast elsewhere. my other very big concern happened the next day when my room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and explained what happened. The woman at the desk did not ask me for the name on the reservation or any other information to verify that that was in fact my room, she just made me a new key. So it was very unsettling to know that just anyone could walk in and say their key isn’t working, and they will have a new one made to any room number they give without any sort of verification. This is incredibly unsafe.Overall, despite the clean and spacious room, we will not be returning here because of the daytime front desk workers.
Willie Watkins: Clean and comfortable, several places to eat in walking distance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Anne Hilliard: Check in was difficult, and found out that I didn't get the best rate possible, because I had gone through a "third party". Explanations were difficult to understand, because multiple people were talking and interrupting at the same time.Got locked out of my room for 50 minutes, supposedly maintenance was contacted, but ended up having to go to the front desk for help. Front desk help's key didn't work, so had to wait another ten minutes for her to get an actual key to let me into my room.Tried to check out, and was given a receipt with a balance of $470 that I didn't owe.Assistant manager (?) came out, told me that I wasn't supposed to get the receipt, snatched the receipt out of my hand. After all that, I was denied breakfast, because breakfast ended a half hour earlier while I was locked out of my room! There were children running up and down the entire time, and banging on doors. My brother, who has had a massive stroke, and my 90 year old father could not contact me because the phone in their room didn't work, and were frightened because the banging on their door came after they heard gun shots. My brother called me on his cell phone because he was concerned for my safety.
Rodney: First of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall all facilities were OK but the little things such as large stain in bath tub, partially used lotion bottle (new experience for me) plastic tooth pick on the floor, very slow draining bath tub and a pancake machine that puts out very tiny cakes.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
John Michiels: Rooms were ok, a little run down. TV was small compared to newer hotels. Lady at the front was nice enough but didnt mention gold elite status or points at all.Area is surrounded by fast food, some smaller restaruants that close at 8:00 and other 2 star hotels. Nothing exciting about this one. A bit overpriced for what you get.
Katie Brom: BLOOD, STAINS, CORROSION EVERYWHERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Upon arrival we realized that this hotel was not up to the normal Holiday Inn standards that we have come to know through our others stays with the company. As we were checking in the front desk attendant wouldn’t even look at me, she told me how she would yell at our kids if they went into the gym and that they couldn’t go by the hot tub, she even came into the pool area to yell at them again about it even though they never went by it and we were with themUpon entering the room, it is very large and open however there is very little furniture, no coffee table or table to eat at, one desk chair, the pull-out couch and that was it. The ceiling fan and lights did not work, there was only one remote for two TVs and the very small corner closet smelled of mildew and made my husband's clothes stink. We went down to check out the pool and the chairs were rusted, the water was cloudy, and the hot tub had caution tape all around it. We allowed our kids to swim for about a half hour while we were watching them before the attendant came to yell at them even though we were with them, and they never went by the hot tub.At this point we were talking with the other parents and some of the families had come into the hotel and promptlyleft due to the conditions. We went upstairs to shower and when we open the shower noticed what appeared to beblood stains on the bottom of the tub along with a ring of mildew and corrosion. The shower head was so corrodedit was unusable, despite having several settings only 2 worked and they sprayed water all over the place. Our kidsrefused to shower in there and kept screaming about the blood in the shower and ultimately, we had to go to a friend'shotel for them to shower at. This hotel is now known as the "bloody shower hotel" for our entire lacrosse club. The doors to the rooms were peeling and the one couch in the room had several food stains and rips all over it. Therewere no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull-out bed so I had to go downstairs and find some. The next morning, wehad breakfast which was actually quite good however again the furniture was covered in stains and the juice machinedoor was broken, and I am not sure if that was affecting the juice inside but after drinking a large cup of it my 7-year-oldson had to go to the bathroom and throw up.Not to mention our key stopped working several times had had to get replacements at least 3 times, our friends had toreplace theirs at least 6 times.Overall, this stay was beyond disappointing
chris singer: This place needs to be torn down!! They had stains on the walls on my bed sheets huge stain in the shower tub along with some rust! The couch was so bad we had to put towels down so we could sit down! This place is old and very RUN DOWN AVOID AT ALL COST!! On the bright side Rae at the front desk was VERY HELPFUL!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Indoor pool was out of order the whole time, outside pool area looks disgusting, restaurant/bar attached is out of business, you have to pay for breakfast and they are frequently out of food, and the TV broke in the room. The rooms do not include the dark curtain for the window, only the sheer see through curtain. The indoor pool room is FREEZING as is the water. There is no longer complimentary breakfast. Staff was not very friendly. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be looking for a different place!
Colton Wedgworth: Absolutely amazing experience the staff was extremely friendly and an extremely professional the room was immaculate definitely bang for your buck here the breakfast although had to pay $10 was amazing hope that it comes from a restaurant the pool was absolutely perfect and the room service was on point 10 out of 10 with highly recommend and will be coming back

