ltaylorrocks: TLDR; Bad customer service by the manager Jesse.GO TO GREEN RIVER STORE, SAVE YOUR TIME.Made this review in store while waiting because Jesse told me in order to fix my phone I needed to call customer service. I had to use their store phone becuase my phone could not make calls. I was on hold for almost 40 mins. They saw my review and told me I either needed to delete the review or leave the store. Lol. Goodbye.I went to Green River and Mark fixed my phone in less than ten minutes!
Linda Ryan: Darra was wonderful to work with! Darra was very patient, easy to talk with & fun throughout. She answered our questions although spouse & I were asking questions at same time. Sky & Tae helped too.

Emily Lynn: I have never had a more terrible experience getting a phone or a phone line at a store in my life. To go into the whole ordeal would be like writing a novel. Not one person in this store knew what they were doing. The phone they gave me when I purchased was half of the GB as the phone I currently have. They had already shut off my phone number with the company I was with. To make a long story short and four hours later, I walked out of the store with no working phone and after they told me I could leave three different times and then would call me when I left and tell me I had to go back for something or another- I drove directly to the phone company I was trying to switch from and set my old line back up. The worst experience I have truly ever had. I would recommend this store to no one. Saving $20 is not worth dealing with this company.

I walked in today because I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung Z fold 3. The guy I spoke with when I told him I wanted to give him $1800 for a phone said "we don't got that, you gotta go on the website" then looks at me with no follow up. Doesnt even suggest another phone or that he can order me one. So anyway now I'm switching to Verizon who has already got me the phone I wanted at a cheaper price and I get to keep my number.

Luke: Worst service I've ever had. Basically, all of Burkhardt is out, as well as other major chunks of Evansville. Doordashing is almost impossible now...But don't worry, workers display their pronouns on their name tags so we know they conform to Woke theology. And that's all that really matters, right?

This was the best experience purchasing a new phone that we have ever had!

Ambur McDaniel: Honestly, service on my phone is very iffy at best. Lost my phone paid the insurance deductible and now I’m paying for two phones. Called the customer service and they are a joke. Needless to say the insurance is pretty much a scam, because you pay for the lost phone anyways.

Dead spots all over and the supposed 5G is slower than my son's cheap pay as you go deal he got through Walmart. Unless I have constant wifi most online options are useless so it makes working from my phone next to impossible which is a must for me and my job. I should have known better than to go with T-mobile. I'll be looking for a new provider asap!

Dale Alford: Went there it said it was open online. Went there it said open at 11 on Sunday, rode my bike there to buy a phone got there at noon and there was no one there yet went next door to warm up it was cold outside. Waited 15 to 20 minutes still not open left there and went to metro PCS.
Scott Shepherdson: If I could give a zero I would. I called both the store and customer service to ask for a service extension because my bill is due soon. They said the only service extension they can do is for me to receive calls and texts but I can't send texts or make calls. They say they are better than metro pcs and frankly their customer service is few and far in between. I won't ever use boost mobile again. Go to anywhere else if you want to be treated like a person with a phone carrier. At least metro pcs allows service extensions until you get paid.

When I showed up to pick up my phone 30 mins before closing I told him I was willing to come back another time if he didn't think we could complete our transaction before close, but he was very warm and welcoming. He certainly didn't need to stay as late as he did to help me, but he did and he had a wonderful attitude and persona even when he didn't need to. Austin, Thank you so much for everything. India Wilder: I got new phone like a week ago. I was having a lot issues with my old phone that I had a year. I went to the other store on green river. They said they couple my old one with new one. So I came back the next day they say they couldn't cause its prepaid phone. So why did the lady said they could knowing it was prepaid. Went to other phone repairs they never fix it. So I went to this location. I dealt with Ryan. He was very helpful but also not pushy unlike most phone salesman. He also got me pretty good deal. Didn't lie to me. Got out there with samsung galaxy s23 plus. He also transferred all my stuff from old phone to my new one. Something that the green rivers road said they will charge me $90 which he didn't charge me. Thank you Ryan for all your help!!

Josey has not been able to help us and after visiting the Newburgh store, I was told by Casey that there is no way our bill could be any less than it is- which is $100/mo more than what Josey said it would be. Casey also told me that taxes and fees can change monthly.We we're never told that! He also stated that Verizon makes billing errors and once you pay the mistake, you will have no recourse. Also, there are no managers or Verizon employees at any of the local locations. This has been the absolute worst experience that we have wasted numerous hours trying to sort out to no avail. We are so sorry that we switched to Verizon. TCC has been terrible to work with.Besces. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend!

Austin Cameron: Have had nothing but terrible service, and even worse customer service. Had to go to another location to get my phone fixed at another location because the management team has no idea what they're doing, and are absolutely rude. 10/10 would not ever recommend.

Life is A Dream: We just switched to Metro last month. From day 1 we have had connection issues. Full bar of signal 5g connection and .07 kb/s download speeds. We have tried contacting the store we purchased the phones from and have been told multiple times that we would get a call back, but no one ever calls back. At first we was told we didn't have the data limit set high enough then they told us they were going to do a warranty for the phones. A month later still having issues and the store told us they are going to have to warranty the phones...again. Even though they never did the first time...Pretty cut and dry. This store has given us the runaround from day 1 but if you don't have your payment submitted before the payment date they completely shut you line off. Even if they refund us the money for the phone this has completely ruined my experience with Metro / T-Mobile and I plan on taking my business elsewhere. Tracphone gets better service than this company and that is sad to say.......
Nibbles Touche: I have been a member of metro for well over 15 years be aware when wanting a extra line added to our family line they tell you you need there simes card that coast you 35 then they say you have 24 hours to pay for this line. Which was a lie. Not even 12 hours later all our family phone lines was shut off. Now this was 4 line's bills was up to date. And was heading in to pay other line they shut down all our lines. This was very inconvenient due to the fact our family is dealing with a family member dieing. An having to leave town we have to deal with inconvenient. Really people
