Amanda Cadden: After talking to Brittany for over 2 hours (over 3 visits), I was so excited to get a new phone! She originally quoted a "free phone" with my current phone's trade in but after looking up my current plan, let me know she could only promise me $400 off. I asked for a document or statement before I traded in my phone and started paying fees but she said it was company policy and unfortunately couldn't give me any documentations. "NO WORRIES! If the $400 credit (or $11.11 per month) didn't show up, she would be able to easily manually enter in the discount."When I called in this past week (since there wasn't an $11.11 discount this past month), I was simply given an apology and told I could return the phone without being reimbursed the fees already paid, they would not return my old phone, and I would owe an additional $50 for a restocking fee for a mistake that was made by an employee.Do not make the same mistake I did.
Brad Cadden: A Russell Cellular representative stated that the iPhone X trade in value for the 14 Pro was $400 for our specific Verizon plan. It seemed too good to be true and was. The representative claimed she could not print the terms with the monthly credit amount . However assured us a note with the $400 amount was saved in the system and to call if issues occurred. When the next VZW statement came out with the bill credit, the amount over the full term was $125. Despite having called and gone in, Russell cellular reps from the first Ave store deny such claims. I’m not a fan of bill credits and this further adds to it as there is no documentation to prove what was agreed upon and this retailer took no accountability to rectify the situation. It essentially became a bait and switch with little recourse.

Stephanie Hull: Great costumer service even with only 2 staff they worked efficiently to ensure costumers needs are met. Mark explained things in a very understandable way leaving me feeling sure about what i wanted device wise. Only downfall is they have slow wifi in their building proven by my phone set up being 7 plus hours in store and down to a half hour after i got home ten minutes later.

Didn't call anyone to try to get answers to my questions. Told me I had to call someone else. Didn't act like he had the least bit of interest in helping me. I couldn't call anyone because my phone is broken. Told me I had to go back to my house 20 mins in the other direction to call someone from my wife's phone then drive all the way back in town to get somewhere to maybe fix it. Couldn't even give me the name of a place to take my phone to have someone look at it.

India Wilder: I got new phone like a week ago. I was having a lot issues with my old phone that I had a year. I went to the other store on green river. They said they couple my old one with new one. So I came back the next day they say they couldn't cause its prepaid phone. So why did the lady said they could knowing it was prepaid. Went to other phone repairs they never fix it. So I went to this location. I dealt with Ryan. He was very helpful but also not pushy unlike most phone salesman. He also got me pretty good deal. Didn't lie to me. Got out there with samsung galaxy s23 plus. He also transferred all my stuff from old phone to my new one. Something that the green rivers road said they will charge me $90 which he didn't charge me. Thank you Ryan for all your help!!

Josey has not been able to help us and after visiting the Newburgh store, I was told by Casey that there is no way our bill could be any less than it is- which is $100/mo more than what Josey said it would be. Casey also told me that taxes and fees can change monthly.We we're never told that! He also stated that Verizon makes billing errors and once you pay the mistake, you will have no recourse. Also, there are no managers or Verizon employees at any of the local locations. This has been the absolute worst experience that we have wasted numerous hours trying to sort out to no avail. We are so sorry that we switched to Verizon. TCC has been terrible to work with.Besces. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend!

Jason Daniel: This store destroyed my account! After a purchase on October 7th, 2022... I'm STILL dealing with a very huge issue. I bought 1 tablet... somehow, the rep duplicated the purchase... creating an additional unwanted line. 1 tablet. 1 imei. 1 serial number. 1 purchase. EVERYTHING duplicated. Now... I'm STILL fighting customer service to get this corrected and adjusted off. We're talking over $1,000+ in unnecessary and unwanted overcharges that nobody has been competent enough to correct for us yet. Not sure if this was a training issue with this sales rep or if he was just trying to pad his commissions. But this has been a nightmare! And is STILL ongoing! Filing complaints with FTC, FCC, Atty General's Office, right now. Anybody who will listen! Do yourself a favor... Skip this location. Better yet, skip AT&T.
Kamea Timmer: This is by far the worst AT&T location. Went in to set up a plan and traded my previous phone in with them. They did not walk me through a specific plan and its details, just went ahead to pick one for me. When my phone arrived I went back in, as I was told, to get everything transferred to the new one. The girl told me to call the service line, I don’t know if they even credited me for the phone I traded in! My bill fluctuates all the time yet is “unlimited.” I was unhappy and went to another location, there they told me I had to get a new phone number because they should had known beforehand everything would not be able to transfer. So unhelpful and professional. Cant wait to switch already after only 3 months. I do not recommend this company as a whole.