Nekitris Estelle: The first room I had had spiders 🕷 and it smelled🤭. I saw 3 spiders in different areas of the room and they got bigger. Now you know I could not sleep in that room/bed with spider crawling everywhere especiallyfor the amount they had charge. So Colton was very nice and apologetic. He upgraded my room to a suite. No spiders nor bad smell.
Office Schedule: We stayed here in December 2021- NEVER again! There was no breakfast as promised no the website and night time staff. The hotel restaurant was hardly open and when we asked about it we were told there was no staff. Corporate staff is rude and when trying to get some money back all they offered was points! The hallway smelled of pot and again when we tried talking to the front staff they just blew off our issues. We will never suggest to anyone to stay here - we tell them go somewhere else. Never again!!!

No privacy at all. for a single young female with DA issues - that is a huge concern.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jennifer R: I had stayed there a few nights so my kiddos could enjoy the indoor pool, maintenance was great, the staff in the kitchen are great working despite adversity; one of the lades hurt her back severely to the point where surgery was necessary. While she was recovering no one took over the kitchen one of our nights we didn't get the free complimentary breakfast that is promised. Manager should have stepped in the kitchen at that point. The shower was disgusting, stained and the water did not go down. To my surprise I seen my one year old playing with an object that was supposed to cover a large hole in the ground! There was nothing holding this object to the ground just laid on top. Wow. I asked the ladies up front for more towels twice never got them. This hotel would do great if they kept the staff that loves their job and removed the ones that simply did not care. I witnessed an older lady be rude to one of the customers over the phone. Also when I complained about the hole on the floor of the bathroom they charged me $50 for damages to the room, clearly I got that dismissed. No compensation was made just terrible service at least my kids got to swim, next time I'll just buy them a large pool with the money I spent.

Ryan Wyse: In definite need of some TLC. While the decor is more modern, much of it is in poor shape and needs replacing. I've slept on much more comfortable beds at lower quality hotels and the bathroom was in dire need of some wall and ceiling repair. Definitely not the quality standard I'd come to expect from a Hampton Inn.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kurt Nufer: As a long time Hilton Honors member, I always first look for a Hilton property when traveling. While planning a visit with my son at Notre Dame, I selected this Hampton Inn. I read some of the reviews that were not good. However, this was a very busy weekend (Junior Parents Weekend) and we decided that we'd trust Hilton and stay at this location. This was a big mistake. The check in staff was very polite. However, the facility was very poorly maintained. Our room (205) was shocking. The inside door handle came off in our hand. The closet door, same. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathtub base was a shade of black (looking like it had not been properly cleaned in months). There were long black hairs on the shower walls. The club chair was stained in the bedroom. About the only thing that appeared clean were the sheets.I would encourage anyone who trusts Hilton, to stay away. Our room should never have been made available to a guest. period.

