The next day, I went in to get my new phone & Korey H. & his coworker, who I think was a new employee, were so helpful & nice! They took the time to show me different cases & explain everything to me & it was a much more positive experience than I had expected it to be. I will definitely be going to this location every time from now on!

Kim Bayer: I always dread going into AT&T because I am not tech-savvy and it gives me extreme anxiety just walking in the store. I was greeted the minute I waslked in with a warm welcome from Nathan. I was long overdue for a new phone but on a tight budget. Nathan (manager) was so extremely helpful and respectful of my time. Highly recommend checking this store out. I am not from Evansville and would make the hour drive back there just for the awesome customer service!!!

Tammy Sablone: We were there probably 30 minutes, there were another couple there sitting at a table with several boxes stacked on the table...not sure if they were customers or reps. We didn't see name tags so we assumed customers. 🤷‍♀️ There were 2 more people at another table with a salesperson who were purchasing. Then, 2 guys were setting new products up for display. During the time we were in the store nobody ever asked us if we needed help with anything, or said someone would get with us in a minute, asap, not a hello, etc...we were there to purchase a phone but decided after visiting the store on Green River Road, we weren't interested in doing business with someone who couldn't take the time to even acknowledge us.
Dave Molinet: BUYERS BEWARE!! We bought a new phone there was on a promotion $1000 dollar trade in on any condition phone. We had to take the phone to get all contacts pictures etc transferred to new phone. We returned the phone and there trade in is now $800. And they just said sorry that trade just happened to in on the day we bought the phone. Don't do business with them this is not the 1st time they have screwed up my plans

Chad Neal: If they had negative stars I would have given them at least 2 and the store on Burkhartd 4 negative stars. Att shut my service off because I had a 3g phone neither store would help me because I was a prepay customer. They kept trying to push me into a contract. They said prepay customer's have to use the customer service line. Since att deleted my acct I had no phone to call customer service. Neither store would let me use there phone to try and resolve my problem. So after buying a Brand New unlocked Att compatible phone they refused to help me. They stated my phone was not compatible with att (I assure you I checked with the manufacturer and provided documentation thanks to the extremely helpful people at best buy) needless to say after 6hrs on a friend's phone, talking to 3 call reps and a manager I finally got my issue half resolved I had to call again the next day to get them to credit my acct what was still owed to me and for them to turn on my mobile data. I have been a loyal customer since 2001 I've kept the same phone number the whole time and the automated system had more information about my acct than the call center reps. I'm beginning to think it's time to change carriers.

Ambur McDaniel: Honestly, service on my phone is very iffy at best. Lost my phone paid the insurance deductible and now I’m paying for two phones. Called the customer service and they are a joke. Needless to say the insurance is pretty much a scam, because you pay for the lost phone anyways.
Jen hust: Had the same issue for months with my phone and no one could seem to fix it. At one point they told me they didn’t even have the phone, which was dropped off that morning. When I went to pick it up, still not fixed, I asked if anyone had even looked at it and one guy told me he didn’t have time to deal with me.

Dead spots all over and the supposed 5G is slower than my son's cheap pay as you go deal he got through Walmart. Unless I have constant wifi most online options are useless so it makes working from my phone next to impossible which is a must for me and my job. I should have known better than to go with T-mobile. I'll be looking for a new provider asap!

Was refused help with switching back to an old phone multiple times. Only thing they can do is push a sim card update that they won't even do, I will be so glad when my contract is up.

I had to use their store phone becuase my phone could not make calls. I was on hold for almost 40 mins. They saw my review and told me I either needed to delete the review or leave the store. Lol. Goodbye.I went to Green River and Mark fixed my phone in less than ten minutes!

Emily Lynn: I have never had a more terrible experience getting a phone or a phone line at a store in my life. To go into the whole ordeal would be like writing a novel. Not one person in this store knew what they were doing. The phone they gave me when I purchased was half of the GB as the phone I currently have. They had already shut off my phone number with the company I was with. To make a long story short and four hours later, I walked out of the store with no working phone and after they told me I could leave three different times and then would call me when I left and tell me I had to go back for something or another- I drove directly to the phone company I was trying to switch from and set my old line back up. The worst experience I have truly ever had. I would recommend this store to no one. Saving $20 is not worth dealing with this company.

I walked in today because I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung Z fold 3. The guy I spoke with when I told him I wanted to give him $1800 for a phone said "we don't got that, you gotta go on the website" then looks at me with no follow up. Doesnt even suggest another phone or that he can order me one. So anyway now I'm switching to Verizon who has already got me the phone I wanted at a cheaper price and I get to keep my number.

India Wilder: I got new phone like a week ago. I was having a lot issues with my old phone that I had a year. I went to the other store on green river. They said they couple my old one with new one. So I came back the next day they say they couldn't cause its prepaid phone. So why did the lady said they could knowing it was prepaid. Went to other phone repairs they never fix it. So I went to this location. I dealt with Ryan. He was very helpful but also not pushy unlike most phone salesman. He also got me pretty good deal. Didn't lie to me. Got out there with samsung galaxy s23 plus. He also transferred all my stuff from old phone to my new one. Something that the green rivers road said they will charge me $90 which he didn't charge me. Thank you Ryan for all your help!!

Josey has not been able to help us and after visiting the Newburgh store, I was told by Casey that there is no way our bill could be any less than it is- which is $100/mo more than what Josey said it would be. Casey also told me that taxes and fees can change monthly.We we're never told that! He also stated that Verizon makes billing errors and once you pay the mistake, you will have no recourse. Also, there are no managers or Verizon employees at any of the local locations. This has been the absolute worst experience that we have wasted numerous hours trying to sort out to no avail. We are so sorry that we switched to Verizon. TCC has been terrible to work with.Besces. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend!

Amanda Cadden: After talking to Brittany for over 2 hours (over 3 visits), I was so excited to get a new phone! She originally quoted a "free phone" with my current phone's trade in but after looking up my current plan, let me know she could only promise me $400 off. I asked for a document or statement before I traded in my phone and started paying fees but she said it was company policy and unfortunately couldn't give me any documentations. "NO WORRIES! Brad Cadden: A Russell Cellular representative stated that the iPhone X trade in value for the 14 Pro was $400 for our specific Verizon plan. It seemed too good to be true and was. The representative claimed she could not print the terms with the monthly credit amount . However assured us a note with the $400 amount was saved in the system and to call if issues occurred. When the next VZW statement came out with the bill credit, the amount over the full term was $125. Despite having called and gone in, Russell cellular reps from the first Ave store deny such claims. I’m not a fan of bill credits and this further adds to it as there is no documentation to prove what was agreed upon and this retailer took no accountability to rectify the situation. It essentially became a bait and switch with little recourse.

Jerry Hart: Not much help. Tried to get a resolution for a upcoming increase, but it was a waste of time. I was told to call customer service. Why have a store that can't help. I'm moving to consumer cellular, after 31 years of neglect and price increase.
Stephanie Hull: Great costumer service even with only 2 staff they worked efficiently to ensure costumers needs are met. Mark explained things in a very understandable way leaving me feeling sure about what i wanted device wise. Only downfall is they have slow wifi in their building proven by my phone set up being 7 plus hours in store and down to a half hour after i got home ten minutes later.

Didn't call anyone to try to get answers to my questions. Told me I had to call someone else. Didn't act like he had the least bit of interest in helping me. I couldn't call anyone because my phone is broken. Told me I had to go back to my house 20 mins in the other direction to call someone from my wife's phone then drive all the way back in town to get somewhere to maybe fix it. Couldn't even give me the name of a place to take my phone to have someone look at it.