T Fisher: I have high-speed fiber optic internet, 3 phone lines, and an Ipad Pro that is a bundle deal through this establishment. My internet is cheap at $40 per month for 300GB. I do a lot of business with them and am happy about their great customer service. I highly recommend this store and AT&T for all your cellular needs. Customer service over the phone needs a little improvement because it is difficult to get a live person to talk to but other than that I have had good service. I will continue to patronize this establishment. I am about to upgrade my phone, which is already paid off.

Amy Supper: My salesperson (Jerry) was very kind and knowledgeable (and a great salesperson). The manager Jessa went ABOVE and beyond to help me get set up (and my eligibility accepted) for First Net. She continued working on a complication we had with First Net even after I left the store! She educated me on how to use, and even drove to another location to pick up the IPad Air that was not in stock at her store. I was a retail sales manager for years... and if I still was in the business, I would be recruiting Jessa! It was a very good experience.

Heather Grant: I was on the verge of cancelling my service because att is constantly pulling charges out of nowhere and jacking my bill up. I called 2 different times and tried to get the worker to fix my bill. The first time the worker said he’d fix it. He didn’t. I called back another time and she just gave me the run around. I ended up hanging up because I was so frustrated. Then I talked to Sarah Feese and she is the ONLY reason I still have att. She fixed my bill, listened to me, and made me feel heard. Next time, just send me Sarah Feese. She’s the only one that listens.

Camille C: I will start by saying I have been an AT&T customer for many years and have never had any issues with the plans or customer service. That is until November 2022 when I visited this particular store. I visited this store to purchase an iPhone for an additional line. During this visit we were told that it would be cheaper to add two additional lines on the one device and that when we were ready to use the additional line we could purchase a new device. I was also told that there was a better plan available and we would not lose any incentives we had with our current plan. In addition, the store was “running a promotion” where I could get two “free” AirPods pros. The problems I have since encountered since this visit in November are:1. When the plan was switched we lost the HBO access we were told we would not lose.2. The “free” AirPods began showing up on my bill as a $41.67 12-month installment plan.To make matters worse I called AT&T to get the AirPods issue resolved and was told there was nothing they could do since stores run their own promotions. I was told to call the store to see if I could return the AirPods since as I had previously told the store, I already had AirPods and did not need anymore. The store had since changed managers and I was told I could bring them into the store and they would credit my account. I returned the AirPods to the store and they reversed the charges. I wish this is where the nightmare visit ended. I was told they could not do anything about the future installment payments and I would have to again call AT&T to get this issue resolved. When I called AT&T they informed me that a credit was given to me by the store. I have searched each account I use and this credit has still not shown up. Until this day I have lost my HBO access and am continuing to go back and forth between AT&T and this store to have this installment payment to stop occurring on my account.My advice to anyone reading this is please DO NOT come into this store or any other “authorized seller”. Save yourself the headache, mileage, and countless hours on hold and just go into an AT&T store. I am highly disappointed and still do not have this issue fully resolved.

Tyler Feese: . Isaac demanded to know what the number was, and the representative notified him it was his watch's number. Isaac then wanted to return the watch because he was not able to use his number sync or its line, one. The employee notified him that he was outside the buyer's remorse period to return the device so they could not return it in-store. He got irate and began blaming the rep for company policy she had no input in creating and blaming her for not disobeying company policy. Seeing the customer was getting more irate and the situation was not going to be de-escalated because he was all but cussing the representative, the representative asked him to leave her store. It is like Isaac could not comprehend that someone only 3 levels up in the company had no part in designing a policy that was decided by upper management for the entire company. Also, it seems the customer cannot comprehend that disobeying company policies get employees write-ups and terminations (or he was too selfish to care