Hot breakfast choices rotate, we had scrambled eggs, potatoes O'Brian, and sausage links.
R.a. Wheeler: We enjoyed it. It's nice and cozy for being along 933, they offer things like coffee all day long and even had an extra blanket for the hide away couch. Over all you can't go wrong. My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday there and they accomidated us well.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
R Giles: We arrived after 8pm and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the lady to get back to the check-in counter, she was very pleasant and apologetic. I am a Hilton Honors member and usually will stay at a Hampton if there's one close by. I was shocked at the condition of our room. Mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling off the walls, and a lot of bumps and bruises. I can't say the room was dirty but it definitely needs updated. Sorry for the negative post, but I expect more from a Hampton Inn.
Trypp Adams: Clean, quite hotel with friendly staff and free hot breakfast. Just off the highway and among several other hotels, gas stations and restaurants. Easy to get in and out. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Would stay here again.Food & drinks: Free hot breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, and Obrien potatoes. Also a convenience store like area where you can buy chips/snacks.
Cynthia P: We had a nice suite with bedroom, living room and a small kitchenette. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. However, it is dated with repairs and upgrades needed. We were disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. No hot tub. Guest laundry with one washer and dryer. Good lighting and outlet placement. Breakfast on the lower end of Hampton Inn. The hotel has treats out throughout the day which is a nice touch. Staff is excellent.
Tracey Brown: We always try to find a Hampton anywhere we go. While the staff was very friendly, the room itself and hotel were disappointing. The sheet would not stay on the king size bed., the bathtub floor was not level and angled to the middle. Was difficult to stand in it. The hotel itself must be old. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and water damage stains on the walls. Definately not our best stay at a Hampton.
Ken Potter: The pool was not operational, and the dining area was nasty... all the seats were stained. Plus, the pullout couch in the room was just old and uncomfortable. This was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Sue Snyder: Easy to find and check in was no problem
Sarah MapelLentz: If I could give a 0/5, I would. I have contacted customer service at least four times now about our experience, and there’s been so real response. We were scheduled to stay at this hotel mid August for our son’s move in to Notre Dame. We arrived and there was trash literally everywhere on the floor, and our room smelt nauseatingly like smoke covered up by Febreeze. We asked to switch rooms, said we were happy to have a smaller room, two rooms, anything. The front desk person hung up on me and told me she couldn’t handle it. There was another family near us who had been booked into a room for three people, only their son was left without a bed or sleeper. They asked for just some bedding so he could sleep on the floor. The front desk person said there was none - anywhere in the hotel. Our son was supposed to take a Calc placement exam the next morning at 8am, which he ended up missing after we finally found another hotel at 2am. The whole experience was beyond disturbing. I would have never expected this from a Hilton property. We figured writing to the CEO and contacting customer service would get some place, but alas, it has not. So I’m warning others to not use this place. Stay at one of the many other hotels in the area if you want a bed, or at least bedding even if no bed, or at least a room that isn’t making you sick due to the smell (in the nonsmoking room). THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HAMPTON INN AND SUITES SOUTH BEND, not Home2Suites Mishawaka.
Holly: Less amenities..Not clean.

Aloft South Bend: what do users think?
Carolyne Myers: Staff friendly and go above and beyond! Made it easier to be away from home for work over the Easter weekend. Rooms are clean and have great views of downtown South Bend, and conveniently located. Also, they have the comedy club in the basement every Friday & Saturday I found out!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Great value …More
H. Mob: Gorgeous property, unique Aloft compared to many I have stayed at!
Rob Whitaker: Rooms are great and clean. Elevators are slow all the time.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view …More

Christopher M: Was a very nice hotelRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
TeJae Jackson: The hotel is gorgeous and had a whole room set aside for keeping rambunctious hockey playing kids entertained because "we know they have lots of energy to burn." This is a first for a hotel to plan for and accommodate hockey kiddos like this in 9 years of traveling for hockey with my 3 children. It made us feel welcome instead of dreaded, which is HUGE. When booking for hockey tournaments you almost never have an option on where to stay, and to know many hotels don't actually want your hockey players there just makes the whole experience feel icky, like you're walking on eggshells. This was refreshing and wholly surprising. The rooms are beautiful and spacious - very comfortable.
Edgar Rodriguez: Staying at this hotel makes me feel like home. The evening chef prepares quality fresh food and the front desk staff is very professional.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Connor U.: Love this hotel. Clean and very modern. Truly a unique hotel!! Great employees. Will be back! Need to get the old elevators back up and running.
Katrina L Wilson-Ross: Great hotel! Great customer service and breakfast was good as well. The only small issue was the thermostat controls were very confusing! View from the 14th floor!
Trish Boccuti: The sleeping rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. Love the dry bar toiletries as well.Today we had a business meeting and the room was very spacious and the team the took care of our food and beverage was great. The food for the meeting was average- not bad; nor great. But the great staff help made up for that!
Meg: Elevators are shaky and play loud music to distract youRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Pickens NotaryLLC: Great staff, nice clean rooms, good food, and I love the view of the city. No complaints at all other than some of the sports (hockey) "inconsiderate parents" and their rude unruly kids. This is not a play ground. Its a nice establishment. I truly appreciate a clean, nice hotels, with a great staff and good food. Also I love kids. Kids will be kids, but the parents can do better.
