yakoup alkablany: This place is a joke, walked to in to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a sticker price of 50,499, the sales person didn’t even bother to check my background or anything offered me a lease payment of $745 for a 4 year lease…. I recently (1 month and 2 weeks ago) got a Dodge Durango with a sticker price of 52,500 3 year lease with 2000 down payment was only 529, In addition to that they mentioned that the car was on the lot & when I got there (2 hour drive) the car wasn’t there was being driven by the mangers wife, they need to get rid of tht sales person. Very unprofessional and didn’t have a logical explanation for the 745 payment. They kept saying I had $10,000 rebates for my Durango which is a lie, who the heck gives 10,000 dollar rebates, This is also my second time posting this review they removed the first one i did, anddddd i ended up finding a brand new jeep grand Cherokee L with everything I wanted for 625 a month, and the gentlemen i worked with showed me all the discounts and rebates he applied crazy part was the car cost $10,000 more then the jeep they tried leasing me, If you wanna waste your time this is the spot to come! This is the true definition of a sleazy car salesman, doesn't care about customer service only the profit margin! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! they dont even deserve a 1 star!

While the staff here we're very friendly during my repairs I had to wait 3 months for my car to be finally finished with it's repairs. While there were a fair bit of repairs to be made the communication between me and the shop was abismal. Important info like my technican quiting in the middle of my repair was not told by me until 2 weeks later when I called them. Very rarely was critical info involving the repairs being told to me unless called I called them myself. I'm not sure if this is a common issue or a rare fluk that involved me but this experience will most likely lead to me conducting my business elsewhere.

We looked at a lot of trucks by finding the specs we needed on line and driving around to the dealers. A lot of folks at the larger name-brand dealers were so pushy and frankly insulting at times! But Paul was a breath of fresh air in comparison - he was really helpful, very friendly, and not at all pushy. The trucks we saw were clean and in great shape. We were able to buy it within a few days after our own personal mechanic gave it a clean review.We also bought a Nissan Armada from the Warsaw Best Deals last year, and are really impressed with this dealership all around!

Christopher: A bit deceptive. I drove 2 hours to see a car that I was told over the phone didn't need anything replaced soon. The tires were bald to the point where I wondered if they were even road legal. The photos didn't show how bad the car was. They could have done a much better job disclosing it's condition before wasting both of our time.

Candice Mccoy: Do not recommend this place at all! This has been the absolute worst car buying experience for myself and my husband. They ran out credit more times than we told them they could. They sold us a car that they said had work done. We had problems with the car before even driving it off the lot. When we said something about it we were told by the sales man that we could still take the car to the service appointment. However when we called no one ever answered us. When the car literally began falling apart on the highway I drove it back. I was told I would be called back by the manager. Never got a call and now they ignore our calls.

Christine Davis: I am going to leave this right here. If you purchase a vehicle, PLEASE make sure you get that after market warranty and hope you don't have to use it more than once. Mine maxed out on having to put a new engine in my vehicle, 4 months after purchase. Driven less than 4,000 miles. I have driven less than 8,000 miles, since purchase and it is back in the shop for repairs today. We paid $7200 for the car. $7500 for a new engine. Warranty paid $5000 we paid $2500. ANOTHER $2000 today needed in repairs not engine related, not normal wear and tear. The dealership said we can use that as testimony, the warranty works, it does. I did have a conversation with ASC today, they are going to be looking into how many people are having to use this warranty, shortly after purchase. They do keep track. I have seen several reviews saying the purchaser's need to revert to warranty for repairs. It is just not right. At all.
Tommy Baigent: 90 days after my purchase my transmission went out after repeated problems with my check engine light, it's now been in the shop 3 times within 90 days, and the transmission is out before my first oil change the team is non schalantly referring me to my warranty and offering no other comments, I'm very disappointed and will not be referring anyone and will not be back!

