Brooke: Been sitting in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. Hours on the door say open at 10am. Hours on the internet say open at 10am. The lights are still off and the door is locked. It's 10:10am. Doesn't even look like anyone is here and there is no sign posted anywhere saying you are opening later.

Lori RN: Always have had a great customer service experience here, from choosing the correct color, to helpful suggestions regarding sales. They are not aware of upcoming sales, so you won't get help on that, however.One complaint I have for Sally's as a company, is that they run sales on haircolor, for example. They will offer B2G1F, and not have more than a couple of each color in stock. Thankfully I blend multiple hues, so I can find 3 that I need, although they rarely ever keep 3 of the same color in stock. It's become such a problem that I have to buy my color online.This is not a great strategy by Sally's because I buy in bulk for the free shipping, which eliminates my need to stop in the store for months at a time. This eliminates my massive tendency for impulse buys at each visit every 6 weeks or so. My shopping frequency has gone from every 6wks to once every 5-6mos! This saves me a couple hundred dollars per year, easily. So GO ME! 🤣PS When I leave my beauty salon after a cut, my stylist ALWAYS gets compliments by the other beauticians and patrons...she gives me the credit, but I know who REALLY gets the credit, Ion hair color and the staff at Sally's! 😉 Thanks to the great staff there...all licensed beauticians, btw. They know the products well which is great!

And they try to mouth something back but I cant read lips very well so no idea. :(

Alicia Hinshaw: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The team os made up of people from different stores for now. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are jow 11 to 6 but the acting store manager told me they have new staff coming and should have normal business hours soon. They are hiring!