Long story short, about a year ago, we bought a vehicle from one of the bigger dealerships in Fort Wayne. You know the kind... where there are 20 sales people standing outside - surrounding you like vultures as soon as you drive up and practically suffocating you. Nearly 5 hours later (yes FIVE hours), we were able to finally drive away with a vehicle. The ONLY vehicle we were there to see & test drive. It was mentally exhausting. So with that terrible experience in mind, I was dreading having to go through the process of buying another car. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Three Rivers Auto was nothing like that! No sales people breathing down my neck or boring me with their words. They heard what we were wanting and gave us the space to look at the vehicle - all without overselling. Rachael Rowe: Here I am, a month after buying my Jeep Cherokee from Bob Thomas Ford, and I get a call that I am late on my old car payment (which is supposed to be payed off, according to the paperwork I signed off on when I bought the Jeep). I found this out while being on my lunch break from my old co signer on my old Dodge Journey. Mine, as well as her's, credit is being dinged. I was not notified by my old bank nor Bob Thomas. I was driving my new Jeep thinking my old Journey was paid off. Long story short, I am currently still dealing with this problem. This isn’t the only problem with my Jeep. When I first bought my Jeep, the next day it didn’t start. They sold me a car with a bad battery, with knowing about it.I called and they told me that they had to jump the jeep before test driving. Luckily, they took care of that. Of course I had to haggle them to take care of it at all. I didn’t have bad service with buying the car, but I have had nothing but problems since. I advise to find a different car dealer if you’re looking to buy a car. I don’t wish what I have went through on anyone.
Angie C: Got sold a car with what i thought was just some bald spot but turned out to be bulges. When I mentioned it to the sales man a few days after purchase he said "that's impossible, they cant be" then he went on to saying he can't do anything about it and it's all on me. Basically to go f**k mysef because it's not his problem. Now I have to go spend $300 for just 2 tires. When I got sold this car I was told it was like brand new with low miles multiple times. And he guaranteed that it passed their "inspection". That's what sold me. For someone who has struggle for years and finally have enough to purchase her first car and then get sold a car with a list of problems is just beyond frustrating. Don't EVER buy a used car from here.

If you deal with upper management you are fine, but dealing with the regular sales staff was not fun.I eventually purchased the vehicle, but only after calling the CarMax complaint line and being contacted by the GM of the branch directly and dealing with him. He did what he could to make the situation right.If I had to do it all over again, I would not go through CarMax to purchase a vehicle.

Darian Massengill: Came here to sell my vehicle from Michigan after stopping by my local jeep dealer. I was only going to get $1,000 back from them and Carmax was able to give me $3,900 back. We initially brought the jeep on Thursday, their system was down so we couldn't complete the deal and had to come back today, Monday. Because of the inconvenience, Max, our associate, and John, the manager, filled up our car with gas BOTH days and gave us $50 for dinner. Max and John were both wonderful to work with. So professional and courteous. Got us a great deal and got everything done as quickly as they could to get us back on the road to Michigan. While we were waiting on Thursday, we took a look at the vehicles they have for sale just out of curiosity, and they truly do have some really nice vehicles at decent prices. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Will be sending my family here for future car needs. If you have a bad experience here, you might be the problem because these people are all kind and wonderful.

Chris Wilson: The people working there are great. I would say after purchasing 5 cars and selling 6 there in the last 2 years I was happy with the service until recently. I bought a Mercedes’ for 48k. 4.5 months after buying it the car broke down and I was told it needs a new engine. Mercedes quoted the repair at nearly 40k. I’m stuck with a ridiculously high car payment and a costly repair. Mercedes Benz doesn’t make engines that go bad after 68k miles. Ask Carmax to help resolve this issue (because it is outside the warranty and if I would have got carmax warranty it would have been outside that too). Carmax says that can’t do anything except refer me to a mechanic. The used car dealership down the block give 2 year 50k warranty on their cars complimentary. Not this corporation. They care more about the bottom line. My future purchases will be with Driveway or Carvana
